Abstract
本发明公开了一种健脑强体抗病的嫩核桃养生保健药物,它是选用半浆半水的嫩核桃、枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁、蜂蜜、酥、高粱酒、白砂糖、黑芝麻、红糖按用量配比分别制备而成,本发明药物具有补脑滋肾,健脾和胃,益气生津,润肺解毒,降低血糖、血脂、血压和修复、激活再生脑细胞的功能,能有效延长人体的寿命和机体的抗病能力。

本发明涉及一种养生保健药物,属中药领域。
背景技术
经科学研究发现,核桃在熟透前的半浆半水状态时期,表皮中的无机钾盐和果肉磷脂酸结合,能与人体内乙醇胺类物质产生磷脂酰乙醇胺,它是医学上称为“脑磷脂”的脑细胞膜特殊物质,而嫩核桃时期,大量果仁蛋白处于光合分化时期,它与“无机钾盐磷脂酸”能结合成“脑磷脂蛋白酶”,这种酶也是再生脑细胞所必须的物质,但随着核桃仁逐渐成熟,青核桃中的无机钾盐会逐步丧失,磷脂会转变为不饱和脂肪酸和蛋白质形式存在于果肉中,因此嫩核桃中才有脑磷脂元素,在成熟后的核桃中含量非常微小。
脑磷脂能保护脑细胞,脑磷脂蛋白酶能合成脑神经细胞,所以常吃青核桃,能阻止大脑神经细胞枯死,保持大脑细胞膜灵敏和健康的代谢程序,降低脑细胞死亡的速度,有效延长寿命和机体抗病能力,科学研究表明,常吃青核桃,对各种生理衰老性疾病有康复和改善作用,对因为脑细胞衰竭导致的神经功能紊乱、代谢功能减退,内分泌功能障碍的慢性疾病有显著的预防和康复作用,常吃青核桃,具有修复、激活、再生脑细胞的作用,可以恢复青春、活化细胞、快速清理血液垃圾,能让人类平均寿命和慢性病出现的时间,有效延长和推迟。
2011年9月,世卫组织全球老年现状调查发现,在全球五大长寿之乡,虽然气候环境各不相同,但都生长着茂密的核桃树,更有很多人从小就有喜爱吃核桃的习惯。2007年,在生态环境研究调查中,一个惊人的数据几乎轰动全国:生活在秦岭终南山的当地居民,有近80%的90岁以上老人一辈子没有打过针,没吃过药,更惊人的是在周至老县城居住的陈洪礼老人,103岁没有去过一次医院,陈洪礼老人说:我从小就学着当地人吃嫩核桃,每年一到核桃快熟的季节,家里都会摘好多,挖个地窖存起来,从夏天一直吃到立秋,这个习惯一直保持着,不见身体得啥病,也用不着去医院。安徽省亳州市三官核桃林场,已有60年建场历史,核桃场群众也养成了吃核桃的习惯,每逢核桃成熟季节,总会边收边砸着吃,染的手和嘴都是黑的,核桃场90岁以上老人非常普遍。都知道,吃嫩核桃能治病。另外,暑期放假的孩子经常爬上核桃树摘嫩核桃吃,一些患有百日咳、黄疸肝炎、脑膜炎后遗症的孩子,一个暑期过来,却奇迹般的康复了。一些老人在大集体年代缺医少药,可是因为下地时经常砸青核桃吃,也很少得病,像高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、心脑血管病,当地人就没有得过,也没有听说过。
发明内容
因此,人们对健脑强体抗病的嫩核桃保健产品存在极大的需求,至今为止还没有发现关于本发明的有关报道,本发明人经过反复的研究试验,并经过临床的试验验证,终于成功的研制出系列保健养生药物,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的目的就是提供一种健脑强体抗病的系列保健药物:包括嫩核桃养生酒、嫩核桃保健茶及嫩核桃酥糖。
本发明的另一个目的就是提供了该系列保健药物的制备方法。
本发明药物是选用半浆半水的嫩核桃、枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁、蜂蜜、酥、高粱酒、白砂糖、黑芝麻、红糖进行组合制备的,将这些原料药分别组合,使得各药物功效产生协同作用,从而能够有效达到健脑、强体、抗病的保健养生效果,其中选用嫩核桃,顾名思义是未经过干燥过程的青核桃,通常指6-7月份采摘的核桃,去皮后的嫩核桃仁可以直接食用,也可用于烹饪,嫩核桃中的氨基酸含量及其他氨基酸的含量都高于储存一段时间后的干核桃,这说明干核桃在干燥的过程中,由于高温、光照、通风等因素影响,极大地加速了养分的流失。6-7月份采摘的鲜嫩桃仁,可以凉拌和炒菜用,嫩核桃健体补脑的作用最佳,生食营养的损失也最少,在收获季节取得的嫩核桃仁味道也更美。目前,吃嫩核桃仁在发达国家比较普遍。有关科技开发中心正在攻克鲜核桃仁的加工保鲜技术,在不久的将来,中国的消费者就能随时随地吃到营养美味的鲜嫩桃仁了。