本发明涉及纺织品加工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。它是以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(EG)为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。
由涤纶纤维制成的涤纶织物具有弹性好、强度和初始模量高等优点,被广泛用于服装和产业用布。但由于涤纶分子中除存在两个端醇羟基外,并无其它极性基团,因而涤纶纤维亲水性极差,且由于其极性较小,所以染色较为困难,易出现上染率低,匀染性差等问题,导致针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,通过加入有促染助剂、多功能纺织助剂和除油剂等多种助剂,用以提高分散染料在坯布上的附着力,从而提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量。
本发明的上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1:将坯布进行预定型;
S2:将预定型后的坯布进行染色;所述S2染色工艺步骤中包括以下重量份计原料:分散染料20-24份、促染助剂8-12份、多功能纺织助剂6-10份、分散剂3-7份、除油剂4-8份、水950-1150份;
S3:将染色后的坯布进行水洗;
S4:将水洗后的坯布进行定型;
经过S4定型之后的坯布即为染色完毕后的针织涤纶弹力布。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于涤纶子中除存在两个端醇羟基外,并无其它极性基团,因而涤纶纤维亲水性极差,因此通常使用分散染料对涤纶进行染色,提高涤纶的上染率和匀染性。
分散染料是一类分子比较小,结构上不带水溶性基团的染料,在使用时需加入分散剂,以提高分散染料在溶液中的分散性。
本发明中,分散染料采用浙江龙盛所生产的分散蓝染料。
促染助剂用以提高分散染料在针织涤纶弹力布上的附着力,加快和提高分散染料向纤维内部热迁移速度,从而降低染色所需温度,降低企业能耗,提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量。
多功能纺织助剂用以赋予针织涤纶弹力布不同功能,提高针织涤纶弹力布的实用性和适应广度。
且可以与促染助剂发生协同作用,以提高分散染料在针织涤纶弹力布上的附着力,加快和提高分散染料向纤维内部热迁移速度,从而提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量。

氨基三乙酸和葡萄糖酸钠具有良好的络合能力,可以吸附染液中的大部分金属离子,但其分散性差。
三聚磷酸钠用作辅助络合剂,可以提高氨基三乙酸和葡萄糖酸钠在水中的分散性,从而提高氨基三乙酸和葡萄糖酸钠的络合效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述促染助剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:色氨酸20-24%、L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯20-24%、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺10-14%、苯甲醇10-14%、月桂酸单甘油酯10-14%、以及余量水。
通过采用上述技术方案,色氨酸、L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和苯甲醇作为载体,使得分散染料在100℃左右就可以大大加速对涤纶纤维的上染,提高上染百分率。
载体可以对纤维起增塑作用,从而减弱了纤维之间的作用力,使涤纶纤维大分子链段的运动能力增加,从而达到降低纤维的玻璃化温度,加快上染速率的目的。
且可以对分散染料发生一定的增溶和助溶作用,减小染料颗粒在纤维中的扩散阻力。在染色时,载体可以将染料分子带到涤纶表面,增加涤纶表面浓度,从而使得运动中的染料分子进入到涤纶空隙区域,增强染料分子的扩散率,促使染料分子与纤维分子结合,提高纤维中染料的解吸,达到提高染色效果的目的。
色氨酸中含有氨基基团,氨基基团可以与纤维之间发生分子间作用力,使得色氨酸可以锚固在纤维表面,改善涤纶织物的吸水性,赋予涤纶一定的极性,从而可以提高涤纶织物对阴离子分散染料胶束的吸附力,进而促进分散染料的吸附上染。
月桂酸单甘油酯又名十二酸单甘油酯,是一种亲脂性的非离子型表面活性剂,是天然存在于一些植物中的化合物,可以形成油包水W/O型乳液,用以将载体包裹在内,对L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯起到一定的保护作用,防止L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯受热分解。
