Abstract

本发明提供了一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤1:将4‑二甲氨基吡啶溶于乙醇中,然后滴加到含有缚酸剂、聚丙烯酸以及催化剂的水溶液中,其中,乙醇与水的体积比为1∶5‑1∶10,4‑二甲氨基吡啶浓度为4‑20g/L,聚丙烯酸浓度为30‑110g/L,缚酸剂浓度为4‑10g/L,催化剂浓度为5‑20g/L,25℃下搅拌活化30‑60min,将棉织物浸入上述溶液,浸渍5‑10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在65‑85%,保鲜膜密封静置12‑48h,烘干;步骤2:将上述棉织物浸入拒油整理液中,浸渍5‑10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在65‑85%,保鲜膜密封静置12‑48h后烘干,即得表面具有亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物。本发明与传统拒水拒油织物相比,显示出较好的亲水拒油能力,有广泛的应用前景和市场前景。

Description

一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于功能织物领域,特别涉及一种具有表面亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技水平的进步以及生活水平的提高,人们不再满足于传统色彩艳丽的服饰,反而更注重服装的功能性、便捷性。棉织物因其良好的服用性能被人们广泛使用,但随着人类社会工业化程度的提高,环境污染问题越来越不容忽视,大气中存在的粉尘、细小的油滴会被棉织物吸附,不仅污染服装还对人体健康有害,所以棉织物的自清洁性能研究备受人们的关注。自清洁纺织品是近年来发展出来的功能纺织品之一,自清洁纺织品难沾污或易去污的特性不仅适用于纺织服装方面,在工业建筑材料、装饰材料、交通、电子设备等其他各个方面都有广泛的应用。目前制备自清洁纺织品的方式有拒水拒油整理和光催化整理两类,其中光催化整理存在使用条件受限且会对基质载体有损伤的缺点,尚未普及应用。拒水拒油整理是通过降低织物的表面张力来达到自清洁效果,制备的棉织物虽然具有较好的拒水拒油性能,但已经沾染上的油污很难被水洗除,无法达到易去污的要求。针对拒水拒油型自清洁织物难去污的缺点,本发明构建亲水拒油型自清洁棉织物,其具有不易沾污和较好的易去污特性。
John A.Howarter等人利用氟碳非离子表面活性剂(f-PEG)与丙烯酰氯反应引入双键后再与丙烯酸单体进行共聚,将得到的聚合物在玻璃表面涂膜后,玻璃表面对油的接触角为80°左右,对水的接触角为20°左右,具备一定的易去污效果。然而该反应条件苛刻,且无法应用于棉织物上,虽有一定的易去污效果,但具有一定的局限性。f-PEG是一种同时含有拒油性基团和亲水性基团的有机物,其结构式如下:
受此启发,设想若在棉纤维表面施加一层聚丙烯酸,则在EDC·HCI的催化下将聚丙烯酸上的羧基与棉纤维上的部分羟基会发生共价交联而固定在纤维表面,赋予其较好的亲水性能;将f-PEG继续施加在亲水性聚丙烯酸层上,因f-PEG的亲水链段含有极性基团羟基,在EDC·HCl的催化下会与聚丙烯酸上的羧基发生酯化反应,而含氟端因其极强的拒水性,在空气中会自发的朝向空气,形成拒油层,从而构建出具有表面亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁纺织品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有表面亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,该方法制备操作简单,且制备的织物具有优良的亲水拒油效果,改进了传统拒水拒油整理棉织物不易去污的缺点,为自清洁纺织品的制备提供了一条新的思路,有广泛的应用前景和市场前景。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1:将4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于乙醇中,然后滴加到含有缚酸剂、聚丙烯酸以及催化剂的水溶液中,其中,乙醇与水的体积比为1∶5-1∶10,4-二甲氨基吡啶浓度为4-20g/L,聚丙烯酸浓度为30-110g/L,缚酸剂浓度为4-10g/L,催化剂浓度为5-20g/L,25℃下搅拌活化30-60min,将棉织物浸入上述溶液,浸渍5-10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在65-85%,保鲜膜密封静置12-48h,烘干;
步骤2:将上述棉织物浸入拒油整理液中,浸渍5-10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在65-85%,保鲜膜密封静置12-48h后烘干,即得表面具有亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物。
优选地,所述的缚酸剂为三乙胺;聚丙烯酸的分子量为50000-450000;催化剂为1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐。
优选地,所述的步骤1中的烘干为热定型机烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为1-5min。
优选地,所述的拒油整理液的制备方法包括:将4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于乙醇中,然后滴加到含有缚酸剂、拒油整理剂和催化剂的水溶液中,搅拌构成拒油整理液;其中,乙醇与水的体积比为1∶5-1∶10,4-二甲氨基吡啶浓度为4-20g/L,拒油整理剂浓度为30-130g/L,缚酸剂浓度为4-10g/L,催化剂浓度为5-20g/L。
更优选地,所述的拒油整理剂为氟碳非离子表面活性剂;缚酸剂为三乙胺;催化剂为1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐。
优选地,所述的步骤2中的烘干方式为热定型机烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为1-5min。
优选地,所述的步骤2中烘干后,再进行清洗并烘干。
更优选地,所述的清洗方式为超声清洗,清洗时间为10-15min。
本发明利用EDC·HCl的催化作用使得聚丙烯酸上的羧基与棉纤维上的羧基交联形成亲水层,进一步催化使得聚丙烯酸上的羧基与f-PEG上的亲水末端的羟基发生共价交联而连接在聚丙烯酸的外层,而f-PEG的含氟端因其极强的拒水性,在空气中会自发的朝向空气,形成拒油层,从而构建出具有表面亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁纺织品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明与传统拒水拒油织物相比,显示出较好的亲水拒油能力,具有一定的自清洁效果,有广泛的应用前景和市场前景。
(2)本发明中亲水/疏油双层结构以共价键接枝在棉织物的表面,该固着方式使得亲水拒油效果保持优异的耐水洗性能。
(3)本发明制备方法简单,反应条件温和,成本低,不增加能耗,便于工业化生产,具有很好的环境友好型和工业化前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
本发明所述的聚丙烯酸的分子量为重均分子量,单位是g/mol。
以下实施例中的f-PEG为氟碳非离子表面活性剂,购自美国杜邦公司,Dupont TMFSN-100,分子量:~950,组份:100%氟碳表面活性剂。
实施例1
一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,具体步骤为:
步骤1:将0.84g 4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于8mL的无水乙醇中,然后滴加到72mL含有0.44g三乙胺、5.6g分子量为50000的聚丙烯酸以及0.84g 1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐的水溶液中,25℃下充分搅拌活化30min,将2g棉织物浸入上述溶液,浸渍10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在70%,保鲜膜密封静置24h,热定型机80℃烘干3min。
(2)将1.05g 4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于10mL无水乙醇中,然后滴加至90mL含有0.55g三乙胺、7gf-PEG以及1g1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐的水溶液中,充分搅拌配制成拒油整理液。25℃将上述步骤所得棉织物浸入拒油整理液中,浸渍10min,两浸两轧,带液率控制在70%,保鲜膜密封静置24h后,热定型机80℃烘干5min,超声清洗清洗10min,热定型机80℃烘干5min,即制备出表面具有亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物。实施例1所制备织物对油水接触角示意图如图1所示。
实施例2
一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将1.05g 4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于10mL的无水乙醇中,然后滴加到90mL含有0.55g三乙胺、5.6g分子量为50000的聚丙烯酸以及1.05g 1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐的水溶液中,25℃下充分搅拌活化30min,将3g棉织物浸入上述溶液,浸渍10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在80%,保鲜膜密封静置24h,热定型机80℃烘干5min。
(2)将1.05g 4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于10mL无水乙醇中,然后滴加至90mL含有0.55g三乙胺、13gf-PEG以及1g 1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐的水溶液中,充分搅拌配制成拒油整理液。25℃将上述步骤所得棉织物浸入拒油整理液中,浸渍10min,两浸两轧,带液率控制在80%,保鲜膜密封静置24h后,热定型机80℃烘干5min,超声清洗清洗10min,热定型机80℃烘干5min,,即制备出表面具有亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物。
实施例3
一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将0.84g 4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于8mL的无水乙醇中,然后滴加到72mL含有0.44g三乙胺、8.8g分子量为50000的聚丙烯酸以及0.84g1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐的水溶液中,25℃下充分搅拌活化30min,将2.5g棉织物浸入上述溶液,浸渍5min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在75%,保鲜膜密封静置24h,热定型机80℃烘干3min。
(2)将1.05g 4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于10mL无水乙醇中,然后滴加至90mL含有0.55g三乙胺、7gf-PEG以及1g 1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐的水溶液中,充分搅拌配制成拒油整理液。25℃将上述步骤所得棉织物浸入拒油整理液中,浸渍10min,两浸两轧,带液率控制在70%,保鲜膜密封静置24h后,热定型机80℃烘干5min,超声清洗清洗10min,热定型机80℃烘干5min,,即制备出表面具有亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物。
采用Kruss DSA30型接触角分析仪对实施例所制得的织物进行油水接触角测试,以正十六烷作为测试油样,去离子水作为测试水样。对不同的样品分别进行水和油接触角测试,并记录下初始接触角不同时间段时的接触角,如表1所示。

