Abstract

本发明公开了一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂及其制备方法,属于专用润滑脂技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂,是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油60‑85份、稠化剂10‑15份、氢氧化锂3‑8份、硼酸酯5‑7份、T40碳纤维2‑5份和碳酸钙5‑8份。本发明还具体公开了该盾构机盾尾润滑脂的制备方法。本发明制得的盾构机盾尾润滑脂具有优良的抗氧性、抗腐蚀性、极压抗磨性、抗水性和防护性,特别适合恶劣环境条件下工作的盾构机的润滑工作,此润滑脂在各方面性能都有很大提高,使盾构机盾尾在运行过程中不容易损坏,降低了运行成本。

技术领域
本发明属于专用润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会发展的步伐日益加快,盾构机在诸多地下工程施工中被广泛的采用,盾构机是机械设备,必须要有集中润滑系统供给其中的传动、滚动和滑动等关键部位的润滑和密封,以确保这些部件能够正常运转,部件润滑不良就可能造成例如驱动轴承的咬死、唇口密封的损坏等,这样会使盾构机无法推进。
盾构机各部件对润滑的要求:防水密封性好,能耐受高水压,有效隔绝泥浆渗漏;润滑性能好,对盾尾起到润滑保护作用;可泵性好,不堵泵,对泵体不磨损;对环境友好,无污染,无腐蚀,具有防腐作用;稳定性好,在贮存过程中不结块,目前的常规润滑脂无法较好地满足上述要求。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂,该润滑脂不仅可以解决苛刻环境下的润滑问题,特别适用于盾构机盾尾部位的长寿命润滑,延长了使用寿命,提高了润滑效果,而且减少了环境污染,使用该润滑脂更换次数少,使用周期较长,大大减少了设备的运行成本。
本发明解决另一个技术问题是提供了一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂的制备方法,该制备方法中各原料配比合理、生产工艺先进并且成本低廉。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油60-85份、稠化剂10-15份、氢氧化锂3-8份、硼酸酯5-7份、T40碳纤维2-5份和碳酸钙5-8份,其中基础油为合成油、动物油或溶剂油中一种或多种,稠化剂为硬脂酸。
进一步优选,所述的盾构机盾尾润滑脂是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:合成油68份、硬脂酸12份、氢氧化锂6份、硼酸酯6份、T40碳纤维3份和碳酸钙5份。
本发明所述的盾构机盾尾润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将12重量份的硬脂酸和28重量份的合成油加入到皂化釜中,升温待硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
(2)将6重量份的氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中的混合溶液升温至60-70℃时将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜中,继续升温皂化,于100-110℃皂化3h;
(3)待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到150-160℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至190-200℃加入40重量份的合成油进行稠化,并加入6重量份的硼酸脂进行搅拌,继续升温至215-220℃恒温15min,加入3重量份的T40碳纤维,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
(4)润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却2-4h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入5重量份的碳酸钙,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成盾构机盾尾润滑脂。
本发明的目的在于提供了一种配方合理且工作效率较高的盾构机盾尾润滑脂,该润滑脂具有优良的抗氧性、抗腐蚀性、极压抗磨性、抗水性和防护性,特别适合恶劣环境条件下工作的盾构机的润滑工作,此润滑脂在各方面性能都有很大提高,使盾构机盾尾在运行过程中不容易损坏,降低了运行成本。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
1、将12公斤硬脂酸和28公斤合成油加入到皂化釜中,升温待硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
2、将6公斤氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中的混合溶液升温至65℃时将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜中,继续升温皂化,于105℃皂化3h;
3、待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到155℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至195℃加入40公斤合成油进行稠化,并加入6公斤硼酸脂进行搅拌,继续升温至220℃恒温15min,加入3公斤T40碳纤维,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
4、润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却3h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入5公斤碳酸钙,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成盾构机盾尾润滑脂。
实施例2
1、将10公斤硬脂酸和25公斤动物油加入到皂化釜中,升温待硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
2、将3公斤氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中的混合溶液升温至60℃时将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜中,继续升温皂化,于100℃皂化3h;
3、待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到150℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至190℃加入35公斤动物油进行稠化,并加入5公斤硼酸脂进行搅拌,继续升温至220℃恒温15min,加入2公斤T40碳纤维,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
4、润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却2h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入6公斤碳酸钙,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成盾构机盾尾润滑脂。
实施例3
1、将15公斤硬脂酸和30公斤溶剂油加入到皂化釜中,升温待硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
2、将8公斤氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中的混合溶液升温至70℃时将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜中,继续升温皂化,于110℃皂化3h;
3、待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到160℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至200℃加入55公斤溶剂油进行稠化,并加入7公斤硼酸脂进行搅拌,继续升温至220℃恒温15min,加入5公斤T40碳纤维,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
4、润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却4h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入8公斤碳酸钙,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成盾构机盾尾润滑脂。

Claims (3)

1.一种盾构机盾尾润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油60-85份、稠化剂10-15份、氢氧化锂3-8份、硼酸酯5-7份、T40碳纤维2-5份和碳酸钙5-8份,其中基础油为合成油、动物油或溶剂油中一种或多种,稠化剂为硬脂酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盾构机盾尾润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:合成油68份、硬脂酸12份、氢氧化锂6份、硼酸酯6份、T40碳纤维3份和碳酸钙5份。
3.一种权利要求2所述的盾构机盾尾润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将12重量份的硬脂酸和28重量份的合成油加入到皂化釜中,升温待硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
(2)将6重量份的氢氧化锂溶于水中形成氢氧化锂水溶液,当步骤(1)中的混合溶液升温至60-70℃时将氢氧化锂水溶液加入到皂化釜中,继续升温皂化,于100-110℃皂化3h;
(3)待皂化反应完成后,继续搅拌升温脱水,温度达到150-160℃时取样测皂基游离碱,合格后物料继续升温至190-200℃加入40重量份的合成油进行稠化,并加入6重量份的硼酸脂进行搅拌,继续升温至215-220℃恒温15min,加入3重量份的T40碳纤维,使釜内容纳物呈真容液状态并将润滑脂通过过滤器打入到调和釜内回流冷却;
(4)润滑脂在调和釜内搅拌回流冷却2-4h,搅拌降温至180℃时加入5重量份的碳酸钙,搅拌均匀后冷却并通过研磨机研磨、过滤、炼制成盾构机盾尾润滑脂。
