本发明涉及一种布匹,更具体的说是涉及一种防晒衣。
背景技术
防晒服装于2007年在美国首先开始流行,随后进入中国。开始大多应用于户外产品当中,普通服装中的应用还比较少,之后受到了众多女生的青睐。
防晒衣的主要作用是阻隔太阳紫外线的直接照射,作用和遮阳伞是一样的。
在现有技术中,防晒衣中起到防晒作用的物质主要有两个方面,一是通过增强织物对紫外线的吸收能力,另一个通过增强织物对紫外线的反射能力。
但是现在市购的防晒服上,在经过多次水洗后,其防紫外线的能力会大大下降,起不到防晒效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种经过水洗后仍然具有较好防紫外线效果的防晒衣。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种防晒衣,所述防晒衣有防晒聚酯纤维制成,所述防晒聚酯纤维包括下列重量份组成:
聚酯纤维:80~120份;
纳米二氧化钛:10~30份;
2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮:0.5~2份;
二苯甲酰甲烷:1~3份;
4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺:2~5份;
柔顺剂:0.6~2份;
抗氧剂:0.2~1份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述柔顺剂为烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的混合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述柔顺剂包括下列重量份组成:

一种防晒衣的制备方法,将聚酯纤维制成的布坯进行抗紫外线整理,在整理液中加入2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮、二苯甲酰甲烷、4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺、4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮,进行二浸二轧,轧液率为30%-45%,之后通过90℃进行烘干,之后进行后整理工作,在后整理过程中,在后整理液中加入柔顺剂、抗氧剂以及协同剂、分散剂,直接将经过抗紫外线处理的布坯浸入到后整理液中,浸泡30min后,在150℃条件下进行预烘干5min,将纳米二氧化硅和颜料进行混合,混合均匀后刮涂于布坯上,在150℃下热定型5min,水洗烘干得到品布,最后通过品布制成防晒衣。
本发明的防晒衣主要以聚酯纤维为主要原料,通过将聚酯纤维经过处理,再制成防晒衣。首先聚酯纤维要经过抗紫外线处理,在抗紫外线处理过程中,2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮的加入,主要起到紫外线吸收剂的作用,通过2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮在聚酯纤维的浸泡过程中,增强织物对紫外线的吸收能力,提高UPF值和降低T(UVA)AV值,使得聚酯纤维具有较好的吸收紫外线的能力。加入的二苯甲酰甲烷、4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺具有较好的相容性,同时带有苯环基团一方面能够增强聚酯纤维的吸收紫外线性能,特别是当聚酯纤维具有相似的结构,相容性较好的同时,能够聚合在聚酯纤维上,同时也保证了2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮不易流失,使得即使在长时间清洗过程后也能够保持较好的吸收紫外线的性能。特别是加入4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮后,本身4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮能够与聚酯具有较好的结合力,同时能够起到提高吸收抗紫外线的能力,特别是经过复配后使用,能够进一步起到在经过水洗多次后仍然具有较好吸收紫外线能力的效果。
之后的后整理的过程中,同时加入的柔顺剂使得聚酯纤维具有较好的柔顺性,加入抗氧剂使得聚酯纤维具有较好的抗氧化性。在柔顺剂的选择上,选用烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐进行复配,两者本身为磺酸盐和季铵盐,具有较好的表面活性,使得生产出来的聚酯纤维具有较好的柔顺性,同时烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐具有和聚酯纤维以及紫外线吸收剂具有相似的基团,能够使得烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的结合能力更好,保证了其强效的柔顺效果,以及长时间使用后仍然具有较好的柔顺性。在抗氧化剂的选择上,选用亚磷酸三异丙酯和磷酸-苯二辛酯的复配,能够提高聚酯纤维的抗氧化性能。除此之外,在经过后处理工艺时,还可以添加分散剂和协同剂,分散剂的选择上,选用聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐,聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐本身与选用的抗氧化剂、柔顺剂具有较好的相容性,这样就能够起到较好的分散性。另外,还可以添加入适量的协同剂,协同剂可以选用抗坏血酸能够起到保证紫外线吸收剂不会发生变质。
在最后经过烘干后喷涂上纳米二氧化硅能够提高聚酯纤维的反射紫外线的能力。

聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐:10份;

将尼龙纤维制成的布坯进行抗紫外线整理,在整理液中加入2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮、二苯甲酰甲烷、4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺、4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮,进行二浸二轧,轧液率为30%-45%,之后通过90℃进行烘干,之后进行后整理工作,在后整理过程中,在后整理液中加入柔顺剂、抗氧剂以及协同剂、分散剂,直接将经过抗紫外线处理的布坯浸入到后整理液中,浸泡30min后,在150℃条件下进行预烘干5min,之后再在布坯表面喷涂上纳米二氧化硅,再150℃下热定型5min,水洗烘干得到品布,最后通过品布制成防晒衣。
实施例四:
涤纶纤维:80份;
纳米二氧化钛:20份;
2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮:2份;
二苯甲酰甲烷:2份;
4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺:2份;
烷基苯磺酸钠:0.7份;
双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐:1份;
亚磷酸三异丙酯:0.5份;
磷酸-苯二辛酯:0.1份;
抗坏血酸:0.7份;
聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐:7份;
将涤纶纤维制成的布坯进行抗紫外线整理,在整理液中加入2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮、二苯甲酰甲烷、4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺、4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮,进行二浸二轧,轧液率为30%-45%,之后通过90℃进行烘干,之后进行后整理工作,在后整理过程中,在后整理液中加入柔顺剂、抗氧剂以及协同剂、分散剂,直接将经过抗紫外线处理的布坯浸入到后整理液中,浸泡30min后,在150℃条件下进行预烘干5min,之后再在布坯表面喷涂上纳米二氧化硅,再150℃下热定型5min,水洗烘干得到品布,最后通过品布制成防晒衣。

