一种黑木耳瘦身饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:黑木耳40-50份、黄瓜15-20份、芹菜8-12份、胡萝卜5-8份、山楂6-9份、茯苓4-7份、陈皮4-6份、枸杞3-5份、黄芪2-4份、乌梅1-3份、柠檬酸0.01-0.03份,其制作方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)选择一级干的黑木耳,用加入2滴仙人掌汁液的水浸泡4-5小时,使用仙人掌汁液,不仅起到护色作用,降低黑木耳表面吸附赃物的能力,还吸收了仙人掌中含有的大量维生素和矿物质,并且富有了仙人掌口感清甜的滋味,期间换4-6次水,避免滋生细菌,泡好后清洗干净,用沸水焯3-4分钟冷却备用,用于护色且营养不流失;

本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种黑木耳瘦身饮料,由黑木耳、黄瓜、芹菜、胡萝卜、山楂、茯苓、陈皮、枸杞、黄芪、乌梅、柠檬酸制成,木耳含有丰富的蛋白质、铁、磷、维生素B等健脑需要的营养素,其中维生素B2含量较蔬菜高得多,并具有“安五脏、利心志、明目”的功效,用它制作成瘦身饮料,不仅可以塑造完美身材,又具有保健效果,加入的辅料可以抑制糖类物质转化为脂肪,并且具有加快排除消化系统中毒素的作用,具有排毒养颜,保持肌肤弹性,抑制黑色素生成的作用,和市场上销售的黑木耳饮料相比,营养价值更高,含硒量为2.85mg/100g,锌含量为7.14 mg/100g,热量为23千卡/100克,热量低,瘦身效果快无反弹。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种黑木耳瘦身饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:黑木耳40份、黄瓜15份、芹菜8份、胡萝卜5份、山楂6份、茯苓4份、陈皮4份、枸杞3份、黄芪2份、乌梅1份、柠檬酸0.01份,其制作方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)选择一级干的黑木耳,用加入2滴仙人掌汁液的水浸泡4小时,使用仙人掌汁液,不仅起到护色作用,降低黑木耳表面吸附赃物的能力,还吸收了仙人掌中含有的大量维生素和矿物质,并且富有了仙人掌口感清甜的滋味,期间换4次水,避免滋生细菌,泡好后清洗干净,用沸水焯3分钟冷却备用,用于护色且营养不流失;
(2)选择鲜嫩黄瓜,清洗去皮,鲜黄瓜中含有丙醇二酸,可以抑制糖类物质转化为脂肪,山楂洗净去皮去籽,乌梅去核,乌梅中富含大量的锌,同洗净的芹菜、胡萝卜一起打成浆汁,过150目筛,得到浆液备用,具有很高的营养和药用价值;

(4)将步骤(2)中浆液和步骤(3)中液态萃取物及水溶提取液混合均匀,装罐并密封后再进行超高压杀菌即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,在步骤(3)中,粉碎温度控制在25℃,萃取温度为55℃,压强为38MPa。
实施例3
一种黑木耳瘦身饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:黑木耳50份、黄瓜20份、芹菜12份、胡萝卜8份、山楂9份、茯苓7份、陈皮6份、枸杞5份、黄芪4份、乌梅3份、柠檬酸0.03份,其制作方法包括以下几个步骤:

(4)将步骤(2)中浆液和步骤(3)中液态萃取物及水溶提取液混合均匀,装罐并密封后再进行超高压杀菌即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,在步骤(3)中,粉碎温度控制在30℃,萃取温度为60℃,压强为40MPa。
随机选取本发明得到的黑木耳瘦身饮料和市场上销售的黑木耳饮料(对照组)各50瓶进行成分口感对比,将结果记录如下表所示:
从表中数据可以看出:本发明的黑木耳瘦身饮料含有大量的锌、硒元素,补充了人体缺少的微量元素,叶酸含量也较高,含有的维生素E起到了抗衰老美容养颜的作用,且该饮料热量极低,多喝也不会有影响。
随机寻找100位微胖人群应用本发明的黑木耳瘦身饮料,在100位饮用者中,每天喝一瓶,其他生活方式保持不变,坚持45天后,体重减轻2-3斤的,占90%,体重减轻1-2斤的,占6%,体重减轻3-5斤的,占3%,体重没变化的占1%,有效率99%,无效率1%。
具体案例:王某,女26岁,使用本发明的饮料前,体重为64千克,有饭后不消化,便秘,气色不佳,长痘,口臭等症状,每天喝一瓶本发明的饮料,连续使用30天后,体重减轻2斤,便秘、长痘、口臭的症状减轻;连续使用45天后,便秘症状没有了,消化速度变快了,不再长痘、有口臭,面色红润,有气色,体重变为62千克。

1.一种黑木耳瘦身饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:黑木耳40-50份、黄瓜15-20份、芹菜8-12份、胡萝卜5-8份、山楂6-9份、茯苓4-7份、陈皮4-6份、枸杞3-5份、黄芪2-4份、乌梅1-3份、柠檬酸0.01-0.03份,其制作方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)选择一级干的黑木耳,用加入2滴仙人掌汁的水浸泡4-5小时,期间换4-6次水,泡好后清洗干净,用沸水焯3-4分钟冷却备用;
(2)选择鲜嫩黄瓜,清洗去皮,山楂洗净去皮去籽,乌梅去核,同洗净的芹菜、胡萝卜一起打成浆汁,过150-200目筛,得到浆液备用;
(3)将处理过的黑木耳、茯苓、陈皮、枸杞、黄芪用超微粉碎机粉碎为100-200纳米的粉末;将粉碎后的粉末进行超临界二氧化碳法萃取,分离得到固态萃取物和液态萃取物,在固态萃取物中加入是其重量20-30倍的纯净水,加热至100℃,然后再加入柠檬酸,保温搅拌2-3小时,用200-240目筛分离得水溶提取液;
(4)将步骤(2)中浆液和步骤(3)中液态萃取物及水溶提取液混合均匀,装罐并密封后再进行超高压杀菌即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑木耳瘦身饮料,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,粉碎温度控制在20-30℃,萃取温度为50-60℃,压强为35-40 MPa。
