Abstract

本发明涉及一种双面可拉毛绒布针织面料及其制备方法,其制备方法包括步骤:1)自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝制备;2)面料织造:采用三线卫衣机并以自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝为面纱,以涤纶长丝为中间纱,以10s全棉纱为毛圈纱织造绒布;3)染色:将绒布浸入分散染色液中分段控温染色,染色后清洗、烘干;4)拉毛、剪绒整理、轧光整理、机械预缩整得到双面可拉毛绒布针织面料。本发明的制备方法,采用自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝作为面纱,因自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝受热收缩的原因,绒布的表面会加剧收缩,形成凹凸、圈圈效果,可进行拉毛,全棉纱的反面毛圈面,同样可以拉毛,形成双面可拉毛绒布针织面料,使产品更加丰富,以满足市场不同的需求。

一种双面可拉毛绒布针织面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种双面可拉毛绒布针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
绒布指经过拉毛后表面呈现丰润绒毛状的织物,具有较多绒毛,立体感强,光泽度高,摸起来柔软厚实。目前市面上拉毛绒布都是毛圈面拉毛,这样的产品都是表面是平面、反面毛圈面起绒,产品相对单一。为了填补了市场上的空白,使绒布类产品更加丰富,本发明的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料,即可毛圈面拉毛当正面即常规拉毛绒布,也可平面拉毛当正面即呢毯毛圈绒布,以满足市场不同的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有绒布都是采用反面毛圈面起绒而导致产品相对单一的问题,本发明提供一种双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明第一个方面是提供了一种双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝制备:将FDY原料与DTY原料采用假捻、牵伸、卷绕,得到自卷曲异收缩复合长丝;
(2)面料织造:采用三线卫衣机并以所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝为面纱,以涤纶长丝为中间纱,以10s全棉纱为毛圈纱织造绒布;
(3)染色:将所述绒布浸入分散染料配方为染料2-3%、匀染剂2-3g/L、螯合分散剂1.5-3g/L、醋酸钠3-5g/L、抗皱剂2-2.5g/L和HAc(pH 4.5-5)的染色液中,分段控温染色,染色后清洗、烘干;
(4)拉毛:在100-120℃下,对染色后的绒布进行拉毛处理,然后剪绒整理、轧光整理、机械预缩整得到双面可拉毛绒布针织面料。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述FDY原料与DTY原料的混合比例为1:3-1:6。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝、涤纶长丝和10s全棉纱的重量百分比例为45-55:5-10:35-50。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝形成所述绒布的平面,所述10s全棉纱形成所述绒布的反面毛圈面。
进一步地,步骤(3)中所述分段控温为:从常温按0.65℃/min升温至85℃,保温5min,再按0.85℃/min继续升温至120℃,保温40-50分钟,按0.85℃/min 降温至70℃。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述拉毛处理的对象为所述绒布的平面和/或绒布的反面毛圈面。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述轧光整理为在高温下利用压平设备将绒布表面绒毛压平。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述机械预缩整理是将绒布先经喷蒸汽给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥。
本发明第二个方面是提供一种由上述方法制备的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的制备方法,采用自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝作为面纱,因自卷曲异收缩复合长丝受热收缩的原因,绒布的表面会加剧收缩,形成凹凸、圈圈效果,可进行拉毛,全棉纱的反面毛圈面,同样也可以拉毛,形成双面可拉毛绒布针织面料,使产品更加丰富,以满足市场不同的需求。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1
一种双面拉毛绒布针织面料的制备,包括步骤:
(1)自卷曲异收缩复合长丝制备:将FDY原料与DTY原料采用假捻、牵伸、卷绕,得到自卷曲异收缩复合长丝;
(2)面料织造:采用三线卫衣机并以所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝为面纱,以涤纶长丝为中间纱,以10s全棉纱为毛圈纱,按照异收缩复合长丝、涤纶长丝和10s全棉纱的重量百分比例为55:5:40织造绒布;所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝形成所述绒布的平面,所述10s全棉纱形成所述绒布的反面毛圈面;
(3)染色:将所述绒布浸入分散染料配方为染料2%、匀染剂2g/L、螯合分散剂1.5g/L、醋酸钠3g/L、抗皱剂2g/L和HAc(pH 4.5-5)的染色液中,从常温按0.65℃/min升温至85℃,保温5min,再按0.85℃/min继续升温至120℃,保温40分钟,按0.85℃/min降温至70℃,分段控温染色,染色后清洗、烘干;
(4)拉毛:在100-120℃下,对所述绒布的平面和反面毛圈面进行拉毛处理,然后剪绒整理、轧光整理、机械预缩整得到双面拉毛绒布针织面料;所述轧光整理为在高温下利用压平设备将绒布绒毛压平;所述机械预缩整理是将绒布先经喷蒸汽给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥。
实施例2
一种呢毯毛圈绒布针织面料的制备,包括步骤:
(1)自卷曲异收缩复合长丝制备:将FDY原料与DTY原料采用假捻、牵伸、卷绕,得到自卷曲异收缩复合长丝;
(2)面料织造:采用三线卫衣机并以所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝为面纱,以涤纶长丝为中间纱,以10s全棉纱为毛圈纱,按照异收缩复合长丝、涤纶长丝和10s全棉纱的重量百分比例为45:10:45织造绒布;所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝形成所述绒布的平面,所述10s全棉纱形成所述绒布的反面毛圈面;
(3)染色:将所述绒布浸入分散染料配方为染料3%、匀染剂3g/L、螯合分散剂3g/L、醋酸钠5g/L、抗皱剂2.5g/L和HAc(pH 4.5-5)的染色液中,从常温按0.65℃/min升温至85℃,保温5min,再按0.85℃/min继续升温至120℃,保温50分钟,按0.85℃/min降温至70℃,分段控温染色,染色后清洗、烘干;

