Abstract

本发明提供了一种无需乳化剂的重油掺水技术 及乳化装置。该装置是由进油管、乳化器、闸阀、出水 管道、稳压水泵、总阀、单向阀、烧嘴、软管组成。重油 和水靠压力输送到乳化器的乳化腔内乳化,乳化后的 乳化液在它还没有分层的时候就马上进入烧嘴使用 掉。该技术和装置操作方便,结构简单,设备安装后 就能自动掺水,自动控制。由于没有化学乳化剂,对 输油管道无腐蚀作用,并无积炭、结胶等现象。

Description

本发明涉及到一种无需乳化剂的重油掺水技术及乳化装置。
燃油掺水应用为工业用炉上采取的节能措施之一,但普遍存在着掺水量少,节油率低,乳化剂再投入高,工艺复杂等问题。燃油掺水按传统的观念是离不开乳化剂的,需要乳化剂就增加了成本,而且乳化工艺也复杂。另外,采用乳化剂还存在以下几个问题:1.乳化剂易腐蚀管道,给使用者带来额外损失;2.乳化器安装的部位的重油粘度高(80℃),造成掺水不进,乳化效果差,不能把水与油乳化;3.乳化器离烧咀远,通过管道长距离高温输送会造成高温脱水,使油水分离,严重影响使用效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种不需要乳化剂就能使油水乳化,并在乳化液没有分层的时候就很快燃烧掉的重油掺水技术及乳化装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的;无需乳化剂的重油掺水技术包括一个乳化装置,重油靠压力输送到乳化装置的乳化器内,乳化装置中有一个大于重油输送压力的稳压水泵将一定比例的水通过乳化器上的调节针阀送到乳化器内,重油和水在乳化器内的乳化腔里相互冲击破碎发生乳化,乳化后的乳化液在它还没有分层的时候就马上进入烧咀使用掉。为了保证乳化后的乳化液在进入烧咀前不产生分层,乳化器和烧咀之间的距离越短越好。其乳化装置是由进油管、乳化器、闸阀、出水管道、稳压水泵、总阀、单向阀烧咀、进水管及水箱组成。进水管一端通水箱,另一端接稳压水泵。稳压水泵的出水管道上依次安装有总阀、单向阀和闸阀,然后与乳化器上的进水管接头相接。进油管与乳化器上的进油管头相接。乳化器的异径管接头上装有软管和烧咀。异径管接头也可与烧咀相接。
另外,可以在进油管和出水管道上安装一组由乳化器、闸阀、软管和烧咀组成的燃烧器,燃烧器的个数根据工业炉上的需要而定。
使用时,重油靠压力输送到乳化器内。由于重油靠压力输送,故必须有一个大于重油输送压力的稳压水泵将水送到乳化器内。为了防止油倒流进水管,故在水泵的出水管道上安装有一个单向阀,使单向阀至油管之间的压力总是大于或等于油压。稳压水泵将水通过单向阀和乳化器里的调节针阀压入乳化器内和油混合,油水混合物在乳化器内的乳化腔内相互冲击破碎发生乳化,然后通过烧咀进入工业炉内燃烧,这种没有乳化剂的乳化液在一定时间内会发生分层,影响使用效果。为了不影响使用效果,就必须在它还没有分层的时间内使用掉。因此,必须将乳化器安装位置设置的离烧咀越近越好,本发明提供的乳化装置就满足了这个要求。
本发明提供的乳化装置有如下几个特点:
1、不要添加任何化学乳化剂,也就不需要乳化设备,降低了成本;
2、整套装置结构简单,无需任何计量等附属装置;
3、操作工艺简单,设备安装之后就能自动掺水,自动控制;
4、无腐蚀现象,由于没有化学乳化剂,就不会对输油管道产生腐蚀作用;
5、无积炭,结胶等现象;
6、掺水量大(15%左右),节油率高(10%左右),排污少(降低烟尘达50%左右)。

现结合附图对本发明的乳化装置作出详细说明:
无需乳化剂的重油掺水乳化装置是由进油管1、乳化器2、闸阀3、出水管道4、稳压水泵5、总阀6、单向阀7、烧咀8、软管9、进水管10及水箱11组成。进水管10一端通水箱11,另一端接稳压水泵5,稳压水泵5的出水管道4上依次安装有总阀6,单向阀7和闸阀3,然后与乳化器2上的进水管头22相接。进油管1与乳化器2上的进油管头24相接。乳化器2的异径管接头18上装有软管9和烧咀8。
乳化器2是由阀体15、乳化缸17、异径管接头18、带有进水管接头(21、22)和接头螺母(20、23)的进水管19组成。带进油管头24的阀体15上设有控制进水量的阀针13和固定阀针13的固定螺母12,固定螺母12与阀体15接触的端面设有石棉线衬圈14。乳化缸17内至少设有8个乳化腔,8个乳化腔是由4个左旋的乳化塞25和4个右旋的乳化塞26构成。安装时,一个左旋一个右旋依次排列,各乳化塞之间的螺旋槽位置相互错开90°,使之形成旋涡层流室(乳化腔)。乳化缸17与阀体15及异径管接头18采用螺纹连接。在乳化缸17与阀体15相连的那一端的乳化腔端部设有分离板16。进水管19通过进水管接头21与阀体15连接。

Claims (4)

1、一种无需乳化剂的重油掺水技术,其特征是有一个重油掺水乳化装置,重油靠压力输送到乳化装置的乳化器内,乳化装置中有一个大于重油输送压力的稳压水泵将一定比例的水通过乳化器上的调节针阀送到乳化器内,重油和水在乳化器内的乳化腔里相互冲击破碎发生乳化,乳化后的乳化液在它还没有分层的时候就马上进入烧咀使用掉。
2、无需乳化剂的重油掺水乳化装置,其特征是该装置由进油管(1)、乳化器(2)、闸阀(3)、出水管道(4)、稳压水泵(5)、总阀(6)、单向阀(7)、烧咀(8)、软管(9)、进水管(10)、及水箱(11)组成,进水管(10)一端通水箱(11),另一端接稳压水泵(5),稳压水泵(5)的出水管道(4)上依次安装有总阀(6)、单向阀(7)和闸阀(3),然后与乳化器(2)上的进水管接头(22)相接,进油管(1)与乳化器(2)上的进油管头(24)相接,乳化器(2)的异径管接头(18)上装有软管(9)和烧咀(8)。
3、如权利要求2所述的无需乳化剂的重油掺水装置,其特征是可以在进油管(1)和出水管道(4)上并联安装一组由乳化器(2)、闸阀(3)、软管(9)和烧咀(8)组成的燃烧器。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的无需乳化剂的重油掺水装置,其特征是乳化器(2)是由阀体(15)、乳化缸(17)、异径管接头(18)、带有进水管接头(21、22)和接头螺母(20、23)的进水管(19)组成,带进油管头(24)的阀体(15)上设有控制进水量的阀针(13)和固定阀针(13)的固定螺母(12),固定螺母(12)与阀体(15)接触的端面设有石棉线衬圈(14),乳化缸(17)和阀体(15)及异径管接头(18)采用螺纹连接,在乳化缸(17)与阀体(15)相连的那一端的乳化腔端部设有分离板(16),乳化缸(17)内至少设有8个乳化腔,8个乳化腔是由4个左旋的乳化塞(25)和4个右旋的乳化塞(26)构成,安装时,一个左旋一个右旋依次排列,各乳化塞之间的螺旋槽位置相互错开90°,使之形成旋涡层流室(乳化腔),进水管(19)通过进水管接头(21)与阀体(15)连接。
