本发明公开了一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,包括支架本体,支架本体的顶部均匀设有多个安装孔,气囊的两端并在支架本体固定安装有安装座,缓冲腔的内部设有多个弹簧,缓冲腔一端的底部对应设有多个弧形管,支架本体的内部设有橡胶垫,支架本体内部的两侧之间并穿过橡胶垫设有多个弹性钢丝,钢板一侧的中部固定连接有主油缸,副油缸的一端通过副活塞固定连接于副活塞杆,副油缸的另一端分别通过第一油管和第二油管与主油缸固定连接,第一油管与副油缸的连接处设有第一单向阀,第二油管与副油缸的连接处设有第二单向阀,且第一油管和第二油管固定设在钢板内;该种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,更坚固且防撞效果更好,安全性更高。

一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种后保险杠左右安装支架,具体为一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,属于汽车部件领域。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车已经逐渐成为人们生活中的必需品,在人们生活中起着越来越重要的作用。但是随着机动车数量的增多,交通安全事故也呈现增加趋势,目前,现有车辆的防撞击保护装置的安全性能不强,对车辆及人身安全造成了极大的隐患,特别是后保险杠,传统的后保险杠起到的防撞作用不是很大,只能起到减少车辆人员受伤的作用,并不能将前后车辆拉开距离,避免直接相撞的后果,本使用提供的技术方案可以在两车发生前后撞击时,避免车体直接相撞,通过弹性阻拦装置将两车分开,并使后车及时停下。
发明内容
本发明提出一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,解决了现有技术中防撞效果差,只能减少车辆相撞的损失,并不能预防和避免两车直接相撞的问题,使其更加坚固,防撞效果更好,将损失降到最低。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,包括支架本体,所述支架本体的顶部均匀设有多个安装孔,所述支架本体的一侧设有气囊,所述气囊的两端并在所述支架本体固定安装有安装座,所述安装座内部的一侧设有缓冲腔,所述缓冲腔的内部设有多个弹簧,所述缓冲腔一端的底部对应设有多个弧形管,所述支架本体的内部设有橡胶垫,所述支架本体内部的两侧之间并穿过所述橡胶垫设有多个弹性钢丝,所述支架本体的另一侧固定连接于钢板,所述钢板一侧的中部固定连接有主油缸,所述主油缸的一端通主活塞与主活塞杆活动连接,所述钢板一侧的两端对称连接有副油缸,所述副油缸的一端通过副活塞固定连接于副活塞杆,所述副油缸的另一端分别通过第一油管和第二油管与所述主油缸固定连接,所述第一油管与所述副油缸的连接处设有第一单向阀,所述第二油管与所述副油缸的连接处设有第二单向阀,且所述第一油管和所述第二油管固定设在所述钢板内。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述气囊的一侧设有充气口。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述主活塞杆的伸出长度长于所述副活塞杆的伸出长度,且所述主活塞杆和所述副活塞杆的一端均均设有软垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述支架本体由镍铬合金制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一油管和所述第二油管均由钢铁合金材料制成。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过设有主油缸、主活塞杆、第一油管、第二油管、副油缸和副活塞杆来通过挤压主活塞杆来使液压油进入到副油缸,使副活塞杆伸长,来阻挡后车的撞击,并且再次挤压副活塞杆使副油缸内的液压油回到主油缸,推动主活塞杆伸展,来阻挡后车,依次循环起到拦截,缓冲作用,通过设有橡胶垫和弹性钢丝来增强支架本体的抗压能力以及其韧性,通过设有气囊来增加多级缓冲的作用,通过设有弹簧和弧形管来使车辆受到的撞击力从安装座上向下分离,减小受到的冲击和损伤。