选用枸杞子是因为其性味甘,平,有滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目的功能,治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。选用大枣是因为其性味甘,温,入脾、胃经,有补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒的功能,治胃虚食少,脾弱便溏,气血津液不足,营卫不和,心悸怔忡,妇人脏躁。选用山楂是因为其性味酸甘,微温,入脾、胃、肝经,有消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫的功能,治肉积,癥瘕,痰饮,痞满,吞酸,泻痢,肠风,腰痛,疝气,产后儿枕痛,恶露不尽,小儿乳食停滞。选用杏仁是因为其性味苦,温,有毒,入肺、大肠经,有祛痰止咳,平喘,润肠的功能,治外感咳嗽,喘满,喉痹,肠燥便秘。选用蜂蜜是因为其性味甘,平,入肺、脾、大肠经,有补中,润燥,止痛,解毒的功能,治肺燥咳嗽,肠燥便秘,胃脘疼痛,鼻渊,口疮,汤火烫伤,解乌头毒。选用酥,异名酪苏,酥油,白酥油,其性味微寒,入肝、脾、肺、肾、大肠、小肠六经,有补五脏,益气血,止渴,润燥的功能,治阴虚劳热,肺痿咳嗽,吐血,消渴,便秘,肌肤枯槁,口疮。选用高梁酒是因为其性味甘,苦辛,温,入心、肺、肝、胃经,有通血脉,御寒气,行药势的功能,治风寒脾痛,筋脉挛急,胸痹,心腹冷痛。选用白砂糖是因为其性味甘平,入脾经,有润肺,止津的功能,治肺燥咳嗽,口干燥湿,中虚脘痛。选用黑芝麻,异名胡麻仁,其性味甘,平,归肝、肾、大肠经,有补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥的功能,治头昏眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘。选用红糖是因为其性味甘甜,温润,入肝、脾经,有和中助脾,补血破瘀的功能,治咽喉肿痛,肺热咳嗽,心腹热胀。
具体实施方式
本发明系列保健药物的用量也是发明人经过大量的摸索总结得出的,各保健药物的用量如下
一、嫩核桃养生酒:
半浆半水嫩核桃仁500克,枸杞子120克,大枣120克,山楂120克,杏仁60克,蜂蜜120克,酥60克,高梁酒3000毫升。
制备方法:
(一)备料
1、半浆半水嫩核桃:按量提取净仁500克;
2、枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂;
3、大枣:拣净杂质,晒干;
4、山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核;
5、杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸净;
6、蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫;
7、酥:将鲜乳汁装在牛皮口袋内或其他容器内,不断摇动,使油和乳分开后,取其油脂即成;
8、高梁酒:按量提取。
(二)制备
1、取6-7月份未熟透的半浆半水状态的嫩核桃,剥去青皮,外壳和果仁中间的内隔膜,置温水中浸泡1小时,用清水冲洗干净,再浸泡1小时,再冲洗泡至水清为止,捞出晾干,取净仁500克,另加酒磨成果浆;
2、将枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁洗净晾干,研碎;
3、取高梁酒3000毫升,装入坛中,把蜂蜜和酥溶化后倒入酒坛内,搅拌均匀,再将嫩核桃果浆和研碎的枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁原料药放入酒中,密封坛口,每日摇动2次,浸泡1个月过滤即得。
服用方法:每日2次,每次15毫升,连续服用三个月。
二、嫩核桃保健茶:
半浆半水嫩核桃仁20克,枸杞子3.6克,大枣3.6克,山楂3.6克,杏仁1.8克,蜂蜜3.6克,白砂糖20克。
制备方法:
(一)备料:
1、半浆半水嫩核桃:按量提取净仁20克;
2、枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂;
3、大枣:拣净杂质,晒干,去核;
4、山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核;
5、杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸净;
