Description
技术领域
本发明属于卷烟包装辅材技术领域,具体是涉及一种疏水性纸张、其制备方法及用于烟用接装纸的用途。
背景技术
香烟滤嘴由烟丝棒、烟用成型纸和烟用接装纸三部分组成,其中烟用接装纸是直接接触卷烟消费者嘴唇的纸。使用现有技术的接装纸的烟支,吸烟时口含烟支一段时间后会出现烟支与唇部粘黏的情况,严重与唇部粘黏时,拿下烟支有时会对嘴唇造成撕拉伤害。
接装纸,又名水松纸,用于包裹在过滤嘴外面并将滤嘴粘接到烟条末端。为解决烟支粘唇的问题,一般在接装纸外层涂覆一层防水层,如专利CN110747691A在接装纸的着色层外涂布一层水性防唇粘连光油层。该专利解决了接装纸粘唇问题,但水性防唇粘连光油层有油腻的感觉,使消费者的使用体验仍然较低。专利CN2020112478490在接装纸的着色层外涂布一层水基胶提高纸张的疏水性能,但该工艺是表面涂层涂覆在色层表面,工艺较复杂,效果不明显。
为解决上述问题提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,从卷烟的配套材料烟用接装纸入手,提供一种疏水性纸张并用于烟用接装纸的用途。同时本发明的疏水性纸张制备方法简单环保,成本低,易于工业化。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现。
除非另有说明,本发明所采用的百分数均为重量百分数。
本发明第一方面公开了一种具有疏水性纸张,其包括原纸层和疏水涂层;所述原纸层重量份为182.5-218;所述疏水涂层重量份为22-49;涂布量为2-3g/m2。
优选地,所述原纸层包括以下重量份:烟梗浆35-45份、绒毛浆42-52份、阔叶浆100-110份、胶粘剂0.5-1.0份、填料5-10份;所述胶粘剂为瓜尔胶,所述填料为碳酸钙。
优选地,所述疏水涂层包括以下重量份:水性树脂20-45份,纳米二氧化硅颗粒2-4份;所述水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,且质量比为1:(2-4);所述纳米二氧化硅颗粒的粒径为10-20nm。
本发明第二方面公开了具有疏水性纸张的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备原纸层;
(2)制备疏水涂层的液料;
(3)将步骤(2)的液料进行单面涂布到步骤(1)原纸层上,烘干即得到所述疏水性纸张。
优选地,步骤(1)的原纸层制备包括如下步骤:
(a)将烟梗浆通过水力碎浆机碎解,打浆浓度为10%-18%,打浆度为70~75°SR;将绒毛浆通过水力碎浆机碎解,打浆浓度为4%-5%,打浆度为35-45°SR;将阔叶浆通过水力碎浆机碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%-4.5%,打浆度为65-75°SR;然后按烟梗浆、绒毛浆、阔叶浆的重量比(35-45):(42-52):(100-120)的配比混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
(b)将胶粘剂0.5-1重量份加入溶剂中,混匀得到胶粘剂溶液;
步骤(a)和步骤(b)不分先后;
(c)将步骤(a)的混合浆料加入到步骤(b)的胶粘剂溶液中,再加入5-10重量份的填料,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
(d)将步骤(c)的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层。
优选地,步骤(b)所述胶粘剂为瓜尔胶;所述溶剂组成为:乙醇50-80wt%,去离子水和双氧水混合物20-50wt%、且去离子水和双氧水混合物的重量比为1:(1-1.5);步骤(c)所述填料为碳酸钙。
优选地,步骤(2)的疏水涂层的液料制备包括如下步骤:将水性树脂溶于水中,将纳米二氧化硅颗粒均匀地分散到水性树脂溶液中。
优选地,所述水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,且质量比为1:(2-4);所述纳米二氧化硅颗粒的粒径为10-20nm。
本发明第三方面公开了所述的具有疏水性纸张用于烟用接装纸的用途。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的疏水性纸张具有良好的疏水性能,用于烟用接装纸,可以有效防止液体的渗入或附着在烟用接装纸固体表面上,能够减小吸烟者唾液的渗入,避免吸烟者嘴唇与烟支过滤嘴粘结造成嘴唇拉伤的情况发生。提升了消费者体验舒适感。
2、本发明的疏水性纸张的制备方法从纸浆入手,优选烟梗浆、绒毛浆、阔叶浆和它们的比例、以及合适的胶粘剂,得到的原纸张与配套的使用的疏水涂层的液料进行单面涂布,使得制备得到的疏水性纸张疏水性良好,特别适宜用于烟用接装纸。效果优于疏水涂层的液料直接涂覆到普通卷烟纸的效果。
3、本发明使用含有双氧水的乙醇溶液配制瓜尔胶胶粘剂用于混合浆料中得到的原纸层,比完全使用瓜尔胶水溶液得到纸张,涂覆相同的疏水涂层的液料,效果有明显提升。
4、本发明使用的疏水涂层的液料,选用的纳米二氧化硅颗粒粒径小、比表面大,透明度高,不影响原纸张层的颜色。同时选用的水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,使得疏水涂层的疏水性能明显提高。
5、本发明的疏水性纸张的制备方法简单环保,成本低,易于工业化。

实施例1
一种具有疏水性纸张,依次包括:原纸层和疏水涂层,原纸层由单面涂布涂料层烘干得到,涂布量为2.0g/m2。本实施例的疏水性纸张包括以下重量份的原料:烟梗浆35份、绒毛浆42份、阔叶浆100份、瓜儿胶0.5份、碳酸钙5份、水性树脂20份(水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,且质量比为1:2),乙醇溶剂80份(其中乙醇50wt%,去离子水和双氧水混合物50wt%、且去离子水和双氧水混合物的重量比为1:1);其中,纳米二氧化硅颗粒2份,粒径为10nm。
制备方法如以下步骤:
将烟梗浆通过水力碎浆机碎解,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为70°SR;将绒毛浆通过水力碎浆机碎解,打浆浓度为4%,打浆度为35°SR;将阔叶浆通过水力碎浆机碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%,打浆度为65°SR;然后按烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆按上述重量比混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
