Abstract
エレベータのドアは、人が衝突するなどの負荷がかかると外れる可能性があった。この発明は、負荷がかかった場合も外れることがないドアを供給することを目的とする。上記目的を達成するために、このエレベータのドア装置は、ドアの下部に上下に移動可能に保持され、先端部が敷居溝に挿入されたリテーナーと、このリテーナーに装着された第一の磁性体と、敷居溝の底部に配設され、第一の磁性体と反発して一定の距離を保つ第二の磁性体を備えている。
Description
この発明は、ドアパネルが水平方向に移動するエレベータのドア装置に関する。
エレベータのかご室または乗場のドアは、下部を敷居にガイドされて開閉しているが、人がぶつかる等の衝撃が加わった場合にたわみが生じる。この時、扉がたわむことで上方に引っ張られてドアの下部が敷居から外れることがある。このために様々な対策がとられている。例えば、敷居の溝の側部に係合溝を追加し、この追加した係合溝にドアの下部に設けたリテーナーの先端部を係合させている。これにより、ドアが上方に引っ張られて外れることを防いでいる(特許文献1)。
しかしながら、上記方法ではリテーナーの先端部が係合される溝を敷居に設けなければならない。このため、敷居の製作作業が煩雑であった。
この発明は上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、衝撃が加わっても外れることがないドアを容易な構造で供給することを目的とする。
この発明に係るエレベータのドア装置は、出入口を水平方向に開閉されるドアの下部にガイドシューを設け、該ガイドシューが前記出入口の床部に設けられた敷居の溝に挿入され、前記ドアの開閉時にガイドするエレベータのドア装置において、前記ドアの下部に上下方向に移動可能に保持され、先端部が前記溝に挿入されたリテーナーと、前記リテーナーの前記先端部に装着された第一の磁性体と、前記溝の底部に配設され、前記第一の磁性体と一定の距離で反発する第二の磁性体と、を備えている。
この発明によれば、ドアに衝撃が加わっても、ドアの下部に設けたリテーナーと敷居はそれぞれの磁性体が反発して一定の距離を保つ。これにより、リテーナーが敷居に挿入された状態を保つためドアは敷居から外れない。
以下、この発明の詳細について、上記図面を用いて説明する。
実施の形態1
図1~図4は、この発明の実施の形態1を説明する図である。なお、図中同一符号は同一部品を示し、設明を省略する。
図1にドア装置1を示している。ドア装置1は、エレベータの乗場の出入口を左右方向に開閉するドア3を有する。ドア3の上方にはハンガーローラー5を備えたハンガー6が設けられている。また、出入口の上方にレール4が設けられており、ハンガーローラー5はレール4上を走行する。これにより、ドア3は、レール4に懸架された状態で出入口を図示していないモーターにより牽引されて開閉する。
さらに、ドア3の下部にはガイドシュー7を設けている。ガイドシュー7は、出入口の下面に設けられた敷居2に設けた溝に挿入されている。そして、ドア3の開閉時に敷居2を摺動してドア3をガイドする。
図1~図4は、この発明の実施の形態1を説明する図である。なお、図中同一符号は同一部品を示し、設明を省略する。
図1にドア装置1を示している。ドア装置1は、エレベータの乗場の出入口を左右方向に開閉するドア3を有する。ドア3の上方にはハンガーローラー5を備えたハンガー6が設けられている。また、出入口の上方にレール4が設けられており、ハンガーローラー5はレール4上を走行する。これにより、ドア3は、レール4に懸架された状態で出入口を図示していないモーターにより牽引されて開閉する。
さらに、ドア3の下部にはガイドシュー7を設けている。ガイドシュー7は、出入口の下面に設けられた敷居2に設けた溝に挿入されている。そして、ドア3の開閉時に敷居2を摺動してドア3をガイドする。
図2にドア3の下部の詳細を示している。ドア3の下部にはガイドシュー7が取り付けられている。また、リテーナー8がドア3に上下方向に移動可能に保持されている。リテーナー8にはガイド孔8aが設けられている。このガイド孔8aにピン10が挿通され、リテーナー8を上下方向に移動可能に保持する。
図3にドア3下部の断面図を示している。ドア3にはリテーナー8を保持するための保持部材11が固定されている。リテーナー8は保持部材11にピン10を介して保持され、ドア3の下部に上下方向に移動可能に保持されている。
リテーナー8の先端部は敷居2の溝2aに挿入されている。リテーナー8の溝2aに挿入されている先端部には第一の磁性体9が装着されている。
溝2aの底部2bには第二の磁性体12がネジまたは接着剤等により固定されている。第一の磁性体9と第二の磁性体12は互いに反発することで、一定の距離を保っている。
