Abstract
本发明的叁织舒适布及其制备方法和应用,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到初级布料;将所述编织的所述初级布料进行胚定过程;将所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理;将所述初级布料定型,得到叁织舒适布。本发明的叁织舒适布的制备方法,提高了三线布料的穿着舒适感和吸湿排汗的功能,这种增加涤纶成份的三线织法纺织制备出的衣服,洗后可免烫。另外,其吸湿排汗、快干、透水透气性能和抗静电等效果也非常好。又可另分开加上保暖、冰感、防UV、抗菌、防霉、防螨等独立功能。其工艺流程简单,便于批量生产,可以节约大量的人力物力资源,具有很好的商业前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种叁织舒适布及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
现市面上多为二线:Spandex(氨纶)拉架和Poly(涤纶),编织成的布种,二线织法的缺陷,主要为即面料的两面成份相同,功能单一。三线,即由面纱、底纱和弹性纤维编织而成的布种较为少见。三线织法与二线织法相比优势主要为:面料的两面成份不同,功能不同,可以适应不同需求。三线织法中,Poly为长纤,但其织成的织物吸湿性较差,若是夏季穿着有较明显的闷热感,流汗会沾身,影响织物的穿着舒适感。编织三线布种,织工较高,因模数要减半,产能少一半。另外,三线布种染色底面原料不同,颜色可能会有偏差。传统的三线织法步骤繁琐,工艺流程复杂,耗费大量人力物力资源。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种叁织舒适布的制备方法。
本发明的叁织舒适布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S101:首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线三种纱线的初级布料;S102:将所述步骤S101编织的所述初级布料在第一预设温度下进行胚定过程;S103:将所述步骤S102处理过的所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理;S104:将所述步骤S103处理过的所述初级布料在第二预设温度下定型,得到叁织舒适布成品。
本发明的叁织舒适布的制备方法,采用三线进行编织,较二线(氨纶拉架和涤纶)布种,涤纶成分减少,增加了莫代尔纤维的成分,莫代尔纤维它本身具有良好的柔软性和优良的吸湿性,因此提高了此三线布料的穿着舒适感和吸湿排汗的功能,这种增加涤纶成份的三线织法纺织制备出的衣服,洗后可免烫。另外,其吸湿排汗、快干、透水透气性能和抗静电等效果也非常好。又可另分开加上保暖、冰感、防UV、抗菌、防霉、防螨等独立功能。另外,本发明的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其工艺流程简单,便于批量生产,可以节约大量的人力物力资源,具有很好的商业前景。
另外,本发明上述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
进一步地,在所述步骤S101中,所述三种纱线中至少有一种为混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线至少为聚酯纤维、人造纤维和天然纤维中的两种;所述三种纱线中的另外两种纱线至少为弹性纤维、聚酯纤维、人造纤维和天然纤维中的一种。
进一步地,所述面层纱线的密度数字为30cm~37cm,所述中间层纱线的密度数字为8cm~12cm,所述底层纱线的密度数字为29cm~36cm。其中,所述密度数字为100G(针数)的纱长密度。
进一步地,在所述步骤S102中,胚定时机速采取20码~25码。
进一步地,在所述步骤S104中,定型时的机速采取18码~22码。
进一步地,在所述步骤S102中,所述第一预设温度为190℃~200℃。
进一步地,在所述步骤S104中,所述第二预设温度为145℃~155℃。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出所述的方法制备的叁织舒适布。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出所述的叁织舒适布在服装、家纺领域方面的应用。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1
实施例1提出了一种叁织舒适布,采用三线进行编织得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线的布料,其中所述面层纱线包括成份百分比为53%的羊毛、底层为成份百分比为37%的涤纶和成份百分比为6%的莫代尔纤维,中间层纱线为成份百分比为4%的氨纶。且所述面层纱线的密度数字为37cm,所述中间层纱线的密度数字为12cm,所述底层纱线的密度数字为36cm。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线的初级布料。
(2)在200℃温度下将所述步骤(1)编织的所述初级布料机速为20码条件下进行胚定过程。
(3)将所述步骤(2)处理过的所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理。
(4)将所述步骤(3)处理过的所述初级布料在155℃温度下、18码机速下定型,得到叁织舒适布成品。
