背景技术
钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮的作用是将一定尺寸的煤块干燥、破碎并磨制成煤粉以供给锅炉燃烧。钢球磨煤机被国内外火电厂大量采用,据资料统计,在国内发电厂中钢球磨煤机占各类磨煤机总量的60%以上。然而钢球磨煤机的缺点也是显而易见的,如运行复杂、电耗高、噪音大、耗钢多和磨损多等,特别是自动控制难以实现这个问题至今仍未得到有效地解决,绝大多数火电厂仍以手动为主。钢球磨煤机作为电厂的重要设备,其安全、经济运行与整个电厂的安全生产有着紧密的联系,因此钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮的润滑很重要,在选用润滑脂时一定要选用高负荷、耐磨性好且防腐性好的润滑脂。
钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂是针对钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮的工作环境以及技术参数专门研制的润滑脂,其产品需要具有良好的耐磨性、防腐性、高负荷运转、抗水淋性能以及极压性能,以适用于钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮的防护。

本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油50-70份、齿轮油10-15份、稠化剂11-17份、氢氧化锂2-5份、硼酸5-7份、N-苯基-α-萘胺2-5份、磷酸三甲酚酯5-8份、防腐剂3-5份和防锈剂2-6份,其中基础油为150bs油、汽轮油或聚α烯烃矿物油中的一种或多种,稠化剂为硬脂酸,防腐剂为二壬基萘磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸锌、石油磺酸钠或环烷酸锌中一种或多种,防锈剂为氧化石油酯钡皂、磷酸三钠或硬脂酸铝。
进一步优选,所述的钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油55份、齿轮油13份、稠化剂11份、氢氧化锂3份、硼酸6份、N-苯基-α-萘胺2份、磷酸三甲酚酯5份、防腐剂3份和防锈剂2份。
本发明所述的钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将11重量份的硬脂酸和25重量份的基础油加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸熔化后启动搅拌;
(2)将3重量份的氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中皂化釜内的混合液的温度升至60-70℃时,将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续升温皂化,于100-110℃皂化3h;
(3)待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到150-160℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至190-200℃加入30重量份的基础油进行稠化,并加入6重量份的硼酸进行搅拌,继续升温至215-220℃恒温15min,加入13重量份的齿轮油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入2重量份的N-苯基-α-萘胺,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
(4)润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却2-4h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入3重量份的防腐剂、5重量份的磷酸三甲酚酯和2重量份的防锈剂,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂。
本发明的目的在于提供了一种配方合理且工作效率较高的钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮专用润滑脂,该润滑脂具有优良的抗氧化性、抗腐蚀性、极压抗磨性、抗水性和防护性,特别适合恶劣环境条件下工作的钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮的润滑工作,此润滑脂在各方面性能有很大的提高,使齿轮等在运行过程中不容易损坏,降低运行成本。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
1、将11公斤硬脂酸和25公斤150bs油加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸熔化后启动搅拌;
2、将3公斤氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中皂化釜内的混合液的温度升至65℃时,将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续升温皂化,于105℃皂化3h;
3、待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到155℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至195℃加入30公斤150bs油进行稠化,并加入6公斤硼酸进行搅拌,继续升温至215℃恒温15min,加入13公斤齿轮油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入2公斤N-苯基-α-萘胺,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
4、润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却3h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入3公斤二壬基萘磺酸钡、5公斤磷酸三甲酚酯和2公斤氧化石油酯钡皂,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂。
实施例2
1、将11公斤硬脂酸和20公斤汽轮油加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸熔化后启动搅拌;
2、将2公斤氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中皂化釜内的混合液的温度升至60℃时,将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续升温皂化,于100℃皂化3h;
3、待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到150℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至190℃加入30公斤汽轮油进行稠化,并加入5公斤硼酸进行搅拌,继续升温至215℃恒温15min,加入10公斤齿轮油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入2公斤N-苯基-α-萘胺,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;

1、将17公斤硬脂酸和30公斤聚α烯烃矿物油加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸熔化后启动搅拌;
2、将5公斤氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中皂化釜内的混合液的温度升至70℃时,将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续升温皂化,于110℃皂化3h;
3、待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到160℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至200℃加入40公斤聚α烯烃矿物油进行稠化,并加入7公斤硼酸进行搅拌,继续升温至220℃恒温15min,加入15公斤齿轮油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入5公斤N-苯基-α-萘胺,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
4、润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却4h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入5公斤石油磺酸钠、8公斤磷酸三甲酚酯和5公斤硬脂酸铝,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂。

Claims (3)

1.一种钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油50-70份、齿轮油10-15份、稠化剂11-17份、氢氧化锂2-5份、硼酸5-7份、N-苯基-α-萘胺2-5份、磷酸三甲酚酯5-8份、防腐剂3-5份和防锈剂2-6份,其中基础油为150bs油、汽轮油或聚α烯烃矿物油中的一种或多种,稠化剂为硬脂酸,防腐剂为二壬基萘磺酸钡、二壬基萘磺酸锌、石油磺酸钠或环烷酸锌中一种或多种,防锈剂为氧化石油酯钡皂、磷酸三钠或硬脂酸铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油55份、齿轮油13份、稠化剂11份、氢氧化锂3份、硼酸6份、N-苯基-α-萘胺2份、磷酸三甲酚酯5份、防腐剂3份和防锈剂2份。
3.一种权利要求2所述的钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将11重量份的硬脂酸和25重量份的基础油加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸熔化后启动搅拌;
(2)将3重量份的氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中皂化釜内的混合液的温度升至60-70℃时,将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续升温皂化,于100-110℃皂化3h;
(3)待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到150-160℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至190-200℃加入30重量份的基础油进行稠化,并加入6重量份的硼酸进行搅拌,继续升温至215-220℃恒温15min,加入13重量份的齿轮油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入2重量份的N-苯基-α-萘胺,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
(4)润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却2-4h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入3重量份的防腐剂、5重量份的磷酸三甲酚酯和2重量份的防锈剂,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成钢球磨煤机重负荷开式齿轮润滑脂。