由于L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯在酸、碱或热水中易分解成谷氨酸,而谷氨酸由于其中含有氨基,使得色氨酸可以锚固在纤维表面,改善涤纶织物的吸水性,赋予涤纶一定的极性,从而可以提高涤纶织物对阴离子分散染料胶束的吸附力,进而促进分散染料的吸附上染。
苯甲醇还可以作为溶剂和助乳剂,用以提高L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯和月桂酸单甘油酯的溶解度和分散性,提高乳液的稳定性。
通过色氨酸、L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和苯甲醇四种载体复配使用,发生协同作用,以提高对涤纶纤维的上染,提高上染百分率。且色氨酸、L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯还可以作为pH值调节剂,使得在染色时,染液的pH值呈酸性。
本发明进一步设置为:所述多功能纺织助剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:纳米珍珠粉6-10%、纳米银粒子4-8%、纳米氧化锌8-12%、阳离子明胶蛋白20-24%、大豆分离蛋白16-20%、氨基丙胺二油酸酯10-14%、以及余量水。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于纳米珍珠粉具有养颜护肤、清火败毒、嫩白肌肤、抗紫外线的功效。当用纳米珍珠粉处理织物时,会在织物表面会均匀分布着珍珠微粒,使得织物不仅具有抗紫外线的功效,还具有珍珠养颜护肤的功效。
纳米氧化锌具有良好的抗紫外能力,从而使得织物具有优良的耐紫外性能。
纳米银粒子具有良好的抗菌性能,是一种广谱抗菌杀菌且无任何的耐药性的强效杀菌剂。且由于其不带电荷,不会与人体内多种生物活性物质结合而沉积,在毛孔中吸附并杀灭细菌,并会从体内完全排出,不会产生毒副作用,是一种对人体安全,无任何毒害作用的抗菌剂。
阳离子明胶蛋白中含有蛋白的极性基团,如氨基、羧基和羟基等,阳离子明胶蛋白中的氨基基团可以与纤维之间发生分子间作用力,从而使得阳离子明胶蛋白锚固在纤维表面,从而改善涤纶织物的吸水性,从而提高涤纶织物的上染率。
N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺可以作为交联剂,使得使阳离子明胶蛋白能够与纤维分子发生一定的交联,从而使得阳离子明胶蛋白能够牢固地附着到涤纶织物表面,从而提高涤纶织物的上染率。
且阳离子明胶蛋白中含有阳离子季铵盐基团,从而赋予织物一定的抗菌能力。
同时阳离子明胶蛋白中还含有反应性环氧乙烷活性基团,环氧乙烷活性基团可能和涤纶纤维表面少量的羟基发生反应,形成少量的共价键,从而提高对阴离子分散染料胶束的吸附力,进而促进分散染料的吸附上染。
大豆分离蛋白是一种来源丰富、价廉、可生物降解的膜材料,可以与阳离子明胶蛋白发生复配,形成具有一定粘稠度的成膜液,从而可以将纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌很好的包裹在内,并在纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌外形成薄膜,从而提高纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌在织物上的附着性。
氨基丙胺二油酸酯是一种超分散剂,可以提高纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌在大豆分离蛋白和阳离子明胶蛋白复配液中的分散性,防止纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌由于复配液有一定的粘稠度而发生团聚,从而使得纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌无法很好的附着在织物上,或由于团聚而影响织物的染色质量。
且大豆分离蛋白是表面活性剂,它既能降低水和油的表面张力,又能降低水和空气的表面张力,可以提高氨基丙胺二油酸酯在溶液中的溶解度,从而提高氨基丙胺二油酸酯的分散性能。
本发明进一步设置为:所述分散剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:聚天冬氨钠30-50%、聚丙烯酸钠30-40%、聚环氧琥珀酸钠20-30%。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚天冬氨钠为水溶性聚合物,是一种新型绿色水性分散剂,具有无磷、无毒、无公害和可完全生物降解的特性。对离子有极强的螯合能力,具有缓蚀与阻垢双重功效,对碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、磷酸钙等成垢盐类具有良好的阻垢效果,同时具有分散作用并可有效防止金属设备的腐蚀。
聚丙烯酸钠是一种新型功能高分子材料和重要化工产品,具有固定金属离子的作用,能阻止金属离子对产品的消极作用,且可以起到分散浆料的作用。
