Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及热成形包装机和包装组件。
背景技术
DE 102 24 237 A1公开了用于生产具有相对于水平方向倾斜的密封缝的包装件的热成形包装机。借助于被构造为伸缩带的倾斜配置的输送带将食品的一摞多片产品给送进形成于底膜片(web)的槽(trough)中。输送带分别相对于热成形包装机和膜输送平面倾斜的一个原因是,输送带在膜输送平面的上方的成形站的配置中是可见的。输送带必须配置在成形站的最上阻隔轮廓的上方,并且归因于输送带然后会以倾斜的角度向下朝向膜输送平面延伸的事实,需要从成形站延伸到供给线的起始处且不被任何工作站利用的区域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是缩短热成形包装机的机器长度。
该目的通过如下的热成形包装机来实现。本发明的进一步有利发展也记载在后面。
根据本发明的热成形包装机包括至少两条夹链,该夹链用于在底膜的两侧保持底膜,并且夹链用于沿着热成形包装机的生产方向输送底膜,夹链在链引导件中被引导。链引导件均包括上引导面和下引导面,相应的一个夹链在上引导面与下引导面之间是可引导的。热成形包装机包括用于在底膜中产生槽的成形站、密封站和至少一个裁切站,成形站、密封站和裁切站沿着所述生产方向顺次配置于机架。根据本发明的热成型包装机,其特征在于,链引导件至少从成形站沿着供给线延伸到密封站,并且链引导件的上引导面在成形站处、沿着成形站水平地定向,并且上引导面具有距离热成形包装机的机架的安装面的第一竖直距离,其中链引导件在密封站处、沿着密封站水平地定向,并且上引导面具有距离安装面的第二竖直距离,所述第二竖直距离至少比第一竖直距离大100mm,并且链引导件至少局部地沿着供给线呈上升定向。因为产品供给带能够容易地沿水平方向给送产品并能够将产品直接地放入槽中,所以热成形包装机的该结构设计允许短的供给线。对于一些形状的槽和产品而言,槽的倾斜定位能够是特别有利的。
优选地,链引导件沿着供给线相对于水平方向以10°至30°的角度局部地倾斜。
优选地,链引导件被构造成使得其从成形站沿着供给线直到密封站在很大程度上是连续的,以避免链引导段之间的跃进(transition),因为这会导致链的不平坦行进。
根据特定的实施方式,成形站被构造成在底膜中形成具有至少100mm的槽深的槽。
优选地,成形站包括用于支持成形过程的凸模部,以便借助于来自底膜上方的加压空气和/或来自底膜下方的真空支持位于成形工具下部的凹模部中的底膜的热成形。进而能够提高性能和成形质量。
根据本发明的包装组件包括上述热成形包装机和产品供给带。包装组件的特征在于,产品供给带相对于水平方向以小于5°的角度倾斜。优选地,角度为0°。
根据有利的实施方式,产品供给带被构造为伸缩带,用于将产品部分地直接给送进槽自身中,进而将产品非常精确地放在其供给位置。
优选地,在位于成形站上方的区域和前缘的区域中,产品供给带具有小于50mm的竖直尺寸,使得当产品供给带进入槽时将需要较小的空间。还能够想到朝向产品供给带的端变窄的竖直尺寸。
优选地,产品供给带设置在成形站的上方、延伸到供给线并且部分地沿着供给线。进而能够以在结构上非常简单的方式将在热成形包装机上游生产的产品沿着成形站输送到供给地点。
根据特别有利的实施方式,产品供给带的前进移动能够与夹链的前进移动同步,进而产品供给带的前进移动与槽的前进移动同步,使得能够在槽以前进移动量前进的同时将产品给送进槽中。以这种方式,还能够精确地执行产品在槽中的布置。

具体实施方式

图1示出了包括根据本发明的间歇运行的热成形包装机2和产品供给带3的包装组件1的示意性侧视图。热成形包装机2包括机架4,机架4沿着生产方向R定向并设置有位于其下侧的安装面A。在热成形包装机2的起始处,设置有在图1中的右手侧示出的用于底膜/箔6的解缠装置5。借助于配置在底膜6侧方的两条夹链7向成形站8供应底膜6,以便在底膜6中热成形具有竖直槽深T的槽11。另外,当沿生产方向R观察时,在成形站8的下游示出了倾斜的供给线9,供给线9相对于水平方向以角度β倾斜,并且供给线9用于将产品10给送进被热成形了的槽11中(同样参见图2)。在进一步的生产顺序中,这些部件之后是密封站12和第一裁切站14,密封站12用于利用盖膜13封闭已经填充有产品10的槽11,第一裁切站14被构造为横向裁切站。配置在第一横向裁切站14下游的第二裁切单元15被构造为纵向裁切站15并分离出包装件16。经由输送带17,将被分离的包装件16从热成形包装机2输送出去。热成形包装机2包括控制单元18,控制单元18不仅能够控制能够驱动夹链7的驱动器19a(例如,伺服马达),而且还能够控制产品供给带3的驱动器19b,使得两个驱动器19a、19b的速度能够彼此同步或彼此适应,用于使与产品10和/或槽11相对应的供给过程的执行最优化。
夹链7在链引导件30中被引导,链引导件30在图1中示意性地示出为在表示夹链7的虚线的上方和下方延伸且平行于表示夹链7的虚线的点划线。例如从DE 102006005405A1已知这种链引导件。链引导件30具有上引导面O和下引导面U,夹链7在上引导面O与下引导面U之间被引导。沿着成形站8的上引导面O水平地定向,并且具有距离安装面A的第一竖直距离V1。沿着密封站12的上引导面O水平地定向,并且具有距离安装面A的第二竖直距离V2。
