一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器
本申请要求于2015年11月3日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510736706.9、发明名称为“一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于吸尘器过滤系统的设计技术领域,具体涉及一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器。
背景技术
吸尘器是利用电机带动叶片高速旋转,在密封的壳体内产生空气负压,从而将尘屑吸入集尘装置中,并将过滤后的空气以极高的速度排出风机的清洁电器,吸尘器按其功能分类包括干式吸尘器与干湿两用吸尘器,干式吸尘器一般包括尘袋式与尘杯式。
现有的尘杯式吸尘器一般包括两级尘气分离结构,第一级结构用以过滤空气中的大型污物,第二级结构用于分离收集小型的灰尘颗粒等杂物,传统的二级尘气分离结构一般通过尘杯过滤器盖板与设置有若干旋风口的旋风体相配合形成二级旋风,这样结构所需的零部件较多,所牵涉的模具以及组装工序也相对较多且复杂,各个环节的密封难以控制,容易出现漏气漏灰现象而影响整机的综合性能。
且在吸尘器的尘杯过滤系统中,基本都是采用尘袋式或者单独一个尘杯的龙卷风过滤系统。灰尘毛发等通过风道直接进入尘杯进行分离过滤,这样细小的灰尘和毛发等大颗粒灰尘一起进入尘杯,一级龙卷风结构不利于分离细小的灰尘,而二级龙卷风结构毛发等容易缠在锥上,不利于灰尘的分离,也容易造成海帕的堵塞,风量损耗增加,且整机储灰量较小。
鉴于以上问题,有必要提出一种新的过滤系统,有效增加整机对灰尘的存储量,提高了尘杯的分离效率,减少了风量的损耗,方便用户的清理,简化结构,倒灰方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器,该过滤系统包括可拆卸设置的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置与一级过滤装置上,实现灰尘的三次分离,提高了尘杯的分离效率,减少了风量的损耗,方便用户的清理,简化结构,倒灰方便,且可有效增加整机对灰尘的存储量。
根据本发明的目的提出的一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,包括一级过滤装置,与所述一级过滤装置的出风口相连通的具备两级过滤结构的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置,所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置可拆卸地固定于所述一级过滤装置上;
所述一级过滤装置包括大身尘杯以及设置于所述大身尘杯内的过滤网罩,所述过滤网罩与大身尘杯内壁间设有空隙,该空隙用于形成一级过滤装置的旋风风道,所述过滤网罩与所述大身尘杯间形成第一集尘空间;
所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置为手持式吸尘器,带有灰尘的空气自一级过滤装置的进风风道进入,被所述过滤网罩进行第一级尘气分离之后,至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的旋风筒内进行第二级尘气分离,并被收集在第二集尘空间中,后至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的螺旋风叶轮处进行第三级尘气分离,并被收集在第三集尘空间中,旋转气流中的空气被负压抽出,实现第三级尘气分离。
优选的,所述大身尘杯的上部设置有大身盖板,所述大身盖板的中部下凹形成供所述手持式吸尘器放入的放置空间,所述手持式吸尘器的下端安装于所述放置空间内。
优选的,所述放置空间内成型有卡接件,所述手持式吸尘器的下端卡接固定于所述放置空间内。
优选的,所述放置空间自上而下逐渐减小,呈锥柱形结构。
优选的,所述过滤网罩固定设置于所述放置空间下端的连接部上。
优选的,所述大身尘杯可拆卸地设置于所述大身盖板的下方。
优选的,所述大身盖板包括上下设置的两部分,两部分结构拼接形成大身风道,并与第一集尘空间相连通。
优选的,所述大身风道内部为螺旋面结构。
优选的,所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的进风口位于底部,其进风风道自进风口处经一侧延伸至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的上端。
一种吸尘器,包括地刷、推杆、主机以及三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,所述大身盖板固定连接于所述推杆上,所述推杆为中空结构,所述大身盖板上的大身风道与推杆的中空腔连通;灰尘空气自地刷进入推杆中空腔内并通过大身盖板上的大身风道进入所述三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统进行过滤分离,分离后的气体进入手持式吸尘器的主机部分并排出。
与现有技术相比,本发明公开的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器的优点是:
