本发明设计建材领域,尤其是公开了一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材及其生产工艺。本发明采用的技术方案为:一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材及其生产工艺,包括中间的骨料层和位于骨料层两侧的面层,所述面层的组分及其配比为:胶凝材料40.2%、硅砂36.1%、抗老化剂9%、水14.7%;所述骨料层的组分及其配比为:煤矸石11.7%、矿渣12%、建筑垃圾18%、粉煤灰6%、秸秆4%、木屑6%、果壳5%、胶凝材料26%、水12.3%;还包含抗碱玻璃纤维网布。本发明具有绿色、环保、生产成本低特点。

一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明设计建材领域,尤其是公开了一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着我国经济与社会的发展,尤其是近年来随着城市化建设的进程加快,对于建筑材料的需要大量增加,传统的墙体建筑材料生产过程中对环境造成污染是建筑行业亟待解决的问题;另一方面,工农业生产过程中产生大量废弃物,例如:工业固体废弃物:煤矸石、粉煤灰、矿渣、建筑垃圾等,农林废弃物:秸秆、木屑、果壳、稻壳等都亟待处理。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材,包括中间的骨料层和位于骨料层两侧的面层,所述面层的组分及其配比为:胶凝材料40.2%、硅砂36.1%、抗老化剂9%、水14.7%;所述骨料层的组分及其配比为:煤矸石11.7%、矿渣12%、建筑垃圾18%、粉煤灰5%、秸秆4%、木屑6%、果壳5%、胶凝材料26%、水12.3%;还包含抗碱玻璃纤维网布。实际生产过程中,可根据实际需要将秸秆替换为稻壳。本发明充分利用工业固体废弃物煤矸石、粉煤灰、矿渣以及农林废弃物秸秆、木屑、果壳等,解决了废弃物处理难、利用率低的问题,节约了资源。其次,采用废弃物降低了生产成本。
优选的,所述胶凝材料为所述胶凝材料为低碱硫铝酸盐水泥。既有快硬水泥的早强特性,又有/低碱水泥/碱度低、稳定期短、干缩率小的优点,与玻璃纤维复合强度保留率高,使用寿命长。
优选的,所述抗碱玻璃纤维中含鋯量不低于16.5%抗拉强度不低于800mpa。具有良好抗腐蚀,耐高温,不燃,吸湿性小,变形小,抗拉强度高。
一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制作模具并在其表面涂刷脱模剂;
步骤二、将所述面层组分中的胶凝材料、硅砂、抗老化剂和水按照所述配比放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,形成面层料浆;
步骤三、将所述面层料浆装入喷涂装置的压力罐中;
步骤四、在所述模具表面喷涂一层2-3mm的面层料浆;
步骤五、在喷射好的面层上铺设玻璃纤维网格布做增;
步骤六、将所述骨料组分中的煤矸石、矿渣、建筑垃圾粉碎,将秸秆、木屑、果壳粉碎并做灭菌抗氧化处理;
步骤七、将经步骤六处理的组分及其他骨料组分按照配比放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,形成骨料料浆;
步骤八、将所述骨料料浆放入震压摊平机的压力罐中,将搅拌好骨料料浆挤出摊平在已铺好玻璃纤维网格布的面层料浆上形成骨料层震压至设计高度;
步骤九、在震压好的骨料面上放置玻璃纤维网格布,喷射含玻璃纤维面层浆料3-5毫米后再喷射3-5毫米不含玻璃纤维的面层料浆;
步骤十、养护7-10天脱模。
实际生产过程中,可根据实际需要将秸秆替换为稻壳。因为它50%的组分是可再生的,而实现它商业化生产的技术将能够减少对木材、天然石产品的需求。
本发明与现有技术相比有以下有益效果:
与现有技术变比,本发明充分利用工业固体废弃物煤矸石、粉煤灰、矿渣以及农林废弃物秸秆、木屑、果壳等,解决了废弃物处理难、利用率低的问题,节约了资源。其次,采用废弃物降低了生产成本。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材,包括中间的骨料层和位于骨料层两侧的面层,面层的组分及其配比为:胶凝材料40.2%、硅砂36.1%、抗老化剂9%、水14.7%;骨料层的组分及其配比为:煤矸石11.7%、矿渣12%、建筑垃圾18%、粉煤灰6%、秸秆4%、木屑6%、果壳5%、胶凝材料26%、水12.3%;还包含抗碱玻璃纤维网布。
作为优选的实施方式,胶凝材料为低碱硫铝酸盐水泥。
作为优选的实施方式,硅砂中的硅含量≥95%。
作为优选的实施方式,抗碱玻璃纤维网布含鋯量不低于16.5%,抗拉强度不低于800mpa
一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

步骤五、在喷射好的面层上铺设玻璃纤维网格布做增;
步骤六、将所述骨料组分中的煤矸石、矿渣、建筑垃圾粉碎,将秸秆、木屑、果壳粉碎并做灭菌抗氧化处理;
步骤七、将经步骤六处理的组分及其他骨料组分按照配比放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,形成骨料料浆;
步骤八、将所述骨料料浆放入震压摊平机的压力罐中,将搅拌好骨料料浆挤出摊平在已铺好玻璃纤维网格布的面层料浆上形成骨料层震压至设计高度;
步骤九、在震压好的骨料面上放置玻璃纤维网格布,喷射含玻璃纤维面层浆料3-5毫米后再喷射3-5毫米不含玻璃纤维的面层料浆;
步骤十、养护7-10天脱模。

1.一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材,包括中间的骨料层和位于骨料层两侧的面层,其特征在于:所述面层的组分及其配比为:胶凝材料40.2%、硅砂36.1%、抗老化剂9%、水14.7%;所述骨料层的组分及其配比为:煤矸石11.7%、矿渣12%、建筑垃圾18%、粉煤灰6%、秸秆4%、木屑6%、果壳5%、胶凝材料26%、水12.3%;还包含抗碱玻璃纤维网布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材,其特征在于:所述胶凝材料为低碱硫铝酸盐水泥。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材,其特征在于:所述硅砂中的硅含量≥95%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材,其特征在于:所述抗碱玻璃纤维网布中鋯量不低于16.5%,抗拉强度不低于800mpa。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种仿石材新型超能聚合物建材的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

步骤三、将所述面层料浆装入喷涂装置的压力罐中;

步骤五、在喷射好的面层上铺设玻璃纤维网格布做增;
步骤六、将所述骨料组分中的煤矸石、矿渣、建筑垃圾粉碎,将秸秆、木屑、果壳粉碎并做灭菌抗氧化处理;
步骤七、将经步骤六处理的组分及其他骨料组分按照配比放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,形成骨料料浆;
步骤八、将所述骨料料浆放入震压摊平机的压力罐中,将搅拌好骨料料浆挤出摊平在已铺好玻璃纤维网格布的面层料浆上形成骨料层震压至设计高度;
