Abstract

本发明公开了一种泡沫染色用聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊的方法,该技术属于高分子纺织化学技术领域。该技术通过合成壳中含CO2气体空腔的聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊,利用泡沫涂层的方法将聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊均匀涂覆于棉织物表面,从而赋予颜料以及棉织物高牢度颜色性能。该泡沫涂层方法可减少能源的消耗和废水的排放。利用聚氨酯高分子的膜性质将颜料包覆住提高颜料的颜色稳定性,微胶囊壳中含CO2气体空腔可赋予织物一定的保暖性。

一种泡沫染色用聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊的方法
技术领域
本发明专利属于高分子纺织化工技术领域,具体涉及一种泡沫染色用聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊的方法。
背景技术
随着全社会提高了对于环保的认识以及受到世界能源危机的影响,传统染料在染整印花过程中由于产生废水量多且难易处理,在这一过程中还需要耗费大量的能源,并且通过印花后颜料的颜色不稳定,容易发生变化,这在现代社会中已经不能满足人们的需求。寻找研发一种环境友好型的染料以及提高染料在应用上的效率和减少能量的消耗已经成为染整行业发展的方向。
水性聚氨酯在合成的过程中,条件温和,可控,利用在合成水性聚氨酯过程中将颜料分子包覆住以此形成聚氨酯颜料微胶囊,利用聚氨酯高分子的粘合剂效果,设法利用泡沫染整的技术,在不使用粘合剂的条件下使颜料黏附在棉织物上获得较好的色牢度。能够提高颜料的利用率,减少废水的产生,能源的消耗。在合成过程中,为了赋予聚氨酯壳CO2气体空腔,提高初始反应的温度,实现涂层织物的保暖性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于将安全无毒的聚氨酯高分子应用到棉织物的印花工艺中,利用聚氨酯高分子的粘合剂效果,将连同包覆在聚氨酯中的颜料通过泡沫印花的方式粘结到棉织物上,从而获得较高色牢度,并且在这一过程中利用聚氨酯的膜效应,在颜料表面镀上一层膜从而保护颜料分子,提高颜料的颜色稳定性。
具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)在室温下往150ml去离子水中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-0.7g,往其中加入颜料粉1.5-2.5g,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2.5-5g,加入5-10滴催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡,通过超声乳化5min;
(2)在高速搅拌条件下,恒压滴液漏斗滴加聚乙二醇400 2.5-4.5g;为了赋予聚氨酯壳CO2气体空腔,反应温度控制在50-60℃反应1.5h,然后再提高温度到65-70℃,恒压滴加1,4-丁二醇0.5-1.05g,反应2h后收集产物;将产物转移到圆底烧瓶中,真空条件下旋转加热蒸发水分,得到聚氨酯壳中含CO2气体空腔的颜料微胶囊。
用于泡沫染整采用以下工艺:取10-60质量份微胶囊,1-5质量份十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,35-89质量份水配成发泡液,发泡2min,然后用涂布打样机将泡沫均匀涂到棉织物上,60℃预烘干,150℃焙烘3min,洗去浮色,烘干。
在反应过程中异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯会与水反应形成CO2气体,从而使包覆的颜料微胶囊中产生一个含有CO2气体的空腔,通过这一微胶囊特性能够使印花后的织物具有一定的保暖效果。这一处理过程既满足了人们对节能环保的要求,还赋予织物一些特殊的性能,符合现代人们对于织物的要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例一:
在室温下往150ml去离子水中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.7g,往其中加入颜料粉2.5g,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2.5g,加入10滴催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡,通过超声乳化5分钟。在高速搅拌条件下,恒压滴液漏斗滴加聚乙二醇400 4.5g,50℃反应1.5小时。提高温度到65℃,恒压滴加1,4-丁二醇1.05g,反应2小时后收集产物。将产物转移到圆底烧瓶中,真空条件下旋转加热蒸发水分,得到聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊。取微胶囊2g,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2g,去离子水17.8ml,配成发泡液,取该溶液发泡2min,然后用涂布打样机将泡沫均匀涂到棉织物上,60℃预烘干,150℃焙烘3min,洗去浮色,60℃烘干。
该工艺条件下,颜料微胶囊的包覆率为72%,聚氨酯壳中的空腔率为35%,涂覆在织物上后织物隔热性可提高34%。

Claims (2)

1.一种泡沫染色用聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊的方法,其特征是采用以下工艺步骤:
(1)在室温下往150ml去离子水中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-0.7g,往其中加入颜料粉1.5-2.5g,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2.5-5g,加入5-10滴催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡,通过超声乳化5min;
(2)在高速搅拌条件下,恒压滴液漏斗滴加聚乙二醇400 2.5-4.5g;为了赋予聚氨酯壳CO2气体空腔,反应温度控制在50-60℃反应1.5h,然后再提高温度到65-70℃,恒压滴加1,4-丁二醇0.5-1.05g,反应2h后收集产物;将产物转移到圆底烧瓶中,真空条件下旋转加热蒸发水分,得到聚氨酯壳中含CO2气体空腔的颜料微胶囊。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种泡沫染色用聚氨酯包覆颜料微胶囊的方法,其特征是用于泡沫染整采用以下工艺:
取10-60质量份微胶囊,1-5质量份十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,35-89质量份水配成发泡液,发泡2min,然后用涂布打样机将泡沫均匀涂到棉织物上,60℃预烘干,150℃焙烘3min,洗去浮色,烘干。
