该隔绝层在局部且该陶瓷层在局部可以被直接施加至窗玻璃,从而可以避免中间层。另一个优点在于,框架有时可以落位在陶瓷层上,有时可以落位在窗玻璃上,有时可以落位在隔绝层上。为此,可以实现多个接合部,即当在两种材料之间的其中一个接合部实际已分离时,还有其它的接合部作为保险手段。
该隔绝层也可以一直延伸至窗玻璃的边缘。于是,该框架只在朝外的侧面处与窗玻璃直接连接,在其余部分与隔绝层连接。在框架区域内,在隔绝层下方也可以设有前述的陶瓷层。在此情况下,为了将框架接合至窗玻璃而存在两种不同的接合结构,即,框架材料与窗玻璃在朝外的侧面区域中的直接接合以及在框架材料和隔绝层之间的接合。但是,隔绝层本身于是也具有两种接合结构,即一个是在透明的透明区域中直接与窗玻璃接合,另一个是在框架区域中与陶瓷层接合。
该框架优选未被机械加工。这可以如此实现,在框架内侧面上的冒口部和排气部在脱模时被简单折断。所述冒口部和排气部的相应定位和尺寸设定允许这种低成本的变型制造方式。
上述任务也将通过一种制造车顶玻璃窗部件的方法来完成,该车顶玻璃窗部件包括外侧的工件侧的窗玻璃和在内侧发泡成型到工件侧的窗玻璃上的透明的隔绝层和设置在工件侧的窗玻璃的内侧边缘部上的、注射成型或发泡成型的环绕的框架。根据本发明的方法尤其被用于制造本发明的车顶玻璃窗部件并且特点是具有以下步骤:
a.将工件侧的窗玻璃定位在下模部上,
b.通过上模来闭合模具,该上模至少局部由模具侧的窗玻璃构成,该模具侧的窗玻璃至少在待施加的隔绝层的区域内至少具有所置入的工件侧的窗玻璃的隆起形状,
c.在工件侧的窗玻璃的内侧面以平面形式发泡成型透明的隔绝材料,以便在该车顶玻璃窗部件的透明区域中形成连贯透明的隔绝层。
根据本发明的方法规定,该上模至少大部分即在与隔绝材料接触的区域内被窗玻璃代替。该窗玻璃(下称模具侧的窗玻璃)是作为车顶玻璃窗部件的潜在可能部分之前所制造出的窗玻璃中的一个。为此,可以很有利地制造极其昂贵的模具。或许还只需要作为上模的窗玻璃本身或者具有外侧框架的窗玻璃,其于是形成整个或几乎整个上模。此解决方案的另一个优点在于,由玻璃形成的上模的表面是尤其第一流的。必要时,可以在窗玻璃中设置多个孔,借形成所述冒口部和/或排气部。但这些孔的制造很简单且造成不值一提的成本支出。
在根据本发明的方法中不一定需要采用用于框架的注射成型或发泡成型的底漆和/或在透明的隔绝层发泡成型之前将活化剂施加至工件侧的窗玻璃的内侧面。也可以直接注射成型或发泡成型到窗玻璃上。
在制造出透明的隔绝层之后,可以发泡成型或注射环绕的框架,在这里,在注射或发泡时在窗玻璃内侧的边缘部区域中设置用于待加入材料的冒口部和吸出部,就像之前已关于本发明的车顶玻璃窗部件所描述的那样。
在用于制造框架的发泡过程中,一个用于密封的模具部件最好被直接压紧到透明的隔绝层上,从而在这里在模具中不一定需要成本高昂的密封。由塑料构成的隔绝层提供所需的柔韧性并且还有所需的压入深度,这种压入深度允许该模具密封压紧至事先制造出的由窗玻璃和隔绝层构成的单元并在此密封该单元。
在制造出框架之后,不再发生车顶玻璃窗部件的切削精加工。
最后,本发明也涉及一种用于制造根据本发明的车顶玻璃窗部件的模具,具有用于定位工件侧的窗玻璃的下模部和至少局部由模具侧的窗玻璃构成的上模,该模具侧的窗玻璃至少在待施加的隔绝层区域内至少在隆起形状方面对应于所置入的窗玻璃。在此也得到之前关于本发明的方法所提到的优点。至少局部形成该上模的模具侧的窗玻璃可具有多个孔用于形成所述冒口部和/或排气部。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出车顶玻璃窗部件,其例如是车辆滑动天窗或车辆升降天窗的可移动的工件侧玻璃盖板,或者是全景天窗的玻璃盖板。
在外侧,车顶玻璃窗部件10由窗玻璃12构成,尤其由单层安全玻璃构成,它至少几乎限定出车顶玻璃窗部件10的外侧面或整个外侧面。
窗玻璃12在内侧通过一个闭合环绕的框架14被稳固,该框架通过注射或发泡来制造。
在这种情况下,框架14是最好由发泡的聚氨酯材料构成的不透明的框架,其在边缘部被发泡到窗玻璃12上。
如图2至图4所示,框架14在窗玻璃12的朝外侧面15和窗玻璃12的内侧面延伸。
由金属构成的多个加固件16被嵌入构成框架14的聚氨酯材料中。在图2和图3中示出多个长条管状的加固件16,它们嵌入框架14中并且与窗玻璃12间隔开。
在内侧发泡成型到窗玻璃12上的隔绝层18可选地(与是否还设有底漆相关地)直接接触窗玻璃12并且由塑料材料构成,该塑料材料具有所谓的再流平作用。因而,隔绝层18相对柔软并且能用指甲被略微压陷,在这里,压陷部位在短暂时间后又自动闭合。
隔绝层18例如用于形成隔音结构和/或紫外滤光器和/或红外滤光器。
即,在车顶玻璃窗部件10的被框架14包围的中央的所谓透明区域20(也见图1)内,车顶玻璃窗部件10是透明的,并且在该区域中它只通过窗玻璃12和完全覆盖窗玻璃12区域的透明隔绝层18构成。
该隔绝层一直延伸至所谓的边缘22或边缘22的附近,该边缘形成从内侧面至侧面15的过渡部。该边缘部在内侧与边缘22相接。
直接在窗玻璃12上且确切说在框架14下方施加一陶瓷层,该陶瓷层从框架14的内侧端部24起一直延伸到边缘22并且在内侧覆盖窗玻璃12的环绕的边缘部。该陶瓷层优选是黑色的且不允许从外侧看到框架的聚氨酯材料。但因为该陶瓷层极薄,故无法在图2至图4中看到它。
还如图2和图3所示,加固件16或与之相连接的部分26贴靠在隔绝层18上,但不必设置作为单独预制件的、针对加固件16保证距窗玻璃12的距离的垫块。
可选地,可以在也增强聚氨酯材料的耐紫外光性的陶瓷层上施加底漆和/或活化剂,随后发泡成型该聚氨酯以形成框架14。
当然,也可以在施加隔绝层18之前在内侧将底漆层和/或活化剂层施加至整个窗玻璃上。它也用于更好的附着。
未设置保护膜。
透明的隔绝层18最好具有例如在0.5毫米至1.5毫米范围内的恒定厚度。
在根据图4的剖视图中能看到,加固件16呈弯折板状构成,其以一边嵌设在框架14中并以一边从相应的聚氨酯材料中伸出,以便在该区域内接合至车辆滑动天窗和/或车辆升降天窗的驱动装置。
在如图4所示的侧边缘区域中,框架14也可以具有未相互交接的多个部段,在这里例如是一个从侧面15开始的外侧部段和与该外侧部段间隔的嵌设有加固件16的靠内部段。
框架14未被机械加工,并且用于在注射或浇注中制造框架的冒口部和排气部30或31只设置在窗玻璃12的内侧。
结合图5和图6示出车顶玻璃窗部件的制造,即基本上分两个步骤。
在图5中示出一模具32,在该模具中置入工件侧的窗玻璃12,确切说是置入所谓的下模部34之中或之上,该下模部可以是下半模。于是,窗玻璃的背面朝上。接着,在模具32中施加隔绝层18。
上模36(或许是半模)包括框架38,在框架内装入另一个模具侧的窗玻璃40并将其固定在框架上。窗玻璃40至少在待施加的隔绝层18区域中就隆起形状而言准确对应于所置入的窗玻璃12并且可以是很廉价制造的相同件。为此,另一窗玻璃40是上半模36。
在框架38上的密封42相对于窗玻璃12密封该上模36,在这里,在窗玻璃12、40之间形成小间隙43。窗玻璃40能可选地具有多个开口44用于将液态塑料注入位于模具32与窗玻璃12之间的形成隔绝层18的型腔。其中一些开口44也作为密封口或抽吸口来形成。可选地,这些开口也可以形成在框架38的区域内。在间隙42被发泡填充之后,上模36被向上取掉,从而形成由窗玻璃12和隔绝层18构成的单元。在图5和图6中也用粗线示出陶瓷层48。
图6也示出下半模50以及上半模52,它们与被置入其中的由窗玻璃12和隔绝层18构成的单元一起界定出型腔54,该型腔被注射或发泡填充,确切说是用聚氨酯材料。聚氨酯材料于是形成该框架。
图6未示出加固件16所处的模具区域,该加固件在包封注塑或包封发泡中被同样埋入该聚氨酯材料中。
在图6中能清楚看到,许多冒口部和排气部56中的一个并未侧设在侧面15区域内,而是设置在也在根据图6的模具中朝上的窗玻璃12内侧。当脱模时,位于上半模52的对应开口58中的聚氨酯液滴与在此期间硬化的聚氨酯泡沫材料的余部断裂开,从而冒口部和/或排气部未向外凸出。
不再需要机械切削加工,尤其是在所生成的框架的朝外的区域内也不需要机械切削加工。
在制造出框架14之后,所有的冒口部和排气部30、31最好保持未被覆盖,即它们未被包封发泡或包封注塑或上漆或用其它部分覆盖。
Claims (18)