図4はドア3に衝撃が加わった場合を示している。人がぶつかる等の衝撃が加わることでドア3はたわみ、上方に引っ張られた状態になる。この時、ドア3の下部と敷居2との距離は、図3の衝撃が加わっていない場合と比べて大きくなる。しかし、リテーナー8の先端部に配置された第一の磁性体9と溝2aの底部の配置された第二の磁性体12との距離は互いに反発しながら変わっていない。また、リテーナー8は、その自重で落下するが、ドア3が第一の磁性体9と第二の磁性体12との反発により干渉することもない。このことで、リテーナー8は敷居2に挿入された状態を保持している。
なお、実施の形態1では乗場のドアについて説明しているが、かご室のドアにも対応する。また、第一の磁性体は、リテーナーの先端部を磁化させたものでもよい。
上記実施の形態1により、以下の効果を得ることができる。
出入口を水平方向に開閉されるドア3の下部にガイドシュー7を設け、ガイドシュー7が出入口の床部に設けられた敷居2の溝2aに挿入され、ドア3の開閉時にガイドするエレベータのドア装置において、ドア3の下部に上下方向に移動可能に保持され、先端部が溝2aに挿入されたリテーナー8と、リテーナー8の先端部に装着された第一の磁性体9と、溝2aの底部に配設され、第一の磁性体9と一定の距離で反発する第二の磁性体12とを備えているので、ドア3に衝撃が加わってもドア3の下部に設けたリテーナー8と敷居2は一定の距離を保つ。これにより、リテーナー8が敷居2に挿入された状態を保つためドアは敷居から外れない。
出入口を水平方向に開閉されるドア3の下部にガイドシュー7を設け、ガイドシュー7が出入口の床部に設けられた敷居2の溝2aに挿入され、ドア3の開閉時にガイドするエレベータのドア装置において、ドア3の下部に上下方向に移動可能に保持され、先端部が溝2aに挿入されたリテーナー8と、リテーナー8の先端部に装着された第一の磁性体9と、溝2aの底部に配設され、第一の磁性体9と一定の距離で反発する第二の磁性体12とを備えているので、ドア3に衝撃が加わってもドア3の下部に設けたリテーナー8と敷居2は一定の距離を保つ。これにより、リテーナー8が敷居2に挿入された状態を保つためドアは敷居から外れない。
また、リテーナー8先端部に第一の磁性体9を取り付けているので、簡単にリテーナー8を第二の磁性体13と反発させることができる。
さらに、リテーナー先端部の第一の磁性体は、リテーナーを磁化させてもよいので、この場合、部品点数が少なくなりコストを下げることができる。
実施の形態2
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2におけるリテーナーを説明する図である。実施の形態1ではリテーナー8の先端部に磁性体を固定させているが、実施の形態2では磁性体を先端部に貼り付けている。他の構成は実施の形態1と変わらない。
図5に示すように、リテーナー8の先端部に第一の磁性体13を貼り付けている。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2におけるリテーナーを説明する図である。実施の形態1ではリテーナー8の先端部に磁性体を固定させているが、実施の形態2では磁性体を先端部に貼り付けている。他の構成は実施の形態1と変わらない。
図5に示すように、リテーナー8の先端部に第一の磁性体13を貼り付けている。
上記実施の形態2により、以下の効果を得ることができる。
リテーナー8の先端部にテープ状の磁性体を貼付けているので、簡単に磁性体を形成することができる。

実施の形態3
図6は、この発明の実施の形態3におけるリテーナーを説明する図である。実施の形態3ではリテーナーの先端部に塗料状態の磁性体を塗布している。他の構成は実施の形態1、2と変わらない。
図6に示すように、塗料状態の第一の磁性体14をリテーナー8の先端部に塗布している。
図6は、この発明の実施の形態3におけるリテーナーを説明する図である。実施の形態3ではリテーナーの先端部に塗料状態の磁性体を塗布している。他の構成は実施の形態1、2と変わらない。
図6に示すように、塗料状態の第一の磁性体14をリテーナー8の先端部に塗布している。
上記実施の形態3により、以下の効果を得ることができる。
塗料状態の第一の磁性体14を備えた塗料をリテーナー8の先端部に塗布してもよいので、固定あるいは貼り付けるための部材を必要としない。

- 出入口を水平方向に開閉されるドアの下部にガイドシューを設け、該ガイドシューが前記出入口の床部に設けられた敷居の溝に挿入され、前記ドアの開閉時にガイドするエレベータのドア装置において、
前記ドアの下部に上下方向に移動可能に保持され、先端部が前記溝に挿入されたリテーナーと、
前記リテーナーの前記先端部に装着された第一の磁性体と、
前記溝の底部に配設され、前記第一の磁性体と一定の距離で反発する第二の磁性体と、
を備えたことを特徴とするエレベータのドア装置。 - 前記第一の磁性体は、前記リテーナーの先端部に固定されている、
