Abstract
本发明公开了一种降血压的保健饮品及其制备方法,该保健饮品取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜30‑50份、芹菜30‑50份、夏枯草20‑30份、野菊花15‑25份、三七花10‑20份、玉米须5‑15份、女贞子5‑15份、枸杞3‑13份、山楂3‑13份、红枣2‑8份、蜂蜜1‑5份。本发明提供的降血压的保健饮品采用常见的中药材及蔬菜作为原料,配方科学、营养丰富、制备简单、成本低廉、口感较好、无副作用,可有效降低血压。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮品技术领域,特别是涉及一种降血压的保健饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
血压是人的心脏在跳动时血液对血管壁产生的压力,这种压力的高低从侧面反映了机体的某些生理状况,当体循环动脉血压升高到一定值后即导致高血压,随着现今生活压力的增大,高血压呈现年轻化趋势。据统计,目前我国高血压患者已突破3.3亿,而高血压病是冠心病、脑血管疾病的主要危险因素,由于在血压升高的早期多无特异性症状,甚至无自我不适感,往往未引起重视而延误诊断与治疗,直至发生临床危急情况或出现严重并发症,每年200万人的死亡与高血压有关,因此高血压也被称为“无声杀手”。
高血压的病因主要与长期精神紧张、缺少体力活动、高血压家族史等有关。其发病机理是由身体内外的不良刺激,导致大脑皮质活动失调,形成血管收缩性的病理兴奋灶,从而使全身小动脉痉挛,外周血管阻力增加而血压上升。由于小动脉长期痉挛导致组织缺血,导致心、脑、肾脏等器官受损,继而受损脏器的病变又影响高血压病变的过程,这样互为因果形成恶性循环。
高血压早期危险信号表现为头疼、眩晕、耳鸣、心悸气短、失眠、易做噩梦、肢体麻木,并伴有恶心、呕吐等症状。随着病程延续,血压持续性升高,最终可出现一系列重要脏器的损害:(1)脑部表现:可表现为高血压脑病、短暂性脑缺血发作、脑血栓形成、脑出血等。(2)心脏表现:左心室肥大、心力衰竭、心律失常、冠心病等。(3)肾脏表现:蛋白尿、肾功能不全、最终出现尿毒症。
现代西医对高血压的治疗主要是采用利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、钙通道拮抗剂等降压药物进行治疗,但只治标不治本,病情易反复,并且长期服用西药会带来很大的毒副作用,对人体的机体带来伤害,如引起头痛、头晕、头胀、失眠、烦躁等并发症。在临床上,中医中药以辨证为基础,强调整体治疗,症状改善比较理想,可有效稳定血压。在现有的专利文件中,授权公告号CN103316204B(申请号201310252332.4)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗高血压的中药组合物,其中药原料及重量份配比为:菊花5-20份、钩藤10-30份、石决明10-30份、夏枯草10-40份、泽泻5-25份、云苓5-25份、川牛膝5-20份、丹参10-40份、杜仲5-25份、桑寄生10-30份、黄芩5-25份、枣仁10-30份、远志5-20份、五味子5-25份、夜交藤10-40份、百合10-30份、川芎5-25份、珍珠母10-30份、首乌10-30份、甘草5-15份。
虽然中药对高血压的治疗起到了良好的效果,但每日煎煮中药会带来诸多不便,而且口味较差,难以让患者乐意服用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是克服中西医药物的不足,而提供一种降血压的保健饮品,该保健饮品采用常见的中药材及蔬菜作为原料,配方科学、营养丰富、制备简单、成本低廉、无副作用,可有效降低血压。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种降血压的保健饮品,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜30-50份、芹菜30-50份、夏枯草20-30份、野菊花15-25份、三七花10-20份、玉米须5-15份、女贞子5-15份、枸杞3-13份、山楂3-13份、红枣2-8份、蜂蜜1-5份。
一种降血压的保健饮品,优选的方案,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜35-45份、芹菜35-45份、夏枯草23-27份、野菊花18-22份、三七花13-17份、玉米须8-12份、女贞子8-12份、枸杞6-10份、山楂6-10份、红枣4-6份、蜂蜜2-4份。
一种降血压的保健饮品,更加优选的方案,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜40份、芹菜40份、夏枯草25份、野菊花20份、三七花15份、玉米须10份、女贞子10份、枸杞8份、山楂8份、红枣5份、蜂蜜3份。
本发明的另一目的就是提供上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法。
一种降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块;芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过20-60目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量2-6倍的水,浸泡10-30min,在温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取20-40min,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量2-4倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮10-20分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在60-70℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得降血压的保健饮品。