1.一种车顶玻璃窗部件,具有外侧的窗玻璃(12)和在内侧发泡成型到该窗玻璃(12)上的透明的隔绝层(18)和设置在该窗玻璃(12)的内侧边缘部上的、注射成型或发泡成型的、一直延伸到边缘(22)的环绕的框架(14),其特征是,该框架(14)的所有的冒口部(30)和排气部(31)设置在所述内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该透明的隔绝层(18)至少完全覆盖该窗玻璃(12)的一个透明区域(20),成品玻璃部件(10)在该区域是透明的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,在内侧在整个边缘部下方施加陶瓷层(48)至该窗玻璃(12)。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,在该窗玻璃(12)和透明的隔绝层(18)之间设有底漆层和/或活化剂层。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该窗玻璃(12)是单层安全玻璃。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该窗玻璃(12)具有环绕的、朝外的、被该框架(14)完全覆盖的侧面(15)。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该隔绝层(18)一直延伸到该窗玻璃(12)的边缘(22)。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,在该框架(14)内嵌设至少一个预制的加固件(16),尤其是由金属构成的加固件(16)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该加固件(16)被设计成朝向窗玻璃(12)无垫块且没有直接接触窗玻璃(12),尤其是该窗玻璃(12)与该加固件(16)之间至少在局部只有该隔绝层(18)。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该隔绝层(18)是尤其具有再流平作用的聚氨酯层。
11.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该隔绝层(18)在局部且陶瓷层(48)在局部被直接施加至该窗玻璃(12)。
12.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车顶玻璃窗部件,其特征是,该框架(14)未被机械加工。
13.一种制造尤其根据前述权利要求之一的车顶玻璃窗部件的方法,该车顶玻璃窗部件具有外侧的、工件侧的窗玻璃(12)和在内侧发泡成型到工件侧的窗玻璃(12)上的透明的隔绝层(18),以及设置在工件侧的窗玻璃(12)的内侧边缘部上的、注射成型或发泡成型的环绕的框架(14),其特征是,该方法具有以下步骤:
a.将工件侧的窗玻璃(12)定位在下模部上,
b.通过上模来闭合模具,该上模至少局部由模具侧的窗玻璃(12)构成,该模具侧的窗玻璃至少在待施加的隔绝层的区域内至少具有所置入的工件侧的窗玻璃(12)的隆起形状,
c.在工件侧的窗玻璃(12)的内侧面以平面形式发泡成型透明的隔绝材料,以便在该车顶玻璃窗部件(10)的透明区域中形成连贯透明的隔绝层(18)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征是,未采用用于该框架(14)的注射成型或发泡成型的底漆,和/或活化剂在透明的隔绝层(18)发泡之前被施加至工件侧的窗玻璃(12)的内侧面。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其特征是,在制造出透明的隔绝层(22)之后,发泡成型或注射成型环绕的框架(14),其中在注射和发泡时用于待注入的材料的所有的冒口部和排气部(30,31)设置在工件侧的窗玻璃(12)的内侧面的边缘部区域中。
16.根据权利要求13至15之一所述的方法,其特征是,在制造出该框架(14)之后不再发生该车顶玻璃窗部件的切削精加工。
17.根据权利要求13至16之一所述的方法,其特征是,在制造出该框架(14)之后,所有的冒口部和排气部(30,31)未被覆盖。
18.一种用于执行根据权利要求13至17之一所述的方法的发泡模具,具有下模部和与之相接的上模(36),其中在该下模部(34)和该上模(36)之间能将工件侧的窗玻璃加入在该下模部(34)与上模(36)之间形成的型腔中,其中该上模(36)至少局部由模具侧的窗玻璃(40)构成,该模具侧的窗玻璃至少在待施加的隔绝层(18)区域中尤其具有与被置入该下模部(34)的待包封发泡的工具侧的窗玻璃(12)相同的隆起形状。
