本发明提供一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲,包括如下原料:鲜虾,豆腐,党参,当归,枸杞;本发明还包括:食盐,葱,大蒜,姜,调味料;本发明所述的一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲的制备方法,按照如下步骤:(1)将鲜虾用清水洗干净,去头剥壳,挑虾线,备用;(2)将豆腐切成2‑3厘米的方块,备用;(3)将葱、大蒜、姜和调味料入锅,加水烧沸;(4)将党参、当归和枸杞入锅,武火烧沸,转文火炖煮,再将鲜虾和豆腐入锅,加入食盐,继续炖煮,即得。与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明中包含的中药材原辅料具有滋补肝肾,益精明目、燥湿杀虫、祛风止痒、固精明目等功效,按照本发明炖鲜虾,可开胃健骨,补气养阴。

本发明一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲,属于药膳技术领域。
背景技术
虾蟹是节肢动物的另一家族,同属于甲壳纲的十足目。这类动物与人类有着十分密切的关系,有些是主要的水产养殖或捕捞对象,其中尤以虾、龙虾和蟹等,在我国海洋渔业捕获物中产量相当大,特别是对虾、毛虾、梭子蟹等,营养丰富,产值很高,地位更为重要。
鲜虾营养丰富,富含蛋白质和维生素Bl、维生素B2、钙、磷、铁等。其性温味首,健腺益气,温补肾阳等作用,但其做法较简单,多以清蒸为主,营养价值有待丰富。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲的配方和制备方法,使其具有一定的药膳作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲,包括如下重量份配比的原料:鲜虾200-300份,豆腐200-300份,党参10-18份,当归5-12份,枸杞3-6份。
本发明还包括:食盐25-35份,葱25-30份,大蒜10-12份,姜10-12份,调味料20-25份;所述调味料由干辣椒、花椒、八角、桂皮、黑胡椒、芥末按重量比2:1:1:1:1:1配成。
本发明所述的一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤:
(1)将鲜虾用清水洗干净,去头剥壳,挑虾线,备用;
(2)将豆腐切成2-3厘米的方块,备用;
(3)将葱、大蒜、姜和调味料入锅,加水800-1200份烧沸10-15min;
(4)将党参、当归和枸杞入锅,武火烧沸,转文火炖煮20-30min,再将鲜虾和豆腐入锅,加入食盐,继续炖煮10-15min,即得。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中包含的中药材原辅料具有滋补肝肾,益精明目、燥湿杀虫、祛风止痒、固精明目等功效,按照本发明炖鲜虾,可开胃健骨,补气养阴。

实施例1
一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲,包括如下重量份配比的原料:鲜虾200份,豆腐200份,党参10份,当归5份,枸杞3份。
本发明实施例还包括:食盐25份,葱25份,大蒜10份,姜10份,调味料20份;所述调味料由干辣椒、花椒、八角、桂皮、黑胡椒、芥末按重量比2:1:1:1:1:1配成。
本发明实施例所述的一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤:

本发明实施例还包括:食盐35份,葱30份,大蒜12份,姜12份,调味料25份;所述调味料由干辣椒、花椒、八角、桂皮、黑胡椒、芥末按重量比2:1:1:1:1:1配成。
本发明实施例所述的一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤:
(1)将鲜虾用清水洗干净,去头剥壳,挑虾线,备用;
(2)将豆腐切成3厘米的方块,备用;
(3)将葱、大蒜、姜和调味料入锅,加水1200份烧沸15min;
(4)将党参、当归和枸杞入锅,武火烧沸,转文火炖煮30min,再将鲜虾和豆腐入锅,加入食盐,继续炖煮15min,即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲,其特征在于,还包括:食盐25-35份,葱25-30份,大蒜10-12份,姜10-12份,调味料20-25份;所述调味料由干辣椒、花椒、八角、桂皮、黑胡椒、芥末按重量比2:1:1:1:1:1配成。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种党参鲜虾豆腐煲的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤:
(1)将鲜虾用清水洗干净,去头剥壳,挑虾线,备用;
(2)将豆腐切成2-3厘米的方块,备用;
(3)将葱、大蒜、姜和调味料入锅,加水800-1200份烧沸10-15min;