聚环氧琥珀酸钠可以降低了粒子的表面能,提高了粒子与分散介质的亲和力,有效抑制了颗粒间的团聚,从而增加了它的分散性能,使其均匀地分散在机体里,提高染料分子的分散性。
通过聚天冬氨钠、聚丙烯酸钠、聚环氧琥珀酸钠三种物质复配使用,三者发生协同作用,使得所得到的分散剂具有良好的分散浆料和阻垢效果,提高织物的染色质量。
本发明进一步设置为:所述除油剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:环氧大豆油10-20%、α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠16-20%、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯10-14%、磷酸氢二钠16-20%、柠檬钠10-14%、以及余量水。
通过采用上述技术方案,α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠是一种双子表面活性剂,由于其分子中含有两个亲水亲油基团,使其不仅具有良好的表面活性,还具有良好的水溶性。当织物浸渍在溶液中时,其亲油基团可以定向吸附在纤维表面的油污上,使得其在油污表面形成双分子层吸附膜,从而赋予油污一定的亲水性,从而使得附着在纤维表面上的油污自动溶解在水中,完成对织物表面油污的去除。
聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯是一种新型高分子非离子表面活性剂,它是具有高乳化能力和良好润湿性能的非离子表面活性剂,可以将附着在纤维表面上油污乳化,从而使得油污从纤维表面脱落下来,完成对织物表面油污的去除。
且α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯可以使得混合物形成水包油的乳液,提高除油剂的稳定性,方便除油剂溶与水中。
环氧大豆油在水中的溶解度很低,但其与α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯具有良好的相容性,使得当温度升高时,水包油型乳液被破坏,环氧大豆油分散在溶液中,其与α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯相溶,从而使得带有油污的α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯漂浮在染液的上层,防止油污的存在影响织物的染色质量。
磷酸氢二钠和柠檬钠作为缓冲剂,用以调节溶液的pH值,可以调节除油时的环境pH值,使得除油时,溶液的pH值呈碱性,提高对织物的除油效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述S2染色中包括以下工艺步骤:
A.按比例制备促染助剂、多功能纺织助剂、分散剂、除油剂、染料吸附剂;
B.按比例在染色设备投入除油剂、多功能纺织助剂和水,搅拌均匀后投入针织涤纶弹力布,浴比为1:20,以4min/℃升温至70℃,并保温反应20min;
C.再按比例加入促染助剂、分散剂、染料吸附剂和分散染料,以1min/℃升温至100℃,保温反应1h;
D.最后将染色设备中的液体温度降温至80℃排出,降温速度为2℃/min。
通过采用上述技术方案,步骤B中,以4min/℃升温至70℃,并保温反应温度25min,使得除油剂、多功能纺织助剂充分的扩散在坯布的表面,然后渐渐的由坯布的表面转移至坯布内部,提高织物的除油效果。
步骤C中,以1min/℃升温至100℃,保温反应1h,防止升温速度不均匀或者升温速度过快,导致出现染色不均的现象,影响坯布的染色效果。
步骤D中,将染色设备中的液体温度降温至80℃排出,防止染液由于温度降低后,一部分物质发生凝结而吸附在织物表面,影响坯布的染色质量。
本发明进一步设置为:所述步骤C中,加入促染助剂和染料吸附剂后,保温反应20min后,再加入分散剂和分散染料。
通过采用上述技术方案,先加入促染助剂和染料吸附剂,用以调节染液的pH值,使得染液环境呈酸性。且染料吸附剂可以作为分散剂,提高促染助剂在溶液中的分散性。同时,使得分散染料在进入染色设备时,染料吸附剂可以快速吸附分散染料,与分散染料发生络合,提高分散染料分散性,防止染料沉淀,从而提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量。
加入促染助剂和染料吸附剂,反应20min,使得促染助剂中的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺可以促进阳离子明胶蛋白与织物的交联,从而使得阳离子明胶蛋白能够牢固地附着到涤纶织物表面,提高涤纶织物的上染率。
同时,使得色氨酸、L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和苯甲醇可以更好的附着在纤维表面上,从而提高涤纶织物的上染率。