该过滤系统包括可拆卸设置的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置与一级过滤装置上,带有灰尘的空气自一级过滤装置的进风风道进入,被过滤网罩进行第一级尘气分离之后,至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的旋风筒内进行第二级尘气分离,并被收集在第二集尘空间中,后至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的螺旋风叶轮处进行第三级尘气分离,并被收集在第三集尘空间中,旋转气流中的空气被负压抽出,实现第三级尘气分离。该过滤系统包括大身尘杯与手持式吸尘器尘杯,不仅加大了整机对灰尘的存储量,还提高了尘杯的分离效率,减少了风量的损耗,大身尘杯的分离效率就有95%以上,相比同类一级旋风系统有明显的提高。经过了三次旋风的尘气分离,海帕不容易被堵塞,减少了用户对海帕进行清理。同时将大小颗粒的灰尘分在了大身尘杯与手持式吸尘器尘杯这两个尘杯内,方便用户的清理,大身尘杯结构简单倒灰方便。

具体实施方式
且在吸尘器的尘杯过滤系统中,基本都是采用尘袋式或者单独一个尘杯的龙卷风过滤系统。灰尘毛发等通过风道直接进入尘杯进行分离过滤,这样细小的灰尘和毛发等大颗粒灰尘一起进入尘杯,一级龙卷风结构不利于分离细小的灰尘,而二级龙卷风结构毛发等容易缠在锥上,不利于灰尘的分离,也容易造成海帕的堵塞,风量损耗增加,且整机储灰量较小。
现有技术中公开了一种二级尘气分离结构及包含该结构的尘杯(申请号:201510044589.X),该申请公开了一种二级尘气分离系统,但该结构在使用时仍存在上述技术问题。
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器,该过滤系统包括可拆卸设置的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置与一级过滤装置上,实现灰尘的三次分离,提高了尘杯的分离效率,减少了风量的损耗,方便用户的清理,简化结构,倒灰方便,且可有效增加整机对灰尘的存储量。
下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提 下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参见图1与图2,如图所示,一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,包括一级过滤装置10,与一级过滤装置10的出风口相连通的具备两级过滤结构的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置20,螺旋式二级尘气分离装置20可拆卸地固定于一级过滤装置上。
其中,螺旋式二级尘气分离装置为手持式吸尘器,手持式吸尘器与一级过滤装置可拆卸固定,在使用时可将手持式吸尘器安装于一级过滤装置使用,也可取下手持式吸尘器单独使用,使用范围较广。通过将二者配合使用,在原有的具备二级尘气分离功能的手持式吸尘器的基础上实现吸尘器的三级尘气分离,提高了尘杯的分离效率,减少了风量的损耗,方便用户的清理。
一级过滤装置10包括大身尘杯11以及设置于大身尘杯11内的过滤网罩12,过滤网罩12与大身尘杯11内壁间设有空隙,该空隙用于形成一级过滤装置的旋风风道13,过滤网罩12与大身尘杯11间形成第一集尘空间14;经过过滤网罩分离后的大颗粒灰尘等落入第一集尘空间内。
工作时,带有灰尘的空气自一级过滤装置10的进风风道进入,被过滤网罩12进行第一级尘气分离之后,至少一部分通过进风风道引导至螺旋式二级尘气分离装置20的旋风筒21内进行第二级尘气分离,并被收集在第二集尘空间22中,后至少一部分通过进风风道引导至螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的螺旋风叶轮23处进行第三级尘气分离,并被收集在第三集尘空间24中,旋转气流中的空气被负压抽出,实现第三级尘气分离。
大身尘杯11的上部设置有大身盖板15,大身盖板15的中部下凹形成供手持式吸尘器放入的放置空间16,手持式吸尘器的下端安装于放置空间内。为保证手持式吸尘器的稳定性,所以在放置空间内成型有卡接件17,手持式吸尘器的下端卡接固定于放置空间内。
放置空间16自上而下逐渐减小,呈锥柱形结构,方便手持式吸尘器的放入。
过滤网罩12固定设置于放置空间下端的连接部上,且可拆卸连接,方便取下清洁等。
大身尘杯11可拆卸地设置于大身盖板的下方。大身尘杯中用以盛放大的灰尘颗粒等,且大部分灰尘在第一级尘气分离过程中被分离出来落入大身尘杯中,通过将大身尘杯可拆卸设置,倒灰方便,且通过设置大身尘杯与手持式吸尘器尘杯二者组合使用,可有效增加整机对灰尘的存储量。
大身盖板15包括上下设置的两部分,两部分结构拼接形成大身风道18,并与第一集尘空间14相连通。其中大身风道18内部为螺旋面结构。灰尘空气进入大身风道后,在螺旋面结构引导下,逐渐加速并下旋,同时形成一定的负压,便于灰尘空气的进入。
螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的进风口位于底部,其进风风道自进风口处经一侧延伸至螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的上端,便于一级尘气分离后的灰尘空气进入进行二级、三级尘气分离。
一种吸尘器,包括地刷、推杆30、主机以及三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,大身盖板固定连接于推杆30上,推杆为中空结构,大身盖板上的大身风道与推杆的中空腔连通;灰尘空气自地刷进入推杆中空腔内并通过大身盖板上的大身风道进入三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统进行过滤分离,分离后的气体进入手持式吸尘器的主机部分并排出。
吸尘器可以进行三次尘气分离,将大颗粒灰尘和纸屑毛发先分离开,提高分离效率,防止过滤海帕堵塞,降低风量损耗;整个旋风系统可以先将大颗粒灰尘和毛发留在大身尘杯里,细灰进入手持尘杯再次分离,方便用户清理尘杯。
本发明的工作原理如下:
