Abstract

Technical Field

Background

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the drawings and the following embodiments are illustrative of the invention only and are not limiting. In the following formulations, the contents of the respective components are expressed by mass percentage unless otherwise specified.
The existing ceramic penetrating ink in the market at present is generally in a liquid state, and cannot be printed by the traditional printing process such as screen printing, roller printing and the like. The invention relates to a ceramic penetration ink, acid-resistant sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and glycol, which are prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 100% of penetrating ceramic ink, 1-3% of acid-resistant sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 2-4% of ethylene glycol are mixed according to the proportion, and then the penetrating glaze is applied to the adobes through different glaze line printing processes (such as silk screen printing, roller printing and the like). The ceramic ink used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and any commercially available ceramic ink that is liquid, aqueous ink or oil ink, and may contain a coloring component and a solvent may be used.
