Abstract

본 발명은 화학약품이나 구동기구없이 기름/물유화를 만드는 기계적인 유화장치에 관한 것이다. 기름은 교대로 시계방향 (25,25′)과 반시계 방향 (26,26′)으로 회전하는 분리자를 보유한 나선디스크로 공급된다. 적층(2)은 부분적으로 유화된 기름/물혼합물을 하나의 나선디스크로부터 다음의 디스크로 보낸다. 물(3)은 기름의 압력 보다 높은 압력에서 도입되어, 기름흐름속을 전단한다. 기름/물흐름은 적층을 통하여 왕복하는 나선흐름경로로 계속 이어진다. 분리자를 보유하는 각 나선디스크(25,25′,26,26′)에는 교대로 시계방항과 반시계방항으로 왕복하는 나선경로가 잘려 형성되어, 급작스러운 전이가 발생하게 된다. 부분적으로 혼합된 기름과 물의 흐름은 나선디스크들 사이의 분리자에서 전이를 일으켜, 나선흐름을 급작스럽게 역으로 변환시킨다. 적층(2)을 통하여 나선디스크가 왕복하는 동안에 기름과 물의 유화는 점점 증가한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제어가능한 기름연료에 관한 주입력과, 물에 관한 처리입력 및 출력을 보유하는 물이 주입된 기름연료가 사용되는 기계적인 유화장치에 있어서, 입구측과 출구측을 각각 보유하고, 분리자부분과 상기한 입구측부터 출구측으로 잘린 나선으로 이루어진, 교대로 왕복하는 쌍으로 이루어진 나선디스크의 유화적층으로 구성되며. 상기한 왕복하는 쌍으로 이루어진 나선디스크는 축방향으로 일직선상으로 배열되어, 각 디스크에서 잘려진 나선의 출구측이 분리자부분을 거쳐, 연이은 디스크의 잘려진 나선의 입구측과 일치하여 급작스러운 전이가 일어나며, 상기한 왕복하는 쌍으로 이루어진 나선디스크는 상기한 나선디스크의 각각의 안에서 나선으로 되고 상기한 전이에서 역으로 되는 교란된 유화경로를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 기름/물유화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 급작스러운 전이가 120도인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 기롬/물유화장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중유에 대하여 상기한 결합이 상기한 적충에 축방향으로 들어가고, 물결합은 90도의 각도로 상기한 적층에 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 기름/물유화장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경유에 대하여 상기한 기름결합과 상기한 물결합이 상기한 적층속으로 들어가기 전에 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 기름/물유화장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 엔진의 속도가 명목상의 속도보다 높을 때에는 그 관계되는 연료의 양 만큼의 물을, 명목상의 속도보다 낮을 때에는 물을 공급하지 않는 저수요물주입수단(30)이 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 기름/물유화장치.
  6. 기름연료에 관한 제어가능한 주입력과 물에 관한 처리 입력과 출력을 보유한 물이 주입된 기름연료를 사용하는 고체상태의 기계적인 유화장치에 있어서, 입구측과 출구측을 각각 보유하고, 분리자부분과 상기한 입구측부터 출구측으로 잘린 나선으로 이루어진, 교대로 직접 왕복하는 쌍으로 이루어진 요소의 유화적층으로 구성되며, 상기한 왕복하는 쌍으로 이루어진 요소는 축방향으로 일직선상으로 배열되어, 각 요소에서 잘려진 나선의 출구가 분리자부분을 거쳐 연이은 요소의 입구측과 일치하여 90도 이상의 급작스러운 전이가 일어나며, 상기한 왕복하는 쌍으로 이루어진 요소는 상기한 각 전이에서 급작스럽게 방향을 바꾸는 교란된 유화경로를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 기름/물유화장치.