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤二过30-50目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量3-5倍的水,浸泡15-25min,在温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取25-35min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;优选的,过40目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量4倍的水,浸泡20min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取30min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤三加入原料重量2.5-3.5倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮13-17分钟;优选的,加入原料重量3倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮15分钟。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤四在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在62-68℃;优选的,温度控制在65℃。
本发明所用主要原料的药理功效如下:
胡萝卜: 甘、辛,微温,无毒。功用:补中气、健胃消食、壮元阳、安五脏,治疗消化不良、久痢、咳嗽、夜盲症等有良好疗效,被誉为“东方小人参”,胡萝卜在人体内可转化为维生素A,提高机体免疫力,间接消灭癌细胞,并可减轻癌症病人的化疗反应,对多种脏器有保护作用。另外,胡萝卜内含玻珀酸钾,有助于防止血管硬化,降低胆固醇,对防治高血压有一定效果。
芹菜:性凉,味甘辛,无毒;入肝,胆,心包经。芹菜含酸性的降压成分;血管灌流可使血管扩张;用主动脉弓灌流法,它能对抗烟碱、山梗茶碱引起的升压反应,并可引起降压。临床对于原发性、妊娠性及更年期高血压均有效。主治清热除烦,平肝,高血压,头痛,头晕,暴热烦渴,黄疸,水肿,小便热涩不利,妇女月经不调,赤白带下.瘰疬.痄腮等病症。
夏枯草:性味归经:性寒,味辛、苦。归肝经、胆经。功效与作用:清火、明目、散结、消肿。用治目赤肿痛、目珠夜痛、头痛眩晕、瘰疠、瘿瘤、乳痈肿痛、甲状腺肿大、淋巴结结核、乳腺增生、高血压。
野菊花:性味归经:性微寒,味苦、辛。归肺经、肝经。含野菊花内酯、野菊花三醇、野菊花酮等。挥发油中以含氧萜及倍半萜为主,是野菊花散发奇特香气的成分。具有清热解毒、消肿、凉肝明目功效,主治:疔疮;痈疽;丹毒;湿疹;皮炎;风热感冒;咽喉肿痛;高血压病。
三七花:性味甘凉,具有清热、平肝、降压之功效,适用于头昏、目眩、耳鸣、高血压和急性咽喉炎等症,另可泡茶、炒肉、煲汤等,在安眠方面也有一定的功效。
玉米须:味甘、淡,性平。归膀胱、肝、胆经。有利尿消肿;清肝利胆的功效。主治水肿,小便淋沥,黄疸,胆囊炎,胆结石,高血压,糖尿病,乳汁不通。
女贞子:味甘、苦,性凉,归经:肝,肾经,功效:补肝肾阴,乌须明目,现代医学研究认为女贞子可以抑制幽门螺杆菌的作用可以治疗胃病,还具有抑制嘌呤异常代谢用于痛风和高尿酸血症的治疗。主治:用于肝肾阴虚,腰酸耳鸣,须发早白;眼目昏暗,视物昏暗;阴虚发热,胃病及痛风和和高尿酸血症。
枸杞:味甘;性平。归肝经;肾经;肺经。具有养肝;滋肾;润肺的功效。主治:肝肾亏虚;头晕目眩;目视不清;腰膝酸软;阳痿遗精;虚劳咳嗽;消渴引饮。
山楂:性味:酸、甘,微温。归经:归脾、胃、肝经。山楂含有大量的维生素C与微量元素,能够扩张血管,降低血压,降低血糖,能够改善和促进胆固醇排泄而降低血脂,预防高血脂的发生,山楂能够开胃促进消化,山楂所含有的脂肪酶也能够促进脂肪的消化。具有消食健胃,行气散瘀的功效。主治:肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,疝气疼痛;高脂血症。
红枣:性甘,温。归脾、胃经。富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。所含有的环磷酸腺苷,是人体细胞能量代谢的必需成分,能够增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用。另外红枣具有补气养血、促进睡眠的作用。
蜂蜜:味甘,入脾胃二经,能补中益气、润肠通便。常服蜂蜜对于心脏病、高血压、肺病、眼病、肝脏病、痢疾、便秘、贫血、神经系统疾病、胃和十二指肠溃疡病等都有良好的辅助医疗作用。
本发明提供的降血压的保健饮品制备简单、饮用方便、便于携带、成本低廉。除此之外,本发明的优良效果还表现在:
1、本发明保健饮品采用常见的中药材及蔬菜作为原料,配方科学、酸甜可口、营养丰富、无副作用,容易被人接受。
2、通过超声波萃取技术提取中药活性成分,不仅操作简单,而且具有提取温度低、时间短、效率高的优点。
3、本发明保健饮品的配方完全符合中医药“整体调理、辨证施治”原则,具有降低血压、降低胆固醇、清火明目等功效,可有效预防及缓解高血压引起的头疼、眩晕、耳鸣、心悸气短、失眠、易做噩梦等症状。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1一种降血压的保健饮品,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成(每份取1g):胡萝卜30份、芹菜30份、夏枯草20份、野菊花15份、三七花10份、玉米须5份、女贞子5份、枸杞3份、山楂3份、红枣2份、蜂蜜1份。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块,芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过20目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量2倍的水,浸泡10min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取20min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量2倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮10分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在60℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得。
