在保健养生方面,中医药具有独特的优势,许多中药都是药食同源,既有药材的功效,又可当着食品。从中医来讲,养生首先要养脾、肾。肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本。肾主藏精:肾能藏五脏六腑的精气,当需要的时候,随时供给。肾主元气是先天生命的根本。所以人得肾气才能生长发育,到了成年肾气强盛精气充满的时候,就能有子;而肾气亏乏,就会引起生长发育迟缓、不良,不育不孕及早衰、早逝。肾又主骨生髓,通于脑,所以人体的强弱和智愚,都与肾气有关系。脾是后天之本,主运化:脾运化水谷精微,输布津液,把消化吸收的精华输送到全身,营养全身。脾气虚损,运化水谷的功能减退,就会造成营养不良,气血亏虚,元气大伤。脾、肾受损,亏虚,是疾病的根源。脾、肾的健康程度,决定着人类寿命的长短。

本发明采用的技术方案是:该山药茯苓养生糕(酥)由以下组份的中药及食品配方制成:山药10-15份、茯苓8-10份、薏苡仁8-10份、麦芽5-8份、黄豆5-8份、黑芝麻5份、面粉35-45份、鸡蛋5份。
本发明选用以上的中药及食品组份,其中各种原料的功效是:
山药:健脾益胃,滋肾益精,益肺止咳,降低血糖。对于病后脾胃虚弱,食欲减退,食少便溏;肺虚久咳,面白神疲,倦怠乏力;肾虚梦遗,腰酸膝软等都有很好的治疗和恢复作用。
茯苓:补脾益胃,利水渗湿,宁心安神。现代研究证明,茯苓有增强免疫功能、镇静、降血糖作用,并有显著的抗癌作用。
薏苡仁:健脾补肺,清利湿热,消肿排脓。现代研究证明,薏仁具有抗炎及增强免疫功能作用,并有降血糖作用。
麦芽:健脾开胃,消食化积,疏肝行气。用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,肝郁胁痛,肝胃气痛。现代研究证明,麦芽还有降血糖,降血脂及护肝作用。