本发明进一步设置为:所述多功能纺织助剂包括以下制备工艺:按比例将明胶蛋白、大豆分离蛋白和水混合后,再按比例加入氨基丙胺二油酸酯、纳米珍珠粉、纳米银离子和纳米氧化锌,混合均匀后,制得多功能纺织助剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,先将明胶蛋白、大豆分离蛋白和水混合后,制得具有一定粘度的溶液膜后,再加入氨基丙胺二油酸酯、纳米珍珠粉、纳米银离子和纳米氧化锌,使得溶液膜可以良好的包裹在纳米珍珠粉、纳米银离子和纳米氧化锌外,提高纳米珍珠粉、纳米银离子和纳米氧化锌在织物上的附着性。
综上所述,本发明的有益技术效果为:
1.通过加入有促染助剂、多功能纺织助剂和除油剂等多种助剂,用以提高分散染料在坯布上的附着力,从而提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量;
2.通过先加入除油剂和多功能纺织助剂,再加入促染助剂和染料吸附剂,最后加入分散剂和分散染料,使得促染助剂中的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺可以促进阳离子明胶蛋白与织物的交联,从而使得阳离子明胶蛋白能够牢固地附着到涤纶织物表面,提高涤纶织物的上染率。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
本发明公开的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其包括以下工艺步骤:
S1:将坯布进行预定型;
S2:将预定型后的坯布进行染色:包括以下工艺步骤:
A.按比例制备促染助剂:将22%的色氨酸、22%的L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯、12%的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、12%的苯甲醇、12%的月桂酸单甘油酯和20%的水混合均匀后,制得促染助剂;
按比例制备多功能纺织助剂:将22%的阳离子明胶蛋白、18%的大豆分离蛋白和24%的水混合后,再加入12%的氨基丙胺二油酸酯、8%的纳米珍珠粉、6%的纳米银粒子和10%的纳米氧化锌,混合均匀后,制得多功能纺织助剂;
按比例制备分散剂:将40%的聚天冬氨钠、35%的聚丙烯酸钠、25%的聚环氧琥珀酸钠混合均匀后,制得分散剂;
按比例制备除油剂:将15%的环氧大豆油、18%的α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠、12%的聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、18%的磷酸氢二钠、12%的柠檬钠和25%的水混合均匀后,制得除油剂;
按比例制备染料吸附剂:将25%的氨基三乙酸、15%的葡萄糖酸钠、15%的三聚磷酸钠和45%的水混合均匀后,制得染料吸附剂;
B.在染色设备投入6份除油剂、8份多功能纺织助剂和1050份水,搅拌均匀后投入针织涤纶弹力布,浴比为1:20,以4min/℃升温至70℃,并保温反应20min;
染色设备采用靖江市华夏科技有限公司所销售的型号为HJ的高温溢流染色机;
C.再加入10份促染助剂和4份染料吸附剂,保温反应20min后,再加入5份分散剂和22份分散染料,以1min/℃升温至100℃,保温反应1h;
D.最后将染色设备中的液体温度降温至80℃排出,降温速度为2℃/min;
S3:将染色后的坯布进行水洗;
S4:将水洗后的坯布进行定型;
经过S4定型之后的坯布即为染色完毕后的针织涤纶弹力布。
实施例2-5与实施例1的区别在于,S2染色中包括以下重量份原料:

对比例4与实施例1的区别在于,S2染色中除油剂采用市场上常用的除油剂;例如东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司所销售的高效除油灵Goon101涤纶织物除油剂;
对比例5与实施例1的区别在于,S2染色中的步骤C中,直接在染色设备中按比例加入促染助剂、分散剂、染料吸附剂和分散染料,混合均匀后,以1min/℃升温至100℃,保温反应1h;
对比例6与实施例1的区别在于,S2染色中的原料不包括染料吸附剂。
1)上染率测定:将实施例1-3和对比例1-6中所制备的染色后针织涤纶弹力布进行以下试验:在最大吸收波长处测原染液的吸光度A0,测定随时间变化染余液的吸光度An,并按以下公式求算织物的上染率;
上染率E(%)=(1-An/A0)×100%
式中An表示染余液的吸光度;A0表示染原液的吸光度。
2)色牢度测定:将实施例1-3和对比例1-7中所制备的染色后针织涤纶弹力布按照以下检测方法测定:
耐皂洗色牢度按照GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》方法D(4)测定。
耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T 3920-2008《织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测定。