由表1可知,原棉织物不具有拒水拒油性能,而经过实施例1、实施例2以及实施例3处理后,织物对水的接触角依然为0°,而所有实施例对油的接触角在5min之内均大于100°,表现出很好的拒油性。这种亲水拒油特性使得织物具有很好的自清洁性能和易去污性能。另对实施例1所制得织物的接触角进行拍照,如图1所示。表现出很好的亲水拒油效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1:将4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于乙醇中,然后滴加到含有缚酸剂、聚丙烯酸以及催化剂的水溶液中,其中,乙醇与水的体积比为1:5-1:10,4-二甲氨基吡啶浓度为4-20g/L,聚丙烯酸浓度为30-110g/L,缚酸剂浓度为4-10g/L,催化剂浓度为5-20g/L,25℃下搅拌活化30-60min,将棉织物浸入上述溶液,浸渍5-10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在65-85%,保鲜膜密封静置12-48h,烘干;
步骤2:将上述棉织物浸入拒油整理液中,浸渍5-10min后,两浸两轧,带液率控制在65-85%,保鲜膜密封静置12-48h后烘干,即得表面具有亲水/疏油双层结构的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物;所述的拒油整理液的制备方法包括:将4-二甲氨基吡啶溶于乙醇中,然后滴加到含有缚酸剂、拒油整理剂和催化剂的水溶液中,搅拌构成拒油整理液;其中,乙醇与水的体积比为1:5-1:10,4-二甲氨基吡啶浓度为4-20g/L,拒油整理剂浓度为30-130g/L,缚酸剂浓度为4-10g/L,催化剂浓度为5-20g/L;所述的拒油整理剂为f-PEG。
2.如权利要求1所述的亲水拒油自清洁棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的缚酸剂为三乙胺;聚丙烯酸的分子量为50000-450000;催化剂为1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐。
