Abstract
The invention discloses a ceramic tile with a three-dimensional decorative effect, which sequentially comprises a blank layer, a ground glaze layer, a background pattern layer, a transparent glaze layer, a texture pattern layer and a glaze polishing layer from bottom to top, wherein the pattern textures of the background pattern layer and the texture pattern layer are from the same original image. According to the invention, the ceramic tile pattern texture from the same original image is subjected to ink-jet printing on different layer structures of the ceramic tile, so that the three-dimensional effect of the ceramic tile decorative pattern texture is effectively improved, and the three-dimensional decorative effect is clear. The preparation method has simple process and strong operability, and is beneficial to large-scale industrial production and application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of architectural ceramics, in particular to a ceramic tile with a three-dimensional decorative effect.
Background
The building ceramic tile is a building decoration material, occupies a considerable proportion in building decoration, is popular with consumers due to rich colors and surface textures, and improves the living standard of substances. The aesthetic level of people is also continuously improved, the architectural ceramic product with pure color development and vivid texture effect is often more favored by consumers, but the pattern of the traditional ceramic tile is usually improved on a single-layer plane and cannot effectively express the three-dimensional effect. With the application of ceramic ink-jet printing technology, the decoration of ceramic tiles is developed into digital non-contact printing from the original screen printing and roller printing. The screen printing and the roller printing have the problem of difficult alignment, and the ink-jet printing can be accurately positioned. Therefore, the ink-jet printing decoration technology can separate and superpose the decoration layers of the ceramic tiles at any level. However, the three-dimensional decoration effect of the existing inkjet printing ceramic tile still needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a ceramic tile with a three-dimensional decoration effect and a preparation method of the ceramic tile, aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the ceramic tile with the three-dimensional decoration effect sequentially comprises a body layer, a ground glaze layer, a background pattern layer, a transparent glaze layer, a texture pattern layer and a glaze polishing layer from bottom to top, wherein pattern textures of the background pattern layer and the texture pattern layer are derived from the same original image.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the transparent glaze layer has the chemical composition of 58.23 percent of SiO in percentage by mass213.16% of Al2O30.05% of Fe2O30.12% of TiO25.13% CaO, 6.79% MgO, 5.04% K2O, 2.78% of Na2O, 2.72% ZnO, 1.46% BaO, 3.27% SrO and 1.25% loss on ignition.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the thickness of the transparent glaze layer is 0.2-0.4 mm.
The preparation method of the ceramic tile with the three-dimensional decorative effect comprises the following process steps:
1) pressing and molding ceramic tile green body powder to obtain a green body layer, and applying a ground coat on the green body layer to obtain a ground coat layer;
2) processing the ceramic tile pattern texture original image through image processing software, and separating line patterns or specific pattern areas of the original image into independent images to form a background pattern layer and a texture pattern layer;
3) ink-jet printing the background pattern layer obtained in the step 2) on the bottom oil layer obtained in the step 1);
4) applying a transparent glaze cloth on the background pattern layer to obtain a transparent glaze layer;
5) ink-jet printing the textured pattern layer of step 2) on the transparent layer;
6) and (4) glazing the texture pattern layer to obtain a glazed layer, and firing, cutting and polishing to obtain a finished product.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, in the step 1), the ground coat is applied by means of glaze spraying or glaze spraying.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, in the step 4), a glaze spraying manner is adopted to apply the transparent glaze.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the highest firing temperature in the step 6) is 1180-1230 ℃, and the firing time is 55-65 min.

A ceramic tile with three-dimensional decoration effect sequentially comprises a body layer, a ground glaze layer, a background pattern layer, a transparent glaze layer, a texture pattern layer and a glaze polishing layer from bottom to top.

The transparent glaze layer comprises 58.23 mass percent of SiO213.16% of Al2O30.05% of Fe2O30.12% of TiO25.13% CaO, 6.79% MgO, 5.04% K2O, 2.78% of Na2O, 2.72 percent of ZnO and 1.46 percent ofBaO, 3.27% SrO and 1.25% loss on ignition. The thickness of the transparent glaze layer is 0.2 mm.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) pressing and molding ceramic tile green body powder to obtain a green body layer, and applying a ground glaze on the green body layer in a glaze spraying mode to obtain a ground glaze layer;
2) processing the ceramic tile pattern texture original image through image processing software, and separating line patterns or specific pattern areas of the original image into independent images to form a background pattern layer and a texture pattern layer;
3) ink-jet printing the background pattern layer obtained in the step 2) on the bottom oil layer obtained in the step 1);
4) applying a transparent glaze cloth on the background pattern layer in a glaze pouring mode to obtain a transparent glaze layer;
5) ink-jet printing the textured pattern layer of step 2) on the transparent layer;
6) and (3) glazing the texture pattern layer to obtain a glazed layer, firing at 1180 ℃ for 65min, cutting and polishing to obtain the finished product of the embodiment 1.
Example 2
A ceramic tile with three-dimensional decoration effect sequentially comprises a body layer, a ground glaze layer, a background pattern layer, a transparent glaze layer, a texture pattern layer and a glaze polishing layer from bottom to top.

4) applying a transparent glaze cloth on the background pattern layer in a glaze pouring mode to obtain a transparent glaze layer;
5) ink-jet printing the textured pattern layer of step 2) on the transparent layer;
6) and (3) glazing the texture pattern layer to obtain a glazed layer, firing at 1200 ℃ for 60min, cutting and polishing to obtain the finished product of the embodiment 3.

the preparation method of the ceramic tile with the three-dimensional decoration effect comprises the following process steps:
