现市面上多为二线:Spandex(氨纶)拉架和Poly(涤纶),编织成的布种,二线织法的缺陷,主要为即面料的两面成份相同,功能单一。三线,即由面纱、底纱和弹性纤维编织而成的布种较为少见。三线织法与二线织法相比优势主要为:面料的两面成份不同,功能不同,可以适应不同需求。三线织法中,Poly为长纤,但其织成的织物吸湿性较差,若是夏季穿着有较明显的闷热感,流汗会沾身,影响织物的穿著舒适感。编织三线布种,织工较高,因模数要减半,产能少一半。另外,三线布种染色底面原料不同,颜色可能会有偏差。传统的三线织法步骤繁琐,工艺流程复杂,耗费大量人力物力资源。

实施例2

从表1可以看出,利用本发明实施例的制备方法制备的三织舒适布的湿热阻平均值达到1.83(m 2·Pa)/W,说明本发明方法制备的三织舒适布具有很好的吸湿排汗等功能。
综上,本发明的三织舒适布的制备方法,采用三线进行编织,较二线(氨纶拉架和涤纶)布种,涤纶成分减少,增加了莫代尔纤维、丙烯酸纤维和棉纤维的成分,使其具有良好的柔软性和优良的吸湿性,因此提高了此三线布料的穿著舒适感和吸湿排汗的功能,这种增加涤纶成份的三线织法纺织制备出的衣服,洗后可免烫。另外,其吸湿排汗、快干、透水透气性能和抗静电等效果也非常好。又可另分开加上保暖、冰感、防UV、抗菌、防霉、防螨等独立功能。本发明的三织舒适布的制备方法,其工艺流程简单,便于批量生产,可以节约大量的人力物力资源,具有很好的商业前景。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S101:首先用三线纱嘴对原料进行编织,得到含有面层纱线、中间层纱线和底层纱线三种纱线的初级布料;
    S102:将所述步骤S101编织的所述初级布料在第一默认温度下进行胚定过程;
    S103:将所述步骤S102处理过的所述初级布料进行染色,然后出缸脱水,并通过平幅机干布处理;
    S104:将所述步骤S103处理过的所述初级布料在第二默认温度下定型,得到三织舒适布成品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S101中,所述三种纱线中至少有一种为混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线至少为聚酯纤维、人造纤维和天然纤维中的两种;所述三种纱线中的另外两种纱线至少为弹性纤维、聚酯纤维、人造纤维和天然纤维中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面层纱线的密度数字为30cm~37cm,所述中间层纱线的密度数字为8cm~12cm,所述底层纱线的密度数字为29cm~36cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S102中,胚定时机速采取20码~25码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S104中,定型时的机速采取18码~22码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S102中,所述第一默认温度为190℃~200℃。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的三织舒适布的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S104中,所述第二默认温度为145℃~155℃。
  8. 权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法制备的三织舒适布。
  9. 权利要求1-8任一项所述的三织舒适布在服装、家纺领域方面的应用。
