本发明公开了一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:A、编织成型:采用有颜色的纱线做面纱,有色纱线或白纱做底纱一次成型无缝内衣;B、套入拉幅套板:采用拉幅套板套入内衣内定型,所述拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别大于内衣面料的长度和宽度尺寸;C、染色或者缩水处理:染面料的底纱颜色或者高温预缩处理。采用该加工方法加工而成的内衣面料轻薄,织物线圈在拉伸和高温高压下进行重新排列,线圈整齐平整度好,悬锤性好,有拉幅定型面料的效果。

一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于服装加工技术领域,涉及一次成型内衣的定型及染色,具体是一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法。
背景技术
现有一次成型针织无缝内衣整个加工工艺:白纱无缝编织→染色→烘干→整理检验→缝制→整烫→检验→包装,在整个加工过程中面料和成衣都是在松弛状态下进行的,由于成型面料是圆筒面料,不能用常规针织面料一样进行拉伸后定型,即使用套板拉开进行定型,下水后又会回复到原来状态,所以一般一次成型无缝面料做不出针织大圆机面料拉幅定型的面料风格和手感。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,采用该加工方法加工而成的内衣面料轻薄,织物线圈在拉伸和高温高压下进行重新排列,线圈整齐平整度好,悬锤性好,有拉幅定型面料的效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:A、编织成型:采用有颜色的纱线做面纱,有色纱线或白纱做底纱一次成型无缝内衣;B、套入拉幅套板:采用拉幅套板套入内衣内定型,所述拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别大于内衣面料的长度和宽度尺寸;C、染色或者缩水处理:染面料的底纱颜色或者高温预缩处理。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别为内衣长度与宽度尺寸的110-115%。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述拉幅套板为长方形框架套板或者与内衣形状匹配的框架套板。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述定型工艺为高温常压干定型,定型温度为180-205℃,定型时间2-3秒。
上述技术方案中,优选的,带有氨纶的面料定型温度为180℃-190℃,其余化纤面料定型温度为190℃-200℃,棉类面料定型温度为195℃-205℃
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述定型工艺为高温抽真空湿定型,抽真空到负压400毫帕,温度为120℃-140℃,定型时间5-10分钟,含有氨纶的厚度为0.3-0.8mm的内衣采用120℃定型5分钟,厚度为0.8-1.5mm的化纤或棉类的内衣采用140℃定型10分钟。
上述技术方案中,优选的,编织成型步骤中,面纱采用棉、再生纤维素纤维、锦纶、涤纶、阳离子改性涤纶或腈纶,底纱采用锦纶包芯纱、锦纶或阳离子改性涤纶。
上述技术方案中,优选的,若面纱与底纱均采用有色纱线,高温预缩处理温度为60-80℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用该加工方法加工而成的内衣面料轻薄,织物线圈在拉伸和高温高压下进行重新排列,线圈整齐平整度好,悬锤性好,有拉幅定型面料的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:A、编织成型:采用有颜色的纱线做面纱,有色纱线或白纱做底纱一次成型无缝内衣;面纱采用棉、再生纤维素纤维、锦纶、涤纶、阳离子改性涤纶或腈纶,底纱采用锦纶包芯纱、锦纶或阳离子改性涤纶。面纱和底纱的搭配有:面纱与底纱采用不同旦数不同颜色的锦纶编织或者不同旦数不同颜色的锦纶包芯纱搭配编织;面纱采用棉或再生纤维素纤维,底纱采用锦纶或锦纶包芯纱搭配编织;面纱采用涤纶,底纱采用锦纶或者锦纶包芯纱搭配编织;面纱采用阳离子改性涤纶,底纱采用锦纶或者锦纶包芯纱搭配编织;面纱采用涤纶,底纱采用阳离子改性涤纶搭配编织;不同原料可采用不同的颜色,面纱是有色纱线,底纱可以是有色纱,也可成衣染色,若面纱与底纱均采用有色纱线,则后续的高温预缩处理温度为60-80℃。
B、套入拉幅套板:采用拉幅套板套入内衣内定型,所述拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别大于内衣面料的长度和宽度尺寸。拉幅套板的尺寸设定,根据面料弹性及回复性的不同,拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别为内衣长度与宽度尺寸的110-115%,拉幅套板为长方形框架套板或者与内衣形状匹配的框架套板。比如面料要求尺寸长是70CM,宽度是50CM,那么对应的套板长为77-80.5CM,宽度为55-57.5CM,弹性和回复性比较差的拉幅套板大小为内衣大小的110%就可以,弹性和回复性比较好的拉幅套板大小为内衣大小的115%。定型工艺可以是高温常压干定型,电或油加热,热风进行定型,定型温度为180-205℃,定型时间2-3秒,在高温常压干定型工艺中带有氨纶的面料定型温度为180℃-190℃,其余化纤面料定型温度为190℃-200℃,棉类面料定型温度为195℃-205℃;所述定型工艺也可以是高温抽真空湿定型,在密闭容器里加蒸汽进行定型,抽真空到负压400毫帕,温度为120℃-140℃,定型时间5-10分钟,含有氨纶的厚度为0.3-0.8mm的内衣采用120℃定型5分钟,厚度为0.8-1.5mm的化纤或棉类的内衣采用140℃定型10分钟,上述厚度均为用织物厚度仪测量的厚度。
C、染色或者缩水处理:染面料的底纱颜色或者进行高温预缩处理。一次成型无缝内衣面料必须采用有颜色纱线,底纱可以是有色纱线,也可以是白纱,如果编织的面纱是白纱,由于拉幅套板时二侧边是拉幅套板衬着面料进行高温或者高温高压进行定型处理,染色后二侧边的颜色与大身面料的颜色会不一样,差异很大,达不到要求的面料颜色品质。如果只染面料的底纱颜色或者只做高温预缩处理,就不会产生这样的情况。
采用该方法与常规工艺做的面料比较主要优点:面料轻薄,织物线圈在拉伸和高温高压下进行重新排列,线圈整齐平整度好,悬锤性好,有拉幅定型面料的效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:A、编织成型:采用有颜色的纱线做面纱,有色纱线或白纱做底纱一次成型无缝内衣;B、套入拉幅套板:采用拉幅套板套入内衣内定型,所述拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别大于内衣面料的长度和宽度尺寸;C、染色或者缩水处理:染面料的底纱颜色或者高温预缩处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述拉幅套板的长度与宽度尺寸分别为内衣长度与宽度尺寸的110-115%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述拉幅套板为长方形框架套板或者与内衣形状匹配的框架套板。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述定型工艺为高温常压干定型,定型温度为180-205℃,定型时间2-3秒。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:带有氨纶的面料定型温度为180℃-190℃,其余化纤面料定型温度为190℃-200℃,棉类面料定型温度为195℃-205℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述定型工艺为高温抽真空湿定型,抽真空到负压400毫帕,温度为120℃-140℃,定型时间5-10分钟,含有氨纶的厚度为0.3-0.8mm的内衣采用120℃定型5分钟,厚度为0.8-1.5mm的化纤或棉类的内衣采用140℃定型10分钟。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:编织成型步骤中,面纱采用棉、再生纤维素纤维、锦纶、涤纶、阳离子改性涤纶或腈纶,底纱采用锦纶包芯纱、锦纶或阳离子改性涤纶。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种一次成型内衣面料的加工方法,其特征在于:若面纱与底纱均采用有色纱线,高温预缩处理温度为60-80℃。