对比例二:
尼龙纤维:80份;
紫外线吸收剂UV-531:5份;
纳米二氧化钛:20份;
抗氧剂1010:1份;
硅油柔顺剂:2份。
将尼龙纤维制成的布坯进行抗紫外线整理,在整理液中加入紫外线吸收剂UV-531,进行二浸二轧,轧液率为30%-45%,之后通过90℃进行烘干,之后进行后整理工作,在后整理过程中,在后整理液中加入抗氧剂1010、硅油柔顺剂直接将经过抗紫外线处理的布坯浸入到后整理液中,浸泡30min后,在150℃条件下进行预烘干5min,之后再在布坯表面喷涂上纳米二氧化硅,再150℃下热定型5min,水洗烘干得到品布,最后通过品布制成防晒衣。
试验方案:
将制备好的防晒衣进行测试,以GBT/T18830-2009标准进行测试UPF值和T(UVA)AV值。之后将织物洗涤晾干10次、50次、100次后再检测织物的UPF值和T(UVA)AV值。

通过上述数据表明,通过本发明生产的防晒衣具有较好的防紫外线的功能,另外在经过多次洗涤之后,仍然具有较好防紫外线的功能。
本发明的防晒衣主要以聚酯纤维为主要原料,通过将聚酯纤维经过处理,再制成防晒衣。首先聚酯纤维要经过抗紫外线处理,在抗紫外线处理过程中,2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮的加入,主要起到紫外线吸收剂的作用,通过2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮在聚酯纤维的浸泡过程中,增强织物对紫外线的吸收能力,提高UPF值和降低T(UVA)AV值,使得聚酯纤维具有较好的吸收紫外线的能力。加入的二苯甲酰甲烷、4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺具有较好的相容性,同时带有苯环基团一方面能够增强聚酯纤维的吸收紫外线性能,特别是当聚酯纤维具有相似的结构,相容性较好的同时,能够聚合在聚酯纤维上,同时也保证了2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮不易流失,使得即使在长时间清洗过程后也能够保持较好的吸收紫外线的性能。特别是加入4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮后,本身4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮能够与聚酯具有较好的结合力,同时能够起到提高吸收抗紫外线的能力,特别是经过复配后使用,能够进一步起到在经过水洗多次后仍然具有较好吸收紫外线能力的效果。
之后的后整理的过程中,同时加入的柔顺剂使得聚酯纤维具有较好的柔顺性,加入抗氧剂使得聚酯纤维具有较好的抗氧化性。在柔顺剂的选择上,选用烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐进行复配,两者本身为磺酸盐和季铵盐,具有较好的表面活性,使得生产出来的聚酯纤维具有较好的柔顺性,同时烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐具有和聚酯纤维以及紫外线吸收剂具有相似的基团,能够使得烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的结合能力更好,保证了其强效的柔顺效果,以及长时间使用后仍然具有较好的柔顺性。在抗氧化剂的选择上,选用亚磷酸三异丙酯和磷酸-苯二辛酯的复配,能够提高聚酯纤维的抗氧化性能。除此之外,在经过后处理工艺时,还可以添加分散剂和协同剂,分散剂的选择上,选用聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐,聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐本身与选用的抗氧化剂、柔顺剂具有较好的相容性,这样就能够起到较好的分散性。另外,还可以添加入适量的协同剂,协同剂可以选用抗坏血酸能够起到保证紫外线吸收剂不会发生变质。
在最后经过烘干后喷涂上纳米二氧化硅能够提高聚酯纤维的反射紫外线的能力。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种防晒衣,其特征在于:所述防晒衣由防晒聚酯纤维制成,所述防晒聚酯纤维包括下列重量份组成:
聚酯纤维:80~120份;
纳米二氧化钛:10~30份;
2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮:0.5~2份;
二苯甲酰甲烷:1~3份;
4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺:2~5份;
柔顺剂:0.6~2份;
抗氧剂:0.2~1份;
4-氨基二苯甲酮:0.1~1份;
2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮:1~2份;
美克西酮:2~5份;
协同剂:0.5~1份,所述协同剂为抗坏血酸;
所述聚酯纤维选用涤纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒衣,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂为烷基苯磺酸钠和双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐的混合物。
3.据权利要求2述的一种防晒衣,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂包括下列重量份组成:
烷基苯磺酸钠:0.5~1份;
双酰胺羟乙基季铵盐:0.1~1份。
4.据权利要求3所述的一种防晒衣,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为亚磷酸三异丙酯、磷酸-苯二辛酯中至少一种。
5.据权利要求4所述的一种防晒衣,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂包括下列重量份组成:
亚磷酸三异丙酯:0.1~0.5份;
磷酸-苯二辛酯:0.1~0.5份。
6.权利要求5所述的一种防晒衣,其特征在于:还包括下列重量份组成:
分散剂5~10份,所述分散剂为聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种防晒衣的制备方法,其特征在于:将聚酯纤维制成的布坯进行抗紫外线整理,在整理液中加入2,2',4,4'-四羟基二苯甲酮、二苯甲酰甲烷、4-硝基邻二苯甲酰胺、4-氨基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-5-甲基二苯甲酮、美克西酮,进行二浸二轧,轧液率为30%-45%,之后通过90℃进行烘干,之后进行后整理工作,在后整理过程中,在后整理液中加入柔顺剂、抗氧剂以及协同剂、分散剂,直接将经过抗紫外线处理的布坯浸入到后整理液中,浸泡30min后,在150℃条件下进行预烘干5min,将纳米二氧化硅和颜料进行混合,混合均匀后刮涂于布坯上,在150℃下热定型5min,水洗烘干得到品布,最后通过品布制成防晒衣。
