Description

一种不粘唇接装纸、其制备方法和用途 技术领域
本发明属于烟草加工技术领域,具体涉及一种不粘唇接装纸、其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
卷烟滤嘴主要是由醋酸纤维、成型纸、接装纸三层组成。其中接装纸,又名水松纸,用于包裹在过滤嘴外面并将滤嘴粘接到烟条末端。接装纸是通过对接装原纸进行印刷涂布及其他方式加工后得到的一种装潢纸。接装纸同吸烟者嘴唇直接接触,接装纸上一般仅使用油墨进行印刷,在天气干燥时,消费者吸食卷烟的时候,由于可能会有少量唾液将接装纸蘸湿,在吸烟过程中又慢慢干燥,在嘴唇残留的唾液蛋白质会对接装纸有粘合作用,导致滤嘴接装纸上的油墨粘连在嘴唇皮肤上,甚至滤嘴接装纸直接粘连在嘴唇上,严重影响卷烟消费体验感。为解决接装纸粘唇问题,专利CN110747691A在接装纸的着色层外涂布一层水性防唇粘连光油层。该专利解决了虽然解决接装纸粘唇问题,但水性防唇粘连光油层有油腻的感觉,使消费者的使用体验较低。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过在烟用接装纸外层涂覆水基胶的方法解决接装纸粘唇问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种不粘唇接装纸、其制备方法和用途。本发明的不粘唇接装纸降低唇液与接装纸表面的粘附力,有效地避免油墨粘连在嘴唇皮肤上,并避免烟支粘附于嘴唇而可能对嘴唇产生的伤害。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明第一方面公开了一种不粘唇接装纸,其包括原纸、色层和表面涂层,所述色层由彩色油墨印刷在原纸表面干燥后而成;所述表面涂层是由的水基胶涂覆于色层干燥后而成;所述水基胶包括如下重量组分:改性水性树脂液30-65份,水10-20份,乙醇8-15份,水性添加剂5-12份;所述的水性添加剂由蜡乳 液、硅酸镁按照1:5的重量比混合而成。
优选地,所述改性水性树脂包括:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液10-20份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液20-45份;所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液的固含量为25-30wt%;所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液的固含量为30-35wt%。
优选地,所述彩色油墨包括如下重量份:树脂5-7份,色料6-10份,蜡粉0.02--0.05份,乙醇20-40份。
优选地,所述树脂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂;所述色料包括黑色、白色和彩色色料。
优选地,所述色层的干印刷量为2.5-3.0g/m2;所述表面涂层的干涂布量为0.8-1.0g/m2。
优选地,所述原纸的克重为32~40g/m2。
本发明第二方面公开了所述的不粘唇接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备彩色油墨并印刷在原纸表面形成色层;(2)制备水基胶并涂覆在色层表面。
优选地,制备彩色油墨并印刷在原纸表面形成色层步骤如下:将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂加入乙醇中搅拌溶解后,依次加入色料和蜡粉,1000-1400rpm条件下分散20-40分钟,得到混合分散液;将混合分散液加入砂磨机中进行砂磨,研磨时间为1-3小时,取出过滤后即得到彩色油墨;使用印刷机按以下参数在原纸表面印刷:张力、1.5-6bar,胶辊压力、2-7bar,车速、80-210m/min,温度、60-210℃;使得色层的干印刷量为2.5-3.0g/m 2
优选地,制备水基胶并涂覆在色层表面包括如下步骤:在搅拌条件下按顺序依次加入部分和乙醇、部分水性添加剂和全部的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液,搅拌混合至均匀后,然后高速分散至所述树脂分散均匀后冷却至室温;将上述得到的物料进行研磨至固体颗粒的粒径≤15μm;在搅拌条件下向上述研磨后的物料中按顺序依次加入剩余的水、乙醇、水性添加剂、和全部的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液,搅拌混合至均匀后过滤掉大颗粒,即得到所述的水基胶;然后将水基胶涂覆在色层表面,使得表面涂层的干涂布量为0.8-1.0g/m 2
