Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种旋风吸尘器，包括旋风筒体，所述旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，内凹壁上设有过滤网孔。本实用新型将旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，形成内凹结构，在实现正常旋风分离的同时，相对缩短了旋风筒体的轴向长度，从而相对增大了吸尘器的容尘空间，取得了较好的效果，这对于容尘量相对较小的吸尘器（如手持式吸尘器）具有积极的现实意义。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吸尘器，具体涉及一种旋风吸尘器。
背景技术
旋风吸尘器是近几年发展起来的一种吸尘器，其可以没有传统的集尘袋或过滤器系统，而是使气流沿着一条高速螺旋形的路径流经一个或多个圆筒；当气流沿螺旋形路径快速运动时，所有脏物颗粒都会因强大的离心力作用，被甩出气流；实现这种气流旋转的载体通常称作旋风筒体。
现有技术中，不论旋风筒体的大小，现有的旋风筒体一般都是呈锥形，其上设有气流入口和气流出口，其底部为排灰口，其内腔即为旋风分离室。为了实现较好的分离效果，现有的旋风筒的轴向尺寸较大，造成了整个吸尘器的结构不紧凑；此外，对于较大尺寸的单个旋风筒而言，旋风筒的轴向尺寸越大，其下方的容尘空间越小，而若增大容尘空间，则又要增加整个吸尘器的体积。另一方面，现有的旋风筒中，外层旋风在向上返转时易将分离下来的灰尘（例如集尘桶中的灰尘）重新卷起，并被上升气流带走，即灰尘夹带，影响分离效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种旋风吸尘器。
为达到上述发明目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种旋风吸尘器，包括旋风筒体，所述旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，内凹壁上设有过滤网孔。
上述技术方案中，所述旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，构成内锥结构。该内锥上设有复数个过滤网孔；使整个旋风筒体构成锥形过滤网罩。
进一步的技术方案，所述旋风筒体的外部套设有第二过滤网罩。
上述技术方案中，所述第二过滤网罩与旋风筒体的结构相同，且两者同轴设置。
上述技术方案中，所述旋风筒体的侧壁设有复数个通孔，通孔的进气方向与进风方向相反。
上述技术方案中，所述旋风吸尘器为手持式吸尘器。包括把手、壳体，壳体内设有电机风扇单元、集尘桶、旋风过滤器等。
由于上述技术方案运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
1．本实用新型将旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，形成内凹结构，在实现正常旋风分离的同时，相对缩短了旋风筒体的轴向长度，从而相对增大了吸尘器的容尘空间，取得了较好的效果，这对于容尘量相对较小的吸尘器（如手持式吸尘器）具有积极的现实意义。
2. 本实用新型在将旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷的同时，在其内凹壁上设置了过滤网孔，构成过滤网罩，从而防止了上升气流的灰尘夹带，提高了分离效果。
3. 本实用新型在风筒体的外部套设第二过滤网罩，形成两道过滤结构，进一步提高了过滤效果。
4 本实用新型的结构简单，易于制备，适于推广应用。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述：
实施例一
参见图1~3所示，一种手持式旋风吸尘器，包括旋风筒体1，所述旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，构成内锥结构，内凹壁上设有过滤网孔2。
所述旋风筒体的外部套设有第二过滤网罩3。所述第二过滤网罩与旋风筒体的结构相同，且两者同轴设置。
所述旋风筒体的侧壁设有复数个通孔，通孔的进气方向与进风方向相反。所述手持式旋风吸尘器还包括把手、壳体，壳体内设有电机风扇单元、容尘空间4等。

Claims (6)

1.一种旋风吸尘器，其特征在于：包括旋风筒体(1)，所述旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，内凹壁上设有过滤网孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋风吸尘器，其特征在于：所述旋风筒体的底部向内凹陷，构成内锥结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋风吸尘器，其特征在于：所述旋风筒体的外部套设有第二过滤网罩(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋风吸尘器，其特征在于：所述第二过滤网罩与旋风筒体的结构相同，且两者同轴设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋风吸尘器，其特征在于：所述旋风筒体的侧壁设有复数个通孔，通孔的进气方向与进风方向相反。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旋风吸尘器，其特征在于：所述旋风吸尘器为手持式吸尘器。