实施例2
实施例2提出了一种叁织舒适布,采用三线进行编织得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线的布料,其中所述面层纱线包括成份百分比为39%的尼龙、底层纱线为成份百分比为40%的丙烯酸纤维和成份百分比为18%的棉纤维,中间层纱线为成份百分比为3%的氨纶。且所述面层纱线的密度数字为30cm,所述中间层纱线的密度数字为8cm,所述底层纱线的密度数字为29cm。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线的初级布料。
(2)在190℃温度下将所述步骤(1)编织的所述初级布料机速为25码条件下进行胚定过程。
(3)将所述步骤(2)处理过的所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理。
(4)将所述步骤(3)处理过的所述初级布料在145℃温度下、22码机速下定型,得到叁织舒适布成品。
实施例3
实施例3提出了一种叁织舒适布,采用三线进行编织得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线的布料,其中所述面层纱线包括成份百分比为86%的涤纶、底层纱线成分为9%的莫代尔纤维,中间层纱线成分为5%的氨纶。且所述面层纱线的密度数字为33cm,所述中间层纱线的密度数字为10cm,所述底层纱线的密度数字为33cm。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线的初级布料。
(2)在195℃温度下将所述步骤(1)编织的所述初级布料机速为22码条件下进行胚定过程。
(3)将所述步骤(2)处理过的所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理。
(4)将所述步骤(3)处理过的所述初级布料在150℃温度下、20码机速下定型,得到叁织舒适布成品。
在(35±0.1)℃温度条件下、(40±3)%湿度条件下测试实施例3制备的厚度不大于5mm的叁织舒适布的三个样品的湿热阻,得到结果如表1所示:

从表1可以看出,利用本发明实施例的制备方法制备的叁织舒适布的湿热阻平均值达到1.83(m2·Pa)/W,说明本发明方法制备的叁织舒适布具有很好的吸湿排汗等功能。
综上,本发明的叁织舒适布的制备方法,采用三线进行编织,较二线(氨纶拉架和涤纶)布种,涤纶成分减少,增加了莫代尔纤维、丙烯酸纤维和棉纤维的成分,使其具有良好的柔软性和优良的吸湿性,因此提高了此三线布料的穿着舒适感和吸湿排汗的功能,这种增加涤纶成份的三线织法纺织制备出的衣服,洗后可免烫。另外,其吸湿排汗、快干、透水透气性能和抗静电等效果也非常好。又可另分开加上保暖、冰感、防UV、抗菌、防霉、防螨等独立功能。本发明的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其工艺流程简单,便于批量生产,可以节约大量的人力物力资源,具有很好的商业前景。

Claims (9)
1.一种叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S101:首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线三种纱线的初级布料;
S102:将所述步骤S101编织的所述初级布料在第一预设温度下进行胚定过程;
S103:将所述步骤S102处理过的所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理;
S104:将所述步骤S103处理过的所述初级布料在第二预设温度下定型,得到叁织舒适布成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S101中,所述三种纱线中至少有一种为混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线至少为聚酯纤维、人造纤维和天然纤维中的两种;所述三种纱线中的另外两种纱线至少为弹性纤维、聚酯纤维、人造纤维和天然纤维中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面层纱线的密度数字为30cm~37cm,所述中间层纱线的密度数字为8cm~12cm,所述底层纱线的密度数字为29cm~36cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S102中,胚定时机速采取20码~25码。
5.根据权利要求1所述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S104中,定型时的机速采取18码~22码。
6.根据权利要求1所述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S102中,所述第一预设温度为190℃~200℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的叁织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S104中,所述第二预设温度为145℃~155℃。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法制备的叁织舒适布。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的叁织舒适布在服装、家纺领域方面的应用。
