Description

Metal texture porcelain plate with prominent bright/matte contrast
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the field of architectural ceramics, in particular to a metal texture porcelain plate with dark and light color lines or dots.
[ background of the invention ]
The ceramic tile is an acid and alkali resistant porcelain or stone building or decorating material formed by grinding, mixing, pressing, glazing and sintering refractory metal oxides and semimetal oxides. The ceramic tile industry develops to the present, the technology is continuously refined from the directions of size specification, dry particle technology, color glaze technology, ink jet, mold and the like, the material expressive force is continuously improved and richer expressive styles are developed along with the continuous change of the aesthetic value and the design style of people.
Metallic tile is one of the current ceramic tiles, and is more suitable for simple, fashionable and low-tone luxurious home in design concept. The surface of the ceramic tile with the metal glaze presents metallic luster, and can present various colors, such as red, yellow, silver, blue, black and the like. However, the design and production of the tiles with various styles and metallic textures are still dependent on the further development of the production process.
CN102515872A, a metal glaze ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, which disclose a manufacturing process of the metal glaze ceramic tile, comprising the steps of biscuit firing at 1180 ℃, applying a layer of ground coat on the surface of the biscuit firing, spraying metal glaze surface glaze, printing and firing. CN101157543A and a method for manufacturing a ceramic tile with a metal luster local decorated surface disclose another manufacturing process, which comprises the steps of spraying a metal glaze layer on the surface of a mould tile blank, grinding off the metal glaze on the surface of the blank by a grinding machine after the glaze layer is dried, only removing the metal glaze in a pit, and then carrying out screen printing and roller printing to finally obtain the ceramic tile with the metal luster local decorated surface. CN106810297A, a production process of ceramic tiles with high brightness and matte precious metal luster on the surface, discloses that different glaze materials or frits are distributed and applied in a plurality of areas, precious metal luster ink is printed in an ink-jet mode after the first firing, and the second firing is carried out to obtain the ceramic tiles with high brightness and matte precious metal luster.
Although there are many similar patent documents, the expressive force of the product still has a great space for improving, and the decorative effect is not three-dimensional and abundant enough, and is to be further developed.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a metal texture porcelain plate with prominent bright/matte contrast is characterized by comprising a matte area and a bright area, wherein the matte area is formed by sintering a colored surface layer and a dry particle layer which are positioned on a porcelain plate blank layer; the main components of the engraving and milling ink are 0.8-3 parts by weight of MgO, 12-17 parts by weight of CaO and 4-6 parts by weight of Al2O360 to 70 parts by weight of SiO27.5 to 11 parts by weight of ZnO, 2 to 4 parts by weight of K2O, and the other components are less than 3 parts by weight; the main components of the dry particle layer are 5.5-10 parts by weight of CaO and 13-18.5 parts by weight of Al2O360 to 68 parts by weight of SiO23 to 6 parts by weight of K2O, 1.8-3 parts by weight of Na2O, 0.5-2 parts by weight of MgO, 0.5-2 parts by weight of BaO, 0.15-1 part by weight of ZnO, and less than 3 parts by weight of other components. On the porcelain plate, the place where the colored surface layer is combined with the dry particle layer shows a metallic texture matte effect, the place where the ink spraying layer is combined with the dry particle layer shows a metallic texture bright effect, bright/matte contrast is prominent, and a pattern glittering texture with metallic luster and obvious bright/matte contrast can be shown.
Furthermore, the colored surface layer covers the whole surface of the ceramic plate body layer, any pattern can be printed on the colored surface layer on the whole surface, the processing of the scheme is easy to realize, and the presentation of fine and complex patterns can be realized. The preferred porcelain layer of coloured surface course, the porcelain layer is compared in the melting point on pottery layer high, and sintering temperature is high, can combine to form specific effect with dry grain layer sintering under high temperature, and the pottery layer can't bear the sintering temperature who matches with dry grain layer, can be owing to appear a large amount of melts unable realizations.
Furthermore, the bright area and the matte area form micro-carving with the height difference of 0.15-2 mm.
Further, the functional components of the dry particle layer are high-calcium zinc-containing glass dry particles, the particle size of the dry particles is 0.5-2.5% above 80 meshes, 25-31.5% between 80 meshes and 100 meshes, 65-70.5% between 100 meshes and 200 meshes, and 0.5-2.5% below 200 meshes, and the percentages are mass percentages. The high-calcium zinc-containing glass frit suitable for particle grading is beneficial to improving the pattern effect, and the high-calcium zinc-containing glass frit can highlight the metal glittering texture and the micro carving feel.
Furthermore, the pattern layer is a line pattern or a dot pattern. The line pattern can make the product show the wire drawing effect of imitative metal.
Further, the manufacturing method of the porcelain plate with metal texture which highlights the bright/matte contrast comprises the following steps:
1) preparing colored blank powder and colored flour slurry;
2) pressing and molding the colored blank powder to obtain a blank;
3) the blank body enters a drying kiln for drying, and the surface temperature of the blank body is kept at 110-130 ℃ after the blank body leaves the drying kiln;
4) uniformly spraying the colored surface slurry on the whole surface of the blank to form a colored surface layer;
5) forming a pattern on the colored surface layer in the step 4) by ink-jet printing;
6) spraying the high-calcium zinc-containing glass dry particles on the pattern layer obtained in the step 5) by using glue as a medium;
7) treating the semi-finished product obtained in the step 6) at 150-450 ℃ to remove glue and blank free water, and sintering at 1200-1400 ℃ to obtain a ceramic plate finished product.
Further, the ink-jet printing of the above step 5) controls the color of the pattern by adjusting the ink composition and the ink-jet amount.
Further, the ink ejection amount is adjusted by controlling the ink ejection gradation.
Further, the pattern is one or a combination of staggered straight lines, parallel straight lines and dot patterns.
Further, the main components of the flour paste are the same as those of the colored blank powder. The surface slurry has the same main components as the colored blank, has similar expansion coefficient, has better integral effect after sintering, and is not easy to have the defects of separation, cracking and the like.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, the colored surface layer is printed by the fine carving ink in an inkjet way to form the pattern, and then the pattern is matched with the dry particles, the sintered colored surface layer has the matte metal texture, the pattern has the bright metal texture and high contrast, the appearance has the visual fine carving sense, the pattern has high fineness and large design space, the expression effect can be greatly enriched, and the expression force is improved.
(2) The invention can more accurately control the components and the thickness of each layer structure, realize more matched expansion coefficients and improve the quality of the porcelain plate.
(3) The surface paste is coated on the surface of a blank by a spraying process instead of a slurry pouring process, so that the thickness is easier to control, the surface paste is suitable for production and processing of thin plates, the material used by the surface paste is greatly saved, and the surface paste has a rough expression effect.