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,包括支架本体17,支架本体17的顶部均匀设有多个安装孔12,支架本体17的一侧设有气囊14,气囊14的两端并在支架本体17固定安装有安装座15,安装座15内部的一侧设有缓冲腔16,缓冲腔16的内部设有多个弹簧13,缓冲腔16一端的底部对应设有多个弧形管20,支架本体17的内部设有橡胶垫18,支架本体17内部的两侧之间并穿过橡胶垫18设有多个弹性钢丝19,支架本体17的另一侧固定连接于钢板2,钢板2一侧的中部固定连接有主油缸5,主油缸5的一端通主活塞8与主活塞杆7活动连接,钢板2一侧的两端对称连接有副油缸10,副油缸10的一端通过副活塞3固定连接于副活塞杆1,副油缸10的另一端分别通过第一油管6和第二油管9与主油缸5固定连接,第一油管6与副油缸10的连接处设有第一单向阀4,第二油管9与副油缸10的连接处设有第二单向阀11,且第一油管6和第二油管9固定设在钢板2内。
进一步的,气囊14的一侧设有充气口,可进行充气和放气,方便再次使用。
进一步的,主活塞杆7的伸出长度长于副活塞杆1的伸出长度,且主活塞杆7和副活塞杆1的一端均均设有软垫,增加后车接触面积,并减少对车辆的损伤。
进一步的,支架本体17由镍铬合金制成,使其硬度更大,安全性更高。
进一步的,第一油管6和第二油管9均由钢铁合金材料制成,抗挤压性更强,能够保证正常工作。
该种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,首先通过安装座15和安装孔12将其进行安装,在遇到后车撞击时,首先后车会撞击到主活塞杆7上,然后使主活塞杆7推动主活塞8压缩主油缸5内的液压油通过第一油管6和第一单向阀4进入到副油缸10,然后推动副活塞3带动副活塞杆1向外伸展,从而阻挡后车继续向前滑行,当主活塞杆7伸长度小于副活塞杆1时,后车就会挤压副活塞杆1,使其推动副活塞3压缩副油缸10内的液压油通过第二单向阀进入到第二油管9再回到主油缸5内,推动主活塞8带动主活塞杆7向外伸展,对后车辆进行阻挡,使其及时停下,依次循环,避免直接与本车车体进行撞击,减少损害,当支架本体17遭受撞击时,其内部的弹性钢丝19发生形变,并且在橡胶垫18的作用下,防止其发生变形,此时安装座15一侧的缓冲腔16内的弹簧13被压缩到弧形管20内,使其受到的撞击力向下转移,减少冲击力的同时并使车平稳。
本发明的优点在于,解决了现有技术中防撞效果差,只能减少车辆相撞的损失,并不能预防和避免两车直接相撞的问题,使其更加坚固,防撞效果更好,将损失降到最低。

1.一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,包括支架本体(17),其特征在于,所述支架本体(17)的顶部均匀设有多个安装孔(12),所述支架本体(17)的一侧设有气囊(14),所述气囊(14)的两端并在所述支架本体(17)固定安装有安装座(15),所述安装座(15)内部的一侧设有缓冲腔(16),所述缓冲腔(16)的内部设有多个弹簧(13),所述缓冲腔(16)一端的底部对应设有多个弧形管(20),所述支架本体(17)的内部设有橡胶垫(18),所述支架本体(17)内部的两侧之间并穿过所述橡胶垫(18)设有多个弹性钢丝(19),所述支架本体(17)的另一侧固定连接于钢板(2),所述钢板(2)一侧的中部固定连接有主油缸(5),所述主油缸(5)的一端通主活塞(8)与主活塞杆(7)活动连接,所述钢板(2)一侧的两端对称连接有副油缸(10),所述副油缸(10)的一端通过副活塞(3)固定连接于副活塞杆(1),所述副油缸(10)的另一端分别通过第一油管(6)和第二油管(9)与所述主油缸(5)固定连接,所述第一油管(6)与所述副油缸(10)的连接处设有第一单向阀(4),所述第二油管(9)与所述副油缸(10)的连接处设有第二单向阀(11),且所述第一油管(6)和所述第二油管(9)固定设在所述钢板(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,其特征在于,所述气囊(14)的一侧设有充气口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,其特征在于,所述主活塞杆(7)的伸出长度长于所述副活塞杆(1)的伸出长度,且所述主活塞杆(7)和所述副活塞杆(1)的一端均均设有软垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,其特征在于,所述支架本体(17)由镍铬合金制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞的后保险杠左右安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一油管(6)和所述第二油管(9)均由钢铁合金材料制成。