将瓜儿胶加入乙醇溶剂中,混匀得到瓜儿胶溶液;
将混合浆料加入到胶粘剂瓜儿胶溶液中,再加入碳酸钙填料,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;将原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层。
将水性树脂溶于水中,将纳米二氧化硅颗粒均匀地分散到水性树脂溶液中,疏水涂层的液料;
将得到的疏水涂层的液料进行单面涂布到原纸层上,烘干即得到所述疏水性纸张。涂布量为2.0g/m2。
对比例1
原纸层为普通卷烟接装纸,疏水涂层的液料同实施例1。将疏水涂层的液料进行单面涂布到普通卷烟接装纸上,涂布量也为2.0g/m2,烘干得到普通卷烟接装纸疏水性纸张。
对比例2
原纸层的组成及制备同实施例1,不同之处在于为瓜儿胶溶液完全为水溶液,溶剂中无乙醇和双氧水。疏水涂层的液料同实施例1。将疏水涂层的液料进行单面涂布到原纸层上,涂布量也为2.0g/m2,烘干即得到所述疏水性纸张。
对比例3
原纸层的组成及制备完全同实施例1。疏水涂层的液料同实施例1,不同之处在于水性树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂(见专利CN2020112478490)。将疏水涂层的液料进行单面涂布到原纸层上,涂布量也为2.0g/m2,烘干即得到所述疏水性纸张。
实施例2
同实施例1,有以下不同点:
原纸层由单面涂布涂料层烘干得到,涂布量为3.0g/m2。本实施例的疏水性纸张包括以下重量份的原料:烟梗浆45份、绒毛浆52份、阔叶浆110份、瓜儿胶1.0份、碳酸钙10份、水性树脂40份(水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,且质量比为1:4),乙醇溶剂80份(其中乙醇50wt%,去离子水和双氧水混合物50wt%、且去离子水和双氧水混合物的重量比为1:1.5);其中,纳米二氧化硅颗粒4重量份,粒径为20nm。
疏水性结果测试:
对上述实施例1-2和对比例1-3得到的疏水性纸张进行测定,测试方法为接触角的测定。
使用DSA30S型动态接触角测试仪测定纸张表面与水的静态接触角,每个样品纸张测三次,取平均值。接触角越大表明疏水性越好。测试结果如下表1:

疏水性测试方法也可以使用可勃(Cobb)吸水仪测定纸张的Cobb值。测定结果同接触角的测定。
实施例4:
将上述得到的实施例1-2和对比例1-3得到的疏水性纸张用于烟用接装纸中,同时与普通卷烟进行对比,按抽吸者的抽吸习惯进行抽吸。结果为:实施例1和实施例2的疏水性纸张从抽吸开始到抽吸结束,烟支都不粘唇;对比例1-3的烟支抽吸开始不粘唇,抽吸结束时稍微粘唇;而普通卷烟从抽吸开始到抽吸结束,烟支都粘唇。
以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理、主要特征和本发明的优点。本领域的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有疏水性纸张,其特征在于,其包括原纸层和疏水涂层;所述原纸层重量份为182.5-218;所述疏水涂层重量份为22-49;涂布量为2-3g/m2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的疏水性纸张,其特征在于,所述原纸层包括以下重量份:烟梗浆35-45份、绒毛浆42-52份、阔叶浆100-110份、胶粘剂0.5-1.0份、填料5-10份;所述胶粘剂为瓜尔胶,所述填料为碳酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的疏水性纸张,其特征在于,所述疏水涂层包括以下重量份:水性树脂20-45份,纳米二氧化硅颗粒2-4份;所述水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,且质量比为1:(2-4);所述纳米二氧化硅颗粒的粒径为10-20nm。
4.一种具有疏水性纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备原纸层;
(2)制备疏水涂层的液料;
(3)将步骤(2)的液料进行单面涂布到步骤(1)原纸层上,烘干即得到所述疏水性纸张。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)的原纸层制备包括如下步骤:
(a)将烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%-18%,打浆度为70~75°SR;将绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%-5%,打浆度为35-45°SR;将阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%-4.5%,打浆度为65-75°SR;然后按烟梗浆、绒毛浆、阔叶浆的重量比(35-45):(42-52):(100-120)的配比混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
(b)将胶粘剂0.5-1重量份加入溶剂中,混匀得到胶粘剂溶液;
(c)将步骤(a)的混合浆料加入到步骤(b)的胶粘剂溶液中,再加入5-10重量份的填料,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
(d)将步骤(c)的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(b)所述胶粘剂为瓜尔胶;所述溶剂组成为:乙醇50-80wt%,去离子水和双氧水混合物20-50wt%、且去离子水和双氧水混合物的重量比为1:(1-1.5);步骤(c)所述所述填料为碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)的疏水涂层的液料制备包括如下步骤:将水性树脂溶于水中,将纳米二氧化硅颗粒均匀地分散到水性树脂溶液中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水性树脂为伯胺改性聚乙烯亚胺树脂和丙烯酰胺改性聚碳酸酯树脂的混合物,且质量比为1:(2-4);所述纳米二氧化硅颗粒的粒径为10-20nm。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的具有疏水性纸张用于烟用接装纸的用途。