一种毛圈面拉毛绒布针织面料的制备,包括步骤:
(1)自卷曲异收缩复合长丝制备:将FDY原料与DTY原料采用假捻、牵伸、卷绕,得到自卷曲异收缩复合长丝;
(2)面料织造:采用三线卫衣机并以所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝为面纱,以涤纶长丝为中间纱,以10s全棉纱为毛圈纱,按照异收缩复合长丝、涤纶长丝和10s全棉纱的重量百分比例为40:10:50织造绒布;所述自卷曲异收缩复合长丝形成所述绒布的平面,所述10s全棉纱形成所述绒布的反面毛圈面;
(3)染色:将所述绒布浸入分散染料配方为染料3%、匀染剂3g/L、螯合分散剂3g/L、醋酸钠5g/L、抗皱剂2.5g/L和HAc(pH 4.5-5)的染色液中,从常温按0.65℃/min升温至85℃,保温5min,再按0.85℃/min继续升温至120℃,保温50分钟,按0.85℃/min降温至70℃,分段控温染色,染色后清洗、烘干;
(4)拉毛:在100-120℃下,对所述绒布的反面毛圈面进行拉毛处理,然后剪绒整理、轧光整理、机械预缩整得到反面毛圈面拉毛绒布;所述轧光整理为在高温下利用压平设备将绒布绒毛压平;所述机械预缩整理是将绒布先经喷蒸汽给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥。

Claims (9)

1.一种双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝制备:将FDY原料与DTY原料采用假捻、牵伸、卷绕,得到自卷曲异收缩复合长丝;
(2)面料织造:采用三线卫衣机并以所述自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝为面纱,以涤纶长丝为中间纱,以10s全棉纱为毛圈纱织造绒布;
(3)染色:将所述绒布浸入分散染料配方为染料2-3%、匀染剂2-3g/L、螯合分散剂1.5-3g/L、醋酸钠3-5g/L、抗皱剂2-2.5g/L和HAc(pH 4.5-5)的染色液中,分段控温染色,染色后清洗、烘干;
(4)拉毛:在100-120℃下,对染色后的绒布进行拉毛处理,然后剪绒整理、轧光整理、机械预缩整得到双面可拉毛绒布针织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述FDY原料与DTY原料的混合比例为1:3-1:6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝、涤纶长丝和10s全棉纱的重量百分比例为45-55:5-10:35-50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述自卷曲FDY/DTY异收缩复合长丝形成所述绒布的平面,所述10s全棉纱形成所述绒布的反面毛圈面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述分段控温为:从常温按0.65℃/min升温至85℃,保温5min,再按0.85℃/min继续升温至120℃,保温40-50分钟,按0.85℃/min降温至70℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述拉毛处理的对象为所述绒布的平面和/或所述绒布的反面毛圈面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述轧光整理为在高温下利用压平设备将绒布绒毛压平。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述机械预缩整理是将绒布先经喷蒸汽给湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述方法制备的双面可拉毛绒布针织面料。
