本发明涉及一种包括旋风分离单元的手持式真空吸尘器。
背景技术
GB2440111B公开了一种手持式真空吸尘器,包括主体部,其具有手柄和布置为沿着手柄延伸的旋风分离器。旋风分离器包括收集器,用于收集由旋风分离器分离的脏物。收集器具有基部,其可枢转地安装到收集器的外壁,且通过卡扣件保持在关闭位置。卡扣件的释放允许基部摆动打开,使得收集器可以被清空。

在使用中,手持式真空吸尘器2通过用户利用食指压扳机16而被激活。干燥的空气被抽吸发生器11通过入口管道30、36吸入,且通过入口32进入旋风分离腔28。由中心管道30在旋风分离腔28内的第二部分促进的旋转气流产生旋风作用,其将相对较重或较大的脏物从空气分离。通常,真空吸尘器2被保持为使得旋风分离单元8从手柄6向下指向。在旋风分离腔28中分离的脏物由此在重力作用下落入脏物收集器38中。部分清洁的空气穿过护罩45中的孔46,然后被沿着管道48抽吸到次级旋风器20。较小和较轻的脏物颗粒被次级旋风器20从空气凤梨,且通过相应的固体出口排入到细灰尘收集器51中。清洁空气经由次级旋风器20的相应的流体出口52排出次级旋风器20,然后排出在主体部4后部上的排气口(未示出)。
旋风分离单元8的轴线X与清洁工具10的对齐使得真空吸尘器2紧凑,且使得在清洁期间,旋风分离单元8的端部可以被插入到受限的空间中,如图4所示。真空吸尘器2由此特别适用于清洁难以抵达的位置,譬如在家具物品、墙壁和器具之间的间隙。此外,旋风分离单元8在清洁期间能大体在其自身的轮廓内旋转。也就是说,当旋风分离单元8绕其纵向轴线X旋转时,由旋风分离单元8(当沿纵向轴线X观察时)扫过的区域没有显著大于旋风分离单元8占据的实际区域。手柄在竖直取向的真空吸尘器2的示意性图示在图5b中示出。图5a和5c示出了从图5b中所示的取向沿每个方向旋转过45度的真空吸尘器2。旋风分离单元8由此可以在受限空间内顺时针和逆时针旋转,而不会和受限空间的表面碰撞,且从而可以被容易地操纵,以清洁难以抵达的表面。
除了上述益处,清洁工具10与纵向轴线X的对齐确保旋风分离单元8的倾斜角度并不随着真空吸尘器2绕纵向轴线X旋转而改变,且从而主旋风分离器18和次级旋风分离器20的分离效率在使用期间保持大体恒定。这在清洁工具10被更换以棒110和吸尘器头112以形成杆式真空吸尘器102时是特别有利的,如图6所示。
棒110与旋风分离单元8的纵向轴线X同轴地延伸。吸尘器头112包括具有第一和第二旋转轴线Y、Z(其相对彼此垂直地布置)的关节连接的颈部114。轴线Y、Z的布置使得当吸尘器头112置于表面上且棒110相对于表面倾斜时,杆式真空吸尘器102绕旋风分离单元8的纵向轴线X(且由此绕棒轴线旋转棒110)使得吸尘器头112左右转向,如图7a到7c所示。
如上所述,旋风分离单元8的纵向轴线X的倾斜在吸尘器头114在要被清洁的地面上转向时保持基本恒定。因此,不像已知的杆式真空吸尘器,旋风分离效率保持基本恒定,且再卷入的风险保持较低。
另一益处是旋风分离单元8的重心定位在棒110的轴线处或靠近该轴线。因此,当旋风分离单元8在清洁期间旋转时,旋风分离单元8绕棒110的轴线的重量平衡保持基本恒定。真空吸尘器2由此易于操纵。
参考图8,为了清空任一实施例的脏物收集器38和细灰尘收集器51,用户首先断开清洁工具10或棒110。然后,当抓住手柄6时,用户将真空吸尘器2指向适当的容器(例如垃圾箱或袋),脏物将被清空到它。卡扣件42于是被用户释放且端部壁26从其关闭位置枢转到打开位置。由于旋风分离单元8指向远离用户方向,不需要用户采用与正常清洁期间不同的手柄或姿势。因此,脏物收集器38和细灰尘收集器51被清空的过程非常直观和符合人体工学。此外,脏物从旋风分离单元8的最远离手柄6的端部离开脏物收集器38/细灰尘收集器51。由此,在清空期间,脏物从脏物收集器38/细灰尘收集器51溅到用户的风险较低。
在替代实施方式中,入口管道可以被从旋风分离单元8的轴线间隔开。然而,旋风分离单元可以布置为部分地围绕入口管道的一部分或完全围绕入口管道的一部分延伸。例如,入口管道可以凹入到旋风分离单元的侧面,使得当沿着旋风分离单元的轴线观察时,管道在旋风分离单元的轮廓内延伸。
