Abstract

本发明提供一种能够不使用焊接装置进行制造的带端子零件的电线以及带端子零件的电线的制造方法。在编织线(11)的端部缠绕有金属箔(18),并且连接有端子零件(12)。根据这种构成,能够通过金属箔(18)来防止编织线(11)的端部的线材散开而扩散,所以即使不使用焊接装置也能够制造带端子零件的电线(10)。

Description

带端子零件的电线以及带端子零件的电线的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及带端子零件的电线以及带端子零件的电线的制造方法。
背景技术
以往,已知有通过在编织线的端部压装端子零件而构成的带端子零件的电线。编织线通过将多跟金属线材编织而形成,被切断成预定的长度尺寸。编织线的端部设置于端子零件的筒部,筒片被铆接。
但是,在编织线的端部,线材容易散开而扩散。编织线的端部散开的话,线材会被咬入端子零件的筒片之间,拉伸强度下降,在扩散的编织线中,有可能导致接触电阻变得不稳定等。于是,如下述专利文献1中记载,已知有在编织线的端部形成被铆接部,该被铆接部通过电阻焊接机将线材熔接而成。在被铆接部中,线材彼此熔接固定,所以能够防止线材散开而扩散。

但是,在上述结构中,为了形成被铆接部而使用焊接装置,所以花费设备费用,制造成本增高。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于,提供一种能够不使用焊接装置进行制造的带端子零件的电线以及带端子零件的电线的制造方法。
本发明的带端子零件的电线,在编织线的端部缠绕有金属箔,并且在被缠绕的所述金属箔的外侧连接有端子零件。
本发明的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,包括:将编织线切断的切断工序;在所述编织线缠绕金属箔的缠绕工序;以及在缠绕有所述金属箔的编织线的端部连接所述端子零件的端子连接工序。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够通过金属箔来防止编织线的端部的线材散开而扩散,所以即使不使用焊接装置也能够制造带端子零件的电线。

