本发明属于食品及制备技术领域。
背景技术
甜荞:蓼科,荞麦属,一年生草本谷类作物。茎浅红,绿叶,株型多分枝。异型花,多以粉、白二色为主。籽粒三棱状,外壳呈黑褐色,粒肉为乳白色。喜凉爽湿润环境,可春秋两季耕种,生育周期为60-90天,多产于我国东北和西北地区。
荞麦的医疗保健价值很早就被人们认识。《本草纲目》载:“苦荞,味苦,平寒”,“作饭食压丹石毒甚良”,孙思邈《备急千金要方》载:“荞麦味酸微寒无毒,食之难消,动大热风。其叶生食,动刺风令人身痒”,《图经本草》也有“荞麦实肠胃,益气力”的记载。现代科学技术研究证明,荞麦中含有特殊成分,确实具有较高的药用价值,主要体现在以下几个方面:防止糖尿病、心血管疾病、抑制肿瘤、抗菌消炎等。
枸杞营养丰富,含有甜素碱、胡萝卜素、核黄素、硫胺素、维生素C、烟酸、抗坏血酸、钙、铁、磷等,具有抗癌保肝、生精益气、治虚安神、补肾养血、明目祛风等作用,抗癌、保肝、养颜之奇效,是最佳天然保健物,用于治目昏、眩晕、耳鸣、腰膝、酸软、糖尿病等症。
龙眼营养丰富,是珍贵的滋养强化剂,含有多种营养物质,有补血安神、健脑益智、补养心脾、养颜护肤、提高免疫力等功效。
红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙及多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成分,具有养肝排毒、补气护嗓、止咳润肺、补血养颜、安神助眠等作用。

本发明针对现有产品的不足,提供一种既保存了甜荞原料的全部有效营养成分、延长了保质期,又提升了口感、增强了保健作用的一种养生美颜甜荞凉粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
本发明所述的一种养生美颜甜荞凉粉,按重量份计,包括甜荞400-600份,龙眼10-30份、红枣20-40份、枸杞10-30份、水600-800份。
本发明所述的一种养生美颜甜荞凉粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤。
(1)将甜荞进行筛选、去壳、去杂、清洗、潮解30-40min后用光面玻璃瓶搓擀,直至面状备用。
(2)按上述比例取料,将红枣、龙眼去核与枸杞混合加水研磨成浆,然后用3-4层纱布过滤,得混合浓缩汁备用。
(3)按上述比例,将步骤(1)所得面状甜荞加入步骤(2)混合浓缩汁中,搅拌混合均匀,将匀浆再次用3-4层纱布滤入圆底锅中,边搅拌边加热。大火煮沸,文火加热至凝胶状。置于平底模具中,冷却,即得成品。