本发明第三方面公开了所述的不粘唇接装纸用于烟支滤嘴的用途。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的不粘唇接装纸通过在色层表面涂覆水基胶表面涂层,降低了接装纸的表面能,降低抽吸者唇液与烟支滤嘴表面的粘附力,有效地避免了烟支滤嘴上油墨粘连在嘴唇皮肤上的缺陷。并且有效地避免烟支滤嘴粘附于嘴唇而可能对嘴唇产生伤害的缺陷。
2、本发明的不粘唇接装纸解决了专利CN110747691A的水性防唇粘连光油层的油腻感觉,提高了消费者的使用体验。
3、本发明的不粘唇接装纸直接涂覆在色层表面,使得色层和表面涂层仅仅粘附在接装纸表面。
4、本发明的不粘唇接装纸制备方法简单,得到的不粘唇接装纸用于烟支滤嘴中,为降低烟支滤嘴的粘附力提供了不同思路。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但附图和实施例并不是对本发明技术方案的限定,所有基于本发明教导所做出的变化或等同替换,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种不粘唇接装纸,包括克重为32g/m 2的单面光普通原纸1、色层2和表面涂层3;色层2由的干印刷量为2.5g/m 2彩色油墨印刷干燥得到,表面涂层3由干涂涂布量为0.8g/m 2的的水基胶涂布干燥得到。
其中,色层2的原料组成为:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂6份,铁黄5份,铁红0.3份,钛白粉3份,蜡粉0.03份,乙醇30份。制备方法:将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂加入乙醇中搅拌溶解后,依次加入铁黄、铁红、钛白粉、蜡粉,1200rpm条件下分散30分钟,得到混合分散液;将混合分散液加入砂磨机中进行砂磨,研磨时间为2小时,取出过滤后即得到 彩色油墨;使用印刷机按以下参数在原纸表面印刷:张力、2bar,胶辊压力、5bar,车速、100m/min,温度、100℃;使得色层的干印刷量为2.5g/m 2
其中,水基胶的原料组成为:改性水性树脂液15份,改性水性树脂乳液42份,水18份,乙醇13份,水性添加剂12份,水性添加剂由蜡乳液、硅酸镁按照1:5的重量比混合而成。制备方法:在搅拌条件下按顺序依次加入部分和乙醇、部分水性添加剂和全部的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液,搅拌混合至均匀后,然后高速分散至所述树脂分散均匀后冷却至室温;将上述得到的物料进行研磨至固体颗粒的粒径≤15μm;在搅拌条件下向上述研磨后的物料中按顺序依次加入剩余的水、乙醇、水性添加剂、和全部的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液,搅拌混合至均匀后过滤掉大颗粒,即得到所述的水基胶;然后将水基胶涂覆在色层表面,使得表面涂层的干涂布量为0.8g/m 2
实施例2
同实施例1,有以下不同点:
原纸1克重为39.5g/m 2,色层2由的干印刷量为3.0g/m 2彩色油墨印刷干燥得到,表面涂层3由干涂涂布量为1.0g/m 2的的水基胶涂布干燥得到。
对比例1
同实施例1,有以下不同点:
表面涂层3由干涂涂布量为0.8g/m 2的的普通胶涂布干燥得到。
其中,普通胶的原料组成为:PVB树脂液57份,固含量与实施例1相同,乙醇13份,蜡粉2份。制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例2
同实施例2,有以下不同点:
表面涂层3由干涂涂布量为1.0g/m 2的的普通胶涂布干燥得到。
其中,普通胶的原料组成为:PVB树脂液57份,固含量与实施例2相同,乙醇13份,蜡粉2份。制备方法与实施例2相同。
实施例3
将实施例1-2和对比例1-2得到的接装纸上分别命名样品1和样品2、对照1和对照样2。测试接装纸的表面能,和接装纸与人工唾液的接触角θ。然后将施例1-2和对比例1-2得到的接装纸用于卷烟滤嘴中,进行人工多组编码暗评进行粘唇情况对比。人工唾液的的组成如下表1所示,测试结果和评吸结果如下表2所示。其中人工评吸采用多组编码暗评,即评吸人员提前不知道样品的接触角情况下,将同一样品分成多组随机编码,让评吸人员评吸,给出等级:不粘唇、轻度粘唇、中度粘唇、重度粘唇和严重度粘唇五个等级。

由表2可以看出:通过采用的水基胶代替普通胶制得接装纸可以显著降低接装纸的 的表面能,增大了人工唾液与接装纸接触角。有效地避免了烟支滤嘴上油墨粘连在嘴唇皮肤上的缺陷。并且有效地避免烟支滤嘴粘附于嘴唇而可能对嘴唇产生伤害的缺陷。