6、蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫;
7、白砂糖:按量提取。
(二)制备
1、嫩核桃去皮去壳,清除杂质及内隔膜,在温水中浸泡1小时,冲洗干净,再浸泡1小时,再冲洗泡至水清为止,捞出晾干;
2、将枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁,用清水洗净,换水浸泡,充分吸水后捞出,加嫩核桃研磨成药浆;
3、用铁锅加水2000毫升,加入白砂糖20克,煎煮至白砂糖溶解于水充分沸腾后倒入药浆,一边搅,一边加热至沸腾,过滤即得。
服用方法:每日早晚当茶饮用,每次300毫升,连续饮用三个月。
三、嫩核桃酥糖
半浆半水嫩核桃仁500克,枸杞子120克,大枣120克,山楂120克,杏仁60克,蜂蜜120克,黑芝麻500克,红糖1000克。
制备方法:
(一)备料:
1、半浆半水嫩核桃:按量提取净仁500克;
2、枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂;
3、大枣:拣净杂质,晒干,去核;
4、山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核;
5、杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸净;
6、蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫;
7、黑芝麻:取原药材,除去杂质,筛去碎屑;
8、红糖:按量提取。
二、制备
1、取6-7月份未熟透的半浆半水状态的嫩核桃,剥去青皮和外壳,清除果仁中的内隔膜,放温水中浸泡1小时,用清水冲洗干净,再浸泡1小时冲洗,再泡至水清为止,捞出晾干,置入烤箱中45-50°烘干;
2、将黑芝麻用文火炒香;
3、将枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁炒熟研碎;
4、用铁锅加水烧热,放入红糖,先用武火煮沸,再用文火熬至粘稠时,加入黑芝麻及枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁并充分搅拌均匀,然后置瓷盘或不锈钢盘内,压制成薄饼,盘子要事先刷洗干净,并涂上一层麻油,以防粘盘,待稍凉时,切成小块装瓶即得。
服用方法:每日早晚各一次,每次吃15克,连续服用3个月。
本发明药物具有补脑滋肾,健脾和胃,润肺解毒,降低血糖、血脂、血压和修复激活再生脑细胞的功能,能有效延长人体的寿命和机体的抗病能力。
以下通过试验例进一步阐述本发明的有益效果:
1、测试有糖尿病症状的患者20人,血糖7.15-10.25均高于正常值,为分二组,每组10人,其中一组为测试组,二组为对照组。测试组每天两次服用嫩核桃养生酒,每次服用15毫升,连续服用3个月,结果9人恢复正常,血糖降至6.10以下,其中另外1人血糖7.12。对照组10人,每天口服等体积矿泉水2次,结果测试,10人血糖无1人变化。
2、测试高血脂症状患者20人,20人高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白BAPOB均高于正常值,将患者分为二组,每组10人,其中一组为测试组,二组为对照组。测试组口服嫩核桃保健茶每日2次,每次300毫升,连服3个月,结果测试8人恢复正常达到正常值,2人接近正常值,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为1.85、1.84,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为3.15、3.42。载脂蛋白为1.14、1.36。对照组10人每天口服等体积的矿泉水2次,结果测试10人中无1人好转。
3、测试高血压症状的患者20人,分为二组,每组10人,其中一组为测试组,二组为对照组。测试组口服嫩核桃酥糖每日2次,每次15克,连服3个月,结果测试9人收缩压≤135,舒张压≤90mmHg,其中1人无效,血压无太大变化。对照组10人,每天口服芝麻糖,结果测试,无1人好转。
上述测试证明,服用本发明嫩核桃养生保健药物3个月,对于康复糖尿病有效率为90%,高血脂有效率为100%,高血压的康复有效率90%。
Claims (4)