图2示出了从成形站8到密封站12的夹链7的路线、由此底膜6的路线的示意性侧视图。在成形站8中,在底膜6中形成顺次和/或并排配置且限定形状的一个或多个槽11。底膜6可以例如被构造为膜厚在100μm和300μm之间的柔性膜。夹链7以每个工件周期在生产方向R上给送长度V的膜的方式同步移动,以便为供给线9和产品供给带3提供对应的新的待被填充的槽。图2还示出了在产品供给带3处于第一阶段的情况下供给线9的示意性细节图,在该情形中,产品供给带3被构造为伸缩带,并且前缘20自身能够沿产品供给带3的定向伸缩。例如从DE 2516583 A1已知这种伸缩带。图2示出了在该第一阶段下产品供给带3位于其伸长位置,然后如图3所示产品供给带3缩回,其中在伸长位置处前缘20进入已经被适当定位的槽11。产品供给带3具有位于成形站8的上方的区域中的竖直高度H。
在图3中,产品供给带3以如下方式移动:产品供给带3的上部3a不动,而下部3b分别与前缘20和偏转滑轮(deflection pulley)21同步地沿与生产方向R相反的方向向右缩回。代替偏转滑轮21,还能够想到偏转边缘(deflection edge)。进而将产品10可靠且精确地放入槽11中。
图4和图5示出了产品供给带3的可选实施方式。产品供给带3不具有可动的前缘20。在供给过程期间,借助于控制单元18使产品供给带3的移动量与夹链7的前进移动量V彼此适应,使得产品10将移动进以倾斜的角度移动经过前缘20的槽11中。为了检测产品10的在产品供给带3上的位置,可以在产品供给带3的左端处配置光栅形式的传感器22,使得控制单元18将能够根据产品10的在产品供给带3上的位置来控制用于供给过程的各个驱动器19a、19b的启动和速度。
Claims (10)
1.一种热成形包装机(2),其包括至少两条夹链(7),所述夹链(7)用于在底膜(6)的两侧保持所述底膜(6),并且所述夹链(7)用于沿着所述热成形包装机(2)的生产方向(R)输送所述底膜(6),其中所述夹链(7)在链引导件(30)中被引导,其中所述热成形包装机(2)包括用于在所述底膜(6)中产生槽(11)的成形站(8)、密封站(12)和至少一个裁切站(14),所述成形站(8)、所述密封站(12)和所述裁切站(14)沿着所述生产方向(R)顺次配置于机架(4),其特征在于,所述链引导件(30)至少从所述成形站(8)沿着供给线(9)延伸到所述密封站(12),其中所述链引导件(30)均包括上引导面(O)和下引导面(U),相应的一个所述夹链(7)在所述上引导面(O)与所述下引导面(U)之间被引导,并且所述上引导面(O)在所述成形站(8)处、沿着所述成形站(8)水平地定向,并且沿着所述成形站(8),所述上引导面(O)具有距离所述热成形包装机(2)的机架(4)的安装面(A)的第一竖直距离(V1),其中所述链引导件(30)在所述密封站(12)处、沿着所述密封站(12)水平地定向,并且沿着所述密封站(12),所述上引导面(O)具有距离所述安装面(A)的第二竖直距离(V2),所述第二竖直距离(V2)至少比所述第一竖直距离(V1)大100mm,并且沿着所述供给线(9),所述链引导件(30)至少局部地呈上升定向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,沿着所述供给线(9),所述链引导件(30)相对于水平方向以10°至30°的角度(β)局部地倾斜。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述链引导件(30)被构造成使得其从所述成形站(8)沿着所述供给线(9)直到所述密封站(12)在很大程度上是连续的。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述成形站(8)被构造成在所述底膜(6)中形成具有至少100mm的槽深(T)的槽(11)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述成形站(8)包括用于支持所述成形过程的凸模部。
6.一种包装组件(1),其包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的热成形包装机(2)和产品供给带(3),其特征在于,所述产品供给带(3)相对于水平方向以小于5°的角度倾斜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述产品供给带(3)被构造为伸缩带。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述产品供给带(3)具有小于50mm的竖直尺寸(H)。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述产品供给带(3)设置在所述成形站(8)的上方、延伸到所述供给线(9)并且部分地沿着所述供给线(9)。
10.根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的包装组件,其特征在于,所述产品供给带(3)的前进移动与所述夹链(7)的前进移动同步,使得能够在所述槽(11)以前进移动量(V)前进的同时将产品(10)给送进所述槽(11)中。
