Abstract
본 발명은 면함유직물의 프린팅 특성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 면함유직물을 프린팅 하기전에 직물을 셀룰라아제로 전처리하여 안류흡수도, 선명도, 안료블리딩등과 같은 직물의 트린팅 특성을 향상시킨다. 본 방법은 일반적으로 수성셀룰라아제 제제, 바람직하게는 교반조건하의 수성셀룰라아제 용액에 의한 면함유직물의 처리를 수반한다.

Claims (14)
- (a) 면함유직물을 최소한 약 50ppm의 셀룰라아제 단백질을 포함하며, 셀룰라아제가 활성을 나타낼 수 있는 pH를 지니는 수성제제와 약 25℃ 내지 약 70℃의 온도에서 최소한 0.1시간 동안 접촉시키는 단계; (b) 직물을 건조시키는 단계; 및 (c) 직물에 안료 조성물로 화상을 프린팅하는 단계로 구성되는, 면함유직물에 안료조성물로 화상을 프린팅하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수성제제의 셀룰라아제 단백질 농도가 셀룰라아제 약 100ppm 내지 2000ppm인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰라아제 제제의 온도가 약 0.25 내지 2.5시간 동안 35 내지 60℃로 유지되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰라아제 제제가 면함유직물과의 접촉시 교반되는 수성 셀룰라아제 용액인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰라아제 균류소스에서 얻는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰라아제가 완전 균류 셀룰라아제 조성물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수성 셀룰라아제 조성물이 셀룰라아제 조성물이 최대 활성을 지니는 pH의 ±1 pH 단위내 pH로 유지되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 단계 (a)뒤에, 면함유직물에서 나오는 셀룰라아제를 불활성화시키는 단계가 추가로 오는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 면함유직물에서 나오는 셀룰라아제를 불활성화시키는 단계가 직물을 최소한 75℃의 온도로 최소한 10분 동안 가열하는 건조단계 (b)와 결합되는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 면함유직물에서 나오는 셀룰라아제를 불활성화시키는 단계가 단계(a)후, 단계(b)전에 별도의 단계로 행해지는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 면함유직물에서 나오는 셀룰라아제를 불활성화시키는 별도단계가 직물을 최소한 75℃의 물로 세척하는 방법으로 행해지는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 물이 약 90°내지 약 100℃의 온도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰라아제가 CBH타입 성분은 결핍되어 있고, EG타입성분은 풍부한 것인 방법.
- 착색조성물에 의해 구현된 화상을 지니는 제 1 항의 방법으로 제조된 면함유직물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