具体实施方式
下面示出本发明的优选方式。
本发明的带端子零件的电线可以形成为所述编织线的端部折回而重叠。
本发明的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,可以在所述切断工序后,进行在所述编织线的端部缠绕所述金属箔的缠绕工序。根据该方法,由于在未缠绕金属箔的状态切断编织线,所以与切割缠绕有金属箔的部分的情况相比,能够容易切断编织线。
本发明的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,在所述编织线的切断部位缠绕所述金属箔的缠绕工序之后,进行将缠绕有所述金属箔的状态的所述切断部位切断的切断工序。根据该方法,能够通过自动机实现生产性提高。
另外,本发明的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,在所述切断工序之后,进行将所述编织线的端部折回而重叠的折回工序。根据该方法,由于能够在未折回的状态(厚度尺寸比已折回的编织线小的状态)切断编织线,所以能够容易地将编织线切断。
<实施例1>
下面,参照图1~图3来详细地说明将本发明具体化的实施例1。
本实施例中的带端子零件的电线10具备编织线11和一对端子零件12,一对端子零件12与编织线11的长度方向的两端部连接。
端子零件12通过对导电性优异的金属制(例如铜合金制)的板材进行冲压加工而形成。端子零件12具有形成为一体的连接部13和筒部14,连接部13与机器等连接,筒部14与编织线11的端部连接。在连接部13,沿着板厚方向贯穿形成有贯穿孔15,螺栓等未予图示的紧固部件能够插通于该贯穿孔15。贯穿孔15形成为在编织线11的长度方向上长的长孔。
筒部14具备:底板16,从连接部13向一方向与该连接部23对齐地延伸;以及一对筒片17,从底板16的宽度方向上的两侧缘延伸。端子零件12通过一对筒片17将编织线11的端部铆接而与编织线11的端部连接。
编织线11通过将多根(本实施例中6000根左右)导电性优异的金属线材编织成筛子状(网眼状)而形成,构成为筒状。编织线11具有良好的可挠性。金属线材是例如在铜系金属的表面实施了镀锡的线材。编织线11的端面为切断面。
编织线11的端部在宽度方向折回而重叠。编织线11的端部如图3(B)所示以宽度方向上的中心进行两折而重叠为二层。由此,编织线11的端部相比于编织线11的长度方向的中间部,宽度尺寸为一半,且厚度尺寸为二倍。
在编织线11的端部,如图3(D)所示,缠绕有金属箔18。
金属箔18是例如带粘接剂的铜箔,在表背两面之中的一个面涂布有导电性粘接剂等。
金属箔18将一方向长的金属带切割成预定的长度尺寸而成。金属箔18具有能够沿着整个周向至少将编织线11的端部的外周包囲的长度尺寸。金属箔18具有能够从编织线11的切断面沿长度方向包围预定范围的宽度尺寸。
金属箔18缠绕到已折回的编织线11的端部的外周。折回的编织线11的内侧面处于编织线11彼此相互接触的状态。
接着,说明本实施例中的带端子零件的电线10的制造方法的一个例子。
首先,进行将编织线11切断的切断工序。切断工序在不使编织线11在宽度方向折回的状态(在宽度方向平坦地延伸的状态)下进行。通过未予图示的切割装置,在编织线11的预定的位置进行切断,将编织线11切断为预定的长度尺寸。被切断的编织线11的端部,如图3(A)所示,线材容易散开而扩散。
接着,进行将被切断的编织线11的端部折回重叠的折回工序。如图3(B)所示,将散开的线材汇聚的同时,将编织线11的端部在宽度方向的中心进行两折而重叠。
接着,进行在编织线11的端部缠绕金属箔18的缠绕工序。如图3(D)所示,将切割为预定的长度尺寸的金属箔18缠绕接合到编织线11的端部的整个外周。缠绕金属箔18的缠绕工序能够通过手工作业进行。在缠绕有金属箔18的编织线11的端部,线材被保持为不散开而汇聚的状态。在本实施例中,在编织线11的两端部依次进行折回工序和缠绕工序。
接着,进行在编织线11的端部连接端子零件12的端子连接工序。将编织线11的端部设置于筒部14的内侧。在编织线11的端部,缠绕有金属箔18的部分的整体配置于筒部14的内侧。编织线11的端部的表背两面之中的一个面被载置于底板16,处于编织线11的宽度方向的一端位于一个筒片17的根部,另一端位于另一个筒片17的根部的状态。通过未予图示的压装机对筒部14加压时,如图2所示,一对筒片17的顶端彼此对抵,筒部14将编织线11的端部包囲而被铆接。已折回的状态的编织线11的端部,通过筒部14被压合,从而处于编织线11的内侧相互密合的状态。在本实施例中,在编织线11的两端部依次进行端子连接工序。
通过以上工序完成带端子零件的电线10的制造。
接着,说明以上述方式构成的本实施例的作用以及效果。
本实施例的带端子零件的电线10,在编织线11的端部缠绕有金属箔18,并且连接有端子零件12。根据此结构,通过金属箔18能够防止编织线11的端部的线材散开而扩散,所以即使不使用焊接装置,也能够制造带端子零件的电线10。
另外,例如在通过焊锡来防止编织线11的端部散开的情况下,焊锡渗透,编织线11变硬,编织线11的可挠性有可能变差。但是,根据本实施例,通过金属箔18,能够防止编织线11的端部的线材散开而扩散,所以能够防止上述事态的发生。此外,金属箔18具有柔软性,所以能够提高编织线11与端子零件12的连接可靠性。
另外,在切断编织线11的切断工序之后,进行在被切断的编织线11的端部缠绕金属箔18的缠绕工序。根据该方法,由于在未缠绕金属箔18的状态下切断编织线11,所以与切断缠绕有金属箔18的部分的情况相比,能够容易地切断编织线11。
另外,在切断工序后,进行将被切断的编织线11的端部在宽度方向折回重叠的折回工序。根据该方法,由于在未折回的状态(厚度尺寸比被折回的编织线11小的状态)切断编织线11,所以能够容易地切断编织线11。
<实施例2>
接着,说明将本发明具体化的实施例2涉及的带端子零件的电线10的制造方法。
本实施例的带端子零件的电线10的制造方法,在编织线11的切断部位缠绕金属箔18的缠绕工序之后,进行将缠绕有金属箔18的状态的切断部位切断的切断工序,在这一点上与实施例1不同。另外,对与实施例1相同的构成赋予相同符号,并省略重复说明。
本实施方式涉及的带端子零件的电线10,与实施例1同样地,在编织线11的端部缠绕有金属箔18,并且连接有端子零件12,编织线11的端部处于在宽度方向折回重叠的状态。
说明本实施例中的带端子零件的电线10的制造方法的一个例子。
首先,进行在编织线11的切断部位缠绕金属箔18的缠绕工序。与实施例1同样地,将切割成预定的长度尺寸的金属箔18沿着整个周向缠绕接合到编织线11的切断部位。缠绕工序在没有将编织线11于宽度方向折回的状态(在宽度方向平坦地延伸的状态)进行。
接着,进行将缠绕有金属箔18的状态的切断部位切断的切断工序。通过未图示的切割装置,在编织线11的切断部位进行切断,将编织线11形成为预定的长度尺寸。此时,通过使用热切割装置进行切断,从而能够增加编织线11与金属箔18之间的固着力。在被切断的编织线11的端部,由于缠绕有金属箔18,所以能够保持为线材不散开扩散而汇聚的状态。
然后,依次进行将被切断的编织线11的端部折回重叠的折回工序、以及在编织线11的端部连接端子零件12的端子连接工序,从而完成带端子零件的电线10的制造。在已折回的编织线11的端部,通过压装筒部14,从而配置于内侧的金属箔18彼此处于相互密合的状态。
在如上所述的本实施例的制造方法中,通过将金属箔18和编织线11同时切断,从而能够抑制切断后的编织线11的扩散,并且能够通过自动机实现生产性提高,无需进行在编织线11的端部将散开的线材汇聚的作业。