1.一种健脑强体抗病的嫩核桃养生保健药物,包括嫩核桃养生酒、嫩核桃保健茶及嫩核桃酥糖,其特征在于:嫩核桃养生酒、嫩核桃保健茶及嫩核桃酥糖分别由下述用量的原料制成:
(一)嫩核桃养生酒
半浆半水嫩核桃仁500克,枸杞子120克,大枣120克,山楂120克,杏仁60克,蜂蜜120克,酥60克,高梁酒3000毫升;
(二)嫩核桃保健茶
半浆半水嫩核桃仁20克,枸杞子3.6克,大枣3.6克,山楂3.6克,杏仁1.8克,蜂蜜3.6克,白砂糖20克;
(三)嫩核桃酥糖
半浆半水嫩核桃仁500克,枸杞子120克,大枣120克,山楂120克,杏仁60克,蜂蜜120克,黑芝麻500克,红糖1000克。
2.一种嫩核桃养生酒的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括下列步骤:
(一)备料
(1)半浆半水嫩核桃:按量提取净仁500克;
(2)枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂;
(3)大枣:拣净杂质,晒干;
(4)山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核;
(5)杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸净;
(6)、蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫;
(7)酥:将鲜乳汁装在牛皮口袋内或其他容器内,不断摇动,使油和乳分开后,取其油脂即成;
(8)高梁酒:按量提取;
(二)制备
(1)取6-7月份未熟透的半浆半水状态的嫩核桃,剥去青皮,外壳和果仁中间的内隔膜,置温水中浸泡1小时,用清水冲洗干净,再浸泡1小时,再冲洗泡至水清为止,捞出晾干,取净仁500克,另加酒磨成果浆;
(2)将枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁洗净晾干,研碎;
(3)取高梁酒3000毫升,装入坛中,把蜂蜜和酥溶化后倒入酒坛内,搅拌均匀,再将嫩核桃果浆和研碎的枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁原料药放入酒中,密封坛口,每日摇动2次,浸泡1个月过滤即得。
3.一种嫩核桃保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于:
(一)备料:
(1)半浆半水嫩核桃:按量提取净仁20克;
(2)枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂;
(3)大枣:拣净杂质,晒干,去核;
(4)山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核;
(5)杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸净;
(6)蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫;
(7)白砂糖:按量提取;
(二)制备
(1)嫩核桃去皮去壳,清除杂质及内隔膜,在温水中浸泡1小时,冲洗干净,再浸泡1小时,再冲洗泡至水清为止,捞出晾干;
(2)将枸杞子、大枣、山楂、杏仁,用清水洗净,换水浸泡,充分吸水后捞出,加嫩核桃研磨成药浆;
(3)用铁锅加水2000毫升,加入白砂糖20克,煎煮至白砂糖溶解于水充分沸腾后倒入药浆,一边搅,一边加热至沸腾,过滤即得。
4.一种嫩核桃酥糖的制备方法,其特征在于:
(一)备料:
(1)半浆半水嫩核桃:按量提取净仁500克;
(2)枸杞子:簸净杂质,摘去残留的梗和蒂;
(3)大枣:拣净杂质,晒干,去核;
(4)山楂:拣净杂质,筛去核;
(5)杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸净;
(6)蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫;
(7)黑芝麻:取原药材,除去杂质,筛去碎屑;
(8)红糖:按量提取;
(二)制备
(1)取6-7月份未熟透的半浆半水状态的嫩核桃,剥去青皮和外壳,清除果仁中的内隔膜,放温水中浸泡1小时,用清水冲洗干净,再浸泡1小时冲洗,再泡至水清为止,捞出晾干,置入烤箱中45-50°烘干;
