本公开大体上涉及升降机系统,且具体来说,涉及用以防止升降机门脱落到井道中的保护装置。
背景
升降机厅门通常包括用以防止所述门被向内推到井道中的机构。图1A和1B展示现有的门保护机构,其中导引件20被固定到厅门10的底部边缘。导引件20包括通过紧固件而固定到门10的导架21。所述导引件包括导靴22,所述导靴在门坎或门槛30中形成的凹槽中行进。如图2A和2B中所示出,如果在与门10的打开/关闭方向垂直的方向上将过大的力施加到门10,那么导靴22可能会被迫脱离门槛30中的凹槽。这会让门10摆动到井道中。

详细描述
图6是示范性实施方案中的升降机门系统的前视图。所述升降机门系统包括升降机厅门300。升降机厅门300定位在井道开口中且被支承在悬辊上,这在本领域中是已知的。导架100被固定到每个门300的底部且在门槛302的凹槽104(图7)中行进。导架100有助于在向门300的前表面施加力的情况下使门300保持在原位。可将一个或多个导靴102(图7和8)安装到每个导架100以使每个导架100在门槛302中的凹槽104中居中。

参看图6,用以辅助保持门300的另一装置是保持架200。保持架200定位成接近门框304,以辅助防止门300被迫进入井道中。如图7中所示出,门槛302包括延伸远离门槛302和门300且朝向井道向内延伸的唇缘400。保持架200包括被固定到唇缘400(例如,通过紧固件)的基底202。保持架200包括垂直于在门300后方垂直延伸的基底202而延伸的凸缘204。保持架200抵抗向门300的前方(如图7中的箭头所示出)施加的力。如果使用足够的力推动门300,那么门300将接触保持架200以防止导架100脱离凹槽104。
图9展示其中将保持架200安装到支撑架500的另一实施方案。支撑架500可为直角架,其具有被固定到门槛300(例如,通过紧固件)的第一支脚和延伸到井道中的第二支脚。保持架200被安装到支撑架500(例如,通过紧固件)。

Claims (4)

至少一个升降机门;
导架,其安装到所述至少一个升降机门的底部;
门槛,其具有凹槽以接纳所述导架;
保持架,其联接到所述门槛,所述保持架定位在井道中且在所述门后方,所述保持架定位成接近门框。
2.如权利要求1所述的升降机门系统,其中:
所述门槛包括朝向所述井道延伸的唇缘;
所述保持架被固定到所述唇缘。
3.如权利要求1所述的升降机门系统,其进一步包括:
支撑架,其被固定到所述门槛;
所述保持架,其被固定到所述支撑架。
4.如权利要求1所述的升降机门系统,其中:
所述至少一个升降机门包括两个升降机门;
所述保持架包括两个保持架,每个保持架定位在所述井道中且在相应门后方接近相应门框之处。
