背景技术
泳衣多指女性游泳时的专用衣服,现在也有男性泳衣。泳衣与体操衣不同,一般泳衣浸入水中不会下沉。
泳衣在绝大多数时间在游泳池中,游泳池中因为需要进行消毒,一般会有大量的氯,这样就会造成颜色脱落,现有技术中会有不少耐氯的涤纶织物,但是在人不游泳的时候,泳衣存放过程中,在紫外线照射下,泳衣的耐氯能力会下降。

一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹的制备方法,将涤纶纤维浸入染料中进行染色,完成染色后的布匹进行整理,在整理液中加入四羟甲基硫酸磷、5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮、4-环己酮羧酸乙酯、2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺、戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐进行二浸二轧,轧液率可以为30%-45%,之后通过90℃进行烘干,之后进行后整理工作,在后整理过程中,在后整理液中加入柔顺剂、抗氧剂以及协同剂、分散剂,直接将经过整理的布坯浸入到后整理液中,浸泡30min后,在150℃条件下进行预烘干5min,将纳米二氧化硅和颜料进行混合,混合均匀后刮涂于布坯上,在150℃下热定型5min,水洗烘干得到品布,最后通过品布制成泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹。
在整个涤纶在整理过程中,首先是将涤纶织物在经过染色后,还需要进行一步固色整理,在固色整理的步骤中,分为两步整理工序,首先第一步整理工序是在整理液中加入四羟甲基硫酸磷、5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮、4-环己酮羧酸乙酯、2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺、戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐进行二浸二轧。在整理过程中四羟甲基硫酸磷、5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮的表面带有羟基,这样能够正整理过程中将活性基团引入到涤纶纤维中,使得后期能够与2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺、戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠进行反应和结合。使得戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠上的活性基团能够结合在涤纶纤维上,本身磺化酸就在整理涤纶的过程中,就有较好的耐氯效果,特别是戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠联用过程中,能够起到更好的耐氯效果。同时,4-环己酮羧酸乙酯、2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺的加入,能够整理过程中,起到保护磺化酸的效果,保证耐氯成分在紫外线照射的情况下,能够进一步保证耐氯性能。
之后在后整理的过程中,柔顺剂选用烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的混合物。具有较好的表面活性,使得生产出来的涤纶纤维具有较好的柔顺性,同时烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐具有和涤纶纤维以及紫外线吸收的基团,能够使得烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的结合能力更好,保证了其强效的柔顺效果,以及长时间使用后仍然具有较好的柔顺性。
在抗氧化剂的选择上,选用油醇聚醚-2磷酸酯、二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯的复配,能够提高聚酯纤维的抗氧化性能。除此之外,在经过后处理工艺时,还可以添加分散剂和协同剂,分散剂的选择上,选用聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐,聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐本身与选用的抗氧化剂、柔顺剂具有较好的相容性,这样就能够起到较好的分散性。另外,还可以添加入适量的协同剂,协同剂可以选用抗坏血酸能够起到保证紫外线吸收剂不会发生变质。
在最后经过烘干后喷涂上纳米二氧化硅能够提高聚酯纤维的反射紫外线的能力。
最后,还可以在第一步整理的过程中,加入2-氨基-5-乙酰氨基苯甲酸、N-(2-乙酰胺)-2-氨基乙磺酸,这样能够进一步提成耐氯效果。

涤纶纤维:115份;

测试方法:
耐氯牢度测试按ISO 1-5-E03:1994测试
取试样10cm*4cm,在次氯酸钠溶液中,浸渍60min(含有效氯2g/L,用10g/L无水碳酸钠调节pH值至10,20℃±5℃)去除试样后,用流动的冷水冲洗,放入5ml亚硫酸氢钠中胶东,十分钟,再用冷水充分冲洗,挤干,在不超过60℃的空气中干燥,然后用混色变褪色样卡评级。
同时将试样分别在紫外线下照射10min、60min、5day后进行测试。

在整个涤纶在整理过程中,首先是将涤纶织物在经过染色后,还需要进行一步固色整理,在固色整理的步骤中,分为两步整理工序,首先第一步整理工序是在整理液中加入四羟甲基硫酸磷、5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮、4-环己酮羧酸乙酯、2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺、戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐进行二浸二轧。在整理过程中四羟甲基硫酸磷、5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮的表面带有羟基,这样能够正整理过程中将活性基团引入到涤纶纤维中,使得后期能够与2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺、戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠进行反应和结合。使得戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠上的活性基团能够结合在涤纶纤维上,本身磺化酸就在整理涤纶的过程中,就有较好的耐氯效果,特别是戊烷磺酸钠、4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯、5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠联用过程中,能够起到更好的耐氯效果。同时,4-环己酮羧酸乙酯、2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺的加入,能够整理过程中,起到保护磺化酸的效果,保证耐氯成分在紫外线照射的情况下,能够进一步保证耐氯性能。
之后在后整理的过程中,柔顺剂选用烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的混合物。具有较好的表面活性,使得生产出来的涤纶纤维具有较好的柔顺性,同时烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐具有和涤纶纤维以及紫外线吸收的基团,能够使得烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的结合能力更好,保证了其强效的柔顺效果,以及长时间使用后仍然具有较好的柔顺性。
在抗氧化剂的选择上,选用油醇聚醚-2磷酸酯、二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯的复配,能够提高聚酯纤维的抗氧化性能。除此之外,在经过后处理工艺时,还可以添加分散剂和协同剂,分散剂的选择上,选用聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐,聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐本身与选用的抗氧化剂、柔顺剂具有较好的相容性,这样就能够起到较好的分散性。另外,还可以添加入适量的协同剂,协同剂可以选用抗坏血酸能够起到保证紫外线吸收剂不会发生变质。
在最后经过烘干后喷涂上纳米二氧化硅能够提高聚酯纤维的反射紫外线的能力。
最后,还可以在第一步整理的过程中,加入2-氨基-5-乙酰氨基苯甲酸、N-(2-乙酰胺)-2-氨基乙磺酸,这样能够进一步提成耐氯效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:包括下列重量份组成:
涤纶纤维:115份;
纳米二氧化钛:15份;
四羟甲基硫酸磷:1份;
5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮:2份
4-环己酮羧酸乙酯:2份
2',4'-二甲基乙酰基乙酰苯胺:1.5份
戊烷磺酸钠:3份
4-异丙氧基苯磺酰基氯:2份
5-氨基-2-甲基苯磺酸:5份
磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐:5份
柔顺剂:1份
抗氧剂:1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂为烷基苯十二烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的混合物。
3.据权利要求2述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂包括下列重量份组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.5份
双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐:0.5份。
4.据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为油醇聚醚-2磷酸酯、二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯中至少一种。
5.据权利要求4所述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂包括下列重量份组成:
亚磷酸三异丙酯: 0.5份
二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯:0.5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:还包括下列重量份组成:
2-氨基-5-乙酰氨基苯甲酸:0.5份
N-(2-乙酰胺)-2-氨基乙磺酸:3份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:还包括下列重量份组成:
协同剂:0.5~1份,所述协同剂为抗坏血酸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种泳衣用耐氯纤维布匹,其特征在于:还包括下列重量份组成:
分散剂5~10份,所述分散剂为聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐。