典型病例一:尚XX,男,43岁,山东省济阳人士,2年前体检时发现血压偏高,收缩压150 mmHg、舒张压95 mmHg,无明显自觉症状,偶感劳累后头疼,无头晕、乏力、失眠、多梦等症状。2年来一直坚持口服降压药物治疗,血压虽得到一定控制,但病情易反复,半年前因连续加夜班,导致头疼加重,医生建议服用本发明实施例1中的保健饮品缓解高血压症状。
服用1周后,头痛明显减轻,继续服用2月后,血压控制平稳,无高血压症状复发。
实施例2一种降血压的保健饮品,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成(每份取1g):胡萝卜50份、芹菜50份、夏枯草30份、野菊花25份、三七花20份、玉米须15份、女贞子15份、枸杞13份、山楂13份、红枣8份、蜂蜜5份。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块,芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过60目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量6倍的水,浸泡30min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取40min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量4倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮20分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在70℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得。
实施例3一种降血压的保健饮品,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成(每份取1g):胡萝卜35份、芹菜35份、夏枯草23份、野菊花18份、三七花13份、玉米须8份、女贞子8份、枸杞6份、山楂6份、红枣4份、蜂蜜2份。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块,芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过30目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量3倍的水,浸泡25min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取20min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量2.5倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮13分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在62℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得。
典型病例二:王XX,女,65岁,山东省济南人,患者有3年的高血压病史,血压波动在收缩压140-150 mmHg、舒张压90-95 mmHg,由于考虑到西药的副作用,1年前未服用降压药,停药后3周出现头疼、眩晕、耳鸣、心悸气短、失眠等症状,经医生建议服用本发明实施例3中的保健饮品进行降压。
服用15天,患者头疼、眩晕、耳鸣症状减轻,服用1个月,患者不适症状逐渐消失,血压降低,精神状态良好,之后坚持每天服用,血压控制平稳。
实施例4一种降血压的保健饮品,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成(每份取1g):胡萝卜45份、芹菜45份、夏枯草27份、野菊花22份、三七花17份、玉米须12份、女贞子12份、枸杞10份、山楂10份、红枣6份、蜂蜜4份。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块,芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过50目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量5倍的水,浸泡25min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取35min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量3.5倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮17分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在68℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得。
实施例5一种降血压的保健饮品,取下述重量配比的原料制备而成(每份取1g):胡萝卜40份、芹菜40份、夏枯草25份、野菊花20份、三七花15份、玉米须10份、女贞子10份、枸杞8份、山楂8份、红枣5份、蜂蜜3份。