尘气走向如图中箭头所示,尘气由大身风道18处进入大身尘杯11(如图2①处),经过②、③进入一级过滤装置。经过大身风道的螺旋面甩灰,大的灰尘延风锥螺旋状向下运动落入大身尘杯,带有部分细灰气体经过大身尘杯过滤网罩进入螺旋式二级尘气分离装置。此时较大的颗粒和毛发已经留在大身尘杯里了,只有部分细小灰尘进入螺旋式二级尘气分离装置。此时的尘气经过④、⑤、⑥、⑦进入螺旋式二级尘气分离装置。细小的尘气先通过螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的旋风筒分离后进入螺旋风叶轮再次进行分离。此时细小的灰尘基本都被分离出来留在了手持式吸尘器的尘杯内, 带有部分细灰气体经过旋风锥25进入软胶海绵(如图2⑧处),经过软胶海绵26的过滤,干净的空气从⑨进入电机,这样就实现了尘气的彻底分离;该系统不仅加大了整机对灰尘的存储量,还减少了风量的损耗,经过了三次旋风的尘气分离,海帕不容易被堵塞,减少了用户对海帕进行清理。同时将大小颗粒的灰尘分在了大身尘杯与手持式吸尘器尘杯两个尘杯内,方便用户的清理,大身尘杯结构简单倒灰方便。
本发明公开了一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统及包含该系统的吸尘器,该过滤系统包括可拆卸设置的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置与一级过滤装置上,带有灰尘的空气自一级过滤装置的进风风道进入,被过滤网罩进行第一级尘气分离之后,至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的旋风筒内进行第二级尘气分离,并被收集在第二集尘空间中,后至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的螺旋风叶轮处进行第三级尘气分离,并被收集在第三集尘空间中,旋转气流中的空气被负压抽出,实现第三级尘气分离。该过滤系统不仅加大了整机对灰尘的存储量,还提高了尘杯的分离效率,减少了风量的损耗,大身一级尘杯的分离效率就有95%以上,相比同类一级旋风系统有明显的提高。经过了三次旋风的尘气分离,海帕不容易被堵塞,减少了用户对海帕进行清理。同时将大小颗粒的灰尘分在了大身尘杯与手持式吸尘器尘杯这两个尘杯内,方便用户的清理,大身尘杯结构简单倒灰方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,包括一级过滤装置,与所述一级过滤装置的出风口相连通的具备两级过滤结构的螺旋式二级尘气分离装置,所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置可拆卸地固定于所述一级过滤装置上;
    所述一级过滤装置包括大身尘杯以及设置于所述大身尘杯内的过滤网罩,所述过滤网罩与大身尘杯内壁间设有空隙,该空隙用于形成一级过滤装置的旋风风道,所述过滤网罩与所述大身尘杯间形成第一集尘空间;
    所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置为手持式吸尘器,带有灰尘的空气自一级过滤装置的进风风道进入,被所述过滤网罩进行第一级尘气分离之后,至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的旋风筒内进行第二级尘气分离,并被收集在第二集尘空间中,后至少一部分通过进风风道引导至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的螺旋风叶轮处进行第三级尘气分离,并被收集在第三集尘空间中,旋转气流中的空气被负压抽出,实现第三级尘气分离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述大身尘杯的上部设置有大身盖板,所述大身盖板的中部下凹形成供所述手持式吸尘器放入的放置空间,所述手持式吸尘器的下端安装于所述放置空间内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述放置空间内成型有卡接件,所述手持式吸尘器的下端卡接固定于所述放置空间内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述放置空间自上而下逐渐减小,呈锥柱形结构。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述过滤网罩固定设置于所述放置空间下端的连接部上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述大身尘杯可拆卸地设置于所述大身盖板的下方。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述 大身盖板包括上下设置的两部分,两部分结构拼接形成大身风道,并与第一集尘空间相连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述大身风道内部为螺旋面结构。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,其特征在于,所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的进风口位于底部,其进风风道自进风口处经一侧延伸至所述螺旋式二级尘气分离装置的上端。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括地刷、推杆、主机以及权利要求1-9任一项所述的三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统,所述大身盖板固定连接于所述推杆上,所述推杆为中空结构,所述大身盖板上的大身风道与推杆的中空腔连通;灰尘空气自地刷进入推杆中空腔内并通过大身盖板上的大身风道进入所述三级龙卷风尘杯过滤系统进行过滤分离,分离后的气体进入手持式吸尘器的主机部分并排出。