由上表可知,通过实施例1-3所制备的针织涤纶弹力布,上染率和色牢度皆好于其余对比例,且本发明的三个实施例之间,可以看到所有测试指标都显示本发明的配方比例在一定范围内能够达到较好的效果,如果太小或太大则会出现明显的差异,而且本发明通过对所有组分配比的调整,各组分之间的协同作用,使得织物具有良好的上染率和色牢度,具有显著的创新性。
通过实施例1与对比例1-2和对比例6比较可得,说明通过加入有促染助剂、多功能纺织助剂和染料吸附剂,可以提高分散染料在坯布上的附着力,从而提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量。
通过实施例1与对比例2-3比较可得,通过加入有本发明配方所制得的除油剂和分散剂,可有效的提高针织涤纶弹力布的上染率和匀染性,提高针织涤纶弹力布整体染色质量。
通过实施例1与对比例5比较可得,通过先加入除油剂和多功能纺织助剂,再加入促染助剂和染料吸附剂,最后加入分散剂和分散染料,使得促染助剂中的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺可以促进阳离子明胶蛋白与织物的交联,从而使得阳离子明胶蛋白能够牢固地附着到涤纶织物表面,提高涤纶织物的上染率。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
S1:将坯布进行预定型;
S2:将预定型后的坯布进行染色:包括以下重量份计原料:分散染料20-24份、促染助剂8-12份、多功能纺织助剂6-10份、分散剂3-7份、除油剂4-8份、水950-1150份;
S3:将染色后的坯布进行水洗;
S4:将水洗后的坯布进行定型;
经过S4定型之后的坯布即为染色完毕后的针织涤纶弹力布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述S2中还包括以下重量份计原料:染料吸附剂2-6份,所述染料吸附剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:氨基三乙酸20-30%、葡萄糖酸钠10-20%、三聚磷酸钠10-20%、以及余量水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述促染助剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:色氨酸20-24%、L-谷氨酸-5-苄酯20-24%、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺10-14%、苯甲醇10-14%、月桂酸单甘油酯10-14%、以及余量水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述多功能纺织助剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:纳米珍珠粉6-10%、纳米银粒子4-8%、纳米氧化锌8-12%、阳离子明胶蛋白20-24%、大豆分离蛋白16-20%、氨基丙胺二油酸酯10-14%、以及余量水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:聚天冬氨钠30-50%、聚丙烯酸钠30-40%、聚环氧琥珀酸钠20-30%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述除油剂包括以下重量百分比计原料:环氧大豆油10-20%、α-磺基月桂酸聚乙二醇双酯钠16-20%、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯10-14%、磷酸氢二钠16-20%、柠檬钠10-14%、以及余量水。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述S2染色中包括以下工艺步骤:
A.按比例制备促染助剂、多功能纺织助剂、分散剂、除油剂、染料吸附剂;
B.按比例在染色设备投入除油剂、多功能纺织助剂和水,搅拌均匀后投入针织涤纶弹力布,浴比为1:20,以4min/℃升温至70℃,并保温反应20min;
C.再按比例加入促染助剂、分散剂、染料吸附剂和分散染料,以1min/℃升温至100℃,保温反应1h;
D.最后将染色设备中的液体温度降温至80℃排出,降温速度为2℃/min。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤C中,加入促染助剂和染料吸附剂后,保温反应20min后,再加入分散剂和分散染料。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种针织涤纶弹力布的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述多功能纺织助剂包括以下制备工艺:按比例将阳离子明胶蛋白、大豆分离蛋白和水混合后,再按比例加入氨基丙胺二油酸酯、纳米珍珠粉、纳米银粒子和纳米氧化锌,混合均匀后,制得多功能纺织助剂。