根据实验结果,当接触角θ的度数≥100°时或固体表面能≤50mN/m,一般不粘唇,具体测试方法和评分标准见本申请人的另一项发明《一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法》。本发明实施例中的不粘唇接装纸,接触角θ的度数都在100°以上,固体表面能都在50mN/m以下。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种不粘唇接装纸,其特征在于,其包括原纸、色层和表面涂层,所述色层由彩色油墨印刷在原纸表面干燥后而成;所述表面涂层是由的水基胶涂覆于色层干燥后而成;所述水基胶包括如下重量组分:改性水性树脂液30-65份,水10-20份,乙醇8-15份,水性添加剂5-12份;所述的水性添加剂由蜡乳液、硅酸镁按照1:5的重量比混合而成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不粘唇接装纸,其特征在于,所述改性水性树脂包括:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液10-20份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液20-45份;所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液的固含量为25-30wt%;所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液的固含量为30-35wt%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的不粘唇接装纸,其特征在于,所述彩色油墨包括如下重量份:树脂5-7份,色料6-10份,蜡粉0.02--0.05份,乙醇20-40份。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的不粘唇接装纸,其特征在于,所述树脂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂;所述色料包括黑色、白色和彩色色料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的不粘唇接装纸,其特征在于,所述色层的干印刷量为2.5-3.0g/m2;所述表面涂层的干涂布量为0.8-1.0g/m2。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的不粘唇接装纸,其特征在于,所述原纸的克重为32~40g/m2。
  7. 一种如权利要求-6任一所述的不粘唇接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)制备彩色油墨并印刷在原纸表面形成色层;(2)制备水基胶并涂覆在色层表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,制备彩色油墨并印刷在原纸表面形成色层步骤如下:将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂加入乙醇中搅拌溶解后,依次加入色料和蜡粉,1000-1400rpm条件下分散20-40分钟,得到混合分散液;将混合分散液加入砂磨机中进行砂磨,研磨时间为1-3小时,取出过滤后即得到彩色油墨;使用印刷机按以下参数在原纸表面印刷:张力、1.5-6bar,胶辊压力、2-7bar,车速、80-210m/min,温度、60-210℃;使得色层的干印刷量为2.5-3.0g/m 2
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,制备水基胶并涂覆在色层表面包括如下步骤:在搅拌条件下按顺序依次加入部分和乙醇、部分水性添加 剂和全部的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂液,搅拌混合至均匀后,然后高速分散至所述树脂分散均匀后冷却至室温;将上述得到的物料进行研磨至固体颗粒的粒径≤15μm;在搅拌条件下向上述研磨后的物料中按顺序依次加入剩余的水、乙醇、水性添加剂、和全部的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯的共聚乳液,搅拌混合至均匀后过滤掉大颗粒,即得到所述的水基胶;然后将水基胶涂覆在色层表面,使得表面涂层的干涂布量为0.8-1.0g/m 2
  10. 一种如权利要求-6任一所述的不粘唇接装纸用于烟草滤嘴的用途。