上述降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块,芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过40目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量4倍的水,浸泡20min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取30min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量3倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮15分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在65℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得。
实验例:1、临床选择:为了验证本发明降血压的保健饮品的效果,我们抽取了400名患者进行了实验,平均分为两组,实验组及对照组。
2、入选标准:经确诊为高血压的患者(出现头疼、眩晕、耳鸣、心悸气短、失眠、易做噩梦、肢体麻木,并伴有恶心、呕吐等症状。)。
3、治疗方法:
治疗组:采用本发明实施例5中降血压的保健饮品,每日300mL。
对照组:服用马来酸左旋氨氯地平片降压药,每次 25mg,每日1次。
4、疗效情况判定标准:(1)、治愈:治疗1周后,不适症状完全消失,半年后回访无复发;(2)、有效:治疗1周后,不适症状减轻或部分消失;(3)、无效:治疗1周后,不适症状无好转或有不良反应。
精确对数据进行统计和数理分析,得到具体实验结果如下表:
经临床试验证明,采用本发明降血压的保健饮品与马来酸左旋氨氯地平片降压药相比,具有制备简单、服用方便、便于携带、成本低廉、营养丰富、口感较好、无副作用的优点,经临床试验证明,本发明降血压的保健饮品的有效率为98%,可有效降低血压。
Claims (10)
1.一种降血压的保健饮品,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜30-50份、芹菜30-50份、夏枯草20-30份、野菊花15-25份、三七花10-20份、玉米须5-15份、女贞子5-15份、枸杞3-13份、山楂3-13份、红枣2-8份、蜂蜜1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血压的保健饮品,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜35-45份、芹菜35-45份、夏枯草23-27份、野菊花18-22份、三七花13-17份、玉米须8-12份、女贞子8-12份、枸杞6-10份、山楂6-10份、红枣4-6份、蜂蜜2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血压的保健饮品,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡萝卜40份、芹菜40份、夏枯草25份、野菊花20份、三七花15份、玉米须10份、女贞子10份、枸杞8份、山楂8份、红枣5份、蜂蜜3份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
步骤一:将胡萝卜去皮,洗净,切块,芹菜去根、叶,洗净切段,然后将处理好的胡萝卜、芹菜同时放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,得到的胡萝卜芹菜浆过200目筛,得到胡萝卜芹菜原汁;
步骤二:将夏枯草、野菊花、三七花、玉米须、女贞子洗净,干燥,粉碎,过20-60目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量2-6倍的水,浸泡10-30min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取20-40min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液;
步骤三:将山楂、红枣洗净、去核,枸杞洗净,然后将处理好的上述原料放入锅中,加入原料重量2-4倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮10-20分钟,之后过200目筛,得到山楂红枣枸杞汁;
步骤四:将步骤一得到的胡萝卜芹菜原汁、步骤二得到的中药提取液、步骤三得到的山楂红枣枸杞汁混合后加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,然后在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在60-70℃,后经脱气、灌装、杀菌、冷却至25℃后即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二过30-50目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量3-5倍的水,浸泡15-25min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取25-35min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二过40目筛后置于超声提取容器中,加入原料重量4倍的水,浸泡20min,在超声温度40℃,超声功率60W条件下提取30min后,过200目筛,得到中药提取液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三加入原料重量2.5-3.5倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮13-17分钟。
8.根据权利要求7所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三加入原料重量3倍的水,置旺火上烧沸,再用小火煮15分钟。
9.根据权利要求4所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四在压力为30Mpa 的条件下均质3 次,温度控制在62-68℃。
10.根据权利要求9所述的降血压的保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四温度控制在65℃。