本发明不限于根据上述描述和附图说明的实施例,例如如下所述的实施例也包含于本发明的技术范围。
(1)在上述实施例中,示出与编织线11的两端部连接的端子零件12的具体例,但不限于此,端子零件能够使用各种端子零件。
(2)在上述实施例中,编织线11的端部进行两折,但不限于此,例如也可以将编织线的端部进行三折或者磨圆。
(3)在上述实施例中,编织线11的端部折回而重叠,但不限于此,也可以不将编织线的端部折回而设为平坦。
(4)在上述实施例中,编织线11的端部在宽度方向的中心进行两折,但不限于此,也可以将编织线的端部的宽度方向的两端缘部向中心侧进行折回。
(5)在上述实施例中,编织线11的端部在宽度方向折回,但不限于此,也可以将编织线的端部在轴向折回。
(6)在上述实施例1中,在折回工序后进行缠绕工序,但不限于此,也可以在缠绕工序后进行折回工序。
(7)在上述实施例2中,在缠绕工序后进行折回工序,但不限于此,也可以在折回工序后进行缠绕工序。

Claims (6)

1.一种带端子零件的电线,在编织线的端部缠绕有金属箔,并且在被缠绕的所述金属箔的外侧连接有端子零件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带端子零件的电线,所述编织线的端部折回而重叠。
3.一种带端子零件的电线的制造方法,包括:
将编织线切断的切断工序;
在所述编织线缠绕金属箔的缠绕工序;以及
在缠绕有所述金属箔的编织线的端部连接所述端子零件的端子连接工序。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,
在所述切断工序之后进行在所述编织线的端部缠绕所述金属箔的缠绕工序。
5.根据权利要求3所述的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,
在所述编织线的切断部位缠绕所述金属箔的缠绕工序之后,进行将缠绕有所述金属箔的状态的所述切断部位切断的切断工序。
6.根据权利要求3至权利要求5的任意一项所述的带端子零件的电线的制造方法,
在所述切断工序之后,进行将所述编织线的端部折回而重叠的折回工序。
