本发明公开了富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,由内容物和囊壳两部分组成,其中内容物由有机藜麦粉、姜根提取物、牛至叶提取物、桂皮提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、姜黄根茎提取物和枸杞籽油构成;囊壳是由明胶、水和甘油构成。本发明还公开了该软胶囊的制备方法,本发明制备方法简单,生产的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊有很好的稳定性,服用方便,营养价值极高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种藜麦制剂,更具体地说,涉及富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊,同时本发明还涉及该制剂的制备方法。
背景技术
藜麦的营养价值很高,是一种健康食物。藜麦与大多数其他植物类食物(不包括豆类)的不同之处在于其蛋白质含量较高。藜麦可提供所有必须氨基酸,而且含量均衡,并富含矿物质、维生素、脂肪酸和其他营养成分,是热能和膳食纤维的良好来源。
姜根是姜科多年生草本植物姜的根茎,姜辣素是姜中的辣味成分。姜辣素具有抑制血小板聚集、改善心血管功能、治疗眩晕呕吐、改善胃肠道功能、增强免疫力和消炎作用,还具有很强的抗氧化能力。
牛至为唇形科牛至属多年生草本植物。主要分布于地中海地区至中亚、北非、北美及中国大部分地区,生于海拔500-3600米的山坡、路旁、灌丛、草地、林下。牛至味辛、性凉、无毒,全草可入药,具有清热解表、理气化湿倒尿消肿之功效。临床用于预防流感治疗黄疽、中暑、发热、呕吐、急性胃肠炎、腹痛等症,其散寒解表功用胜于薄荷。百里酚是牛至叶中活性成分,是我国《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》规定允许使用的食品香料,主要用于配制止咳糖浆、椒样薄荷口香糖和辛香料等香精。
桂皮为樟科、樟属植物天竺桂、阴香、细叶香桂或川桂等树皮的通称。桂皮中含有的羟基查耳酮具有类胰岛素作用,可以模仿胰岛素,增加细胞接受的糖的量,并且通知某些细胞将葡萄糖(普通血糖形式)转化成糖原(糖的储藏形式)。
迷迭香中含有的迷迭香酸是一种含多酚羟基的酸,具有抗氧化及清除自由基作用和抗炎、免疫调节、抗血栓生成、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肾小球细胞增殖、抗抑郁等生物活性,广泛应用于食品、化妆品、医药等方面。
姜黄根茎中的姜黄素具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎、利胆、抗氧化等作用,现代研究还新发现姜黄素有助治疗耐药结核病。
枸杞籽经压榨或萃取等方法精制后可以得到枸杞籽油,枸杞籽出油率为17%-20%。枸杞籽油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸、VE及磷脂,其中亚油酸的含量高达66.5%,VE含量为42.02mg/100g,磷脂含量为0.75%,β-胡萝卜素含量为0.73mg/100g,是一种极具保健功能的植物油。枸杞籽油中含有大量的营养成分和生理活性物质,除了有食用价值外,还有医疗保健作用,可以用于对高血压、高血脂、动脉粥样硬化等心脑血管疾病的辅助治疗。
鉴于藜麦全面均衡的营养成分和姜根、牛至叶、桂皮、迷迭香叶、姜黄根茎和枸杞籽油优异的营养成份和药用保健价值,本发明首次将这姜根、牛至叶、桂皮、迷迭香叶、姜黄根茎和枸杞籽营养中的精华成分提取出来,与营养成分全面的藜麦粉混合,制备成软胶囊,以获得更有效的营养效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊,将营养成分全面的有机藜麦粉和从姜根、牛至叶、桂皮、迷迭香叶、姜黄根茎以及枸杞籽中的精华成分,浓缩在软胶囊中,以获得更有效的营养效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊的制备方法。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其软胶囊由内容物和囊壳两部分构成,其中所述的内容物材料的组成及其重量比例为:有机藜麦粉∶姜根提取物∶牛至叶提取物∶桂皮提取物∶迷迭香叶提取物∶姜黄根茎提取物∶枸杞籽油=1~10∶0.2~1.5∶0.1~1∶0.1~1∶0.1~1∶0.1~1∶1~20;囊壳材料的组成及其重量比例为:明胶∶甘油∶水=0.9~1.1∶0.3~0.5∶0.9~1.1。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的有机藜麦粉为将采用有机种植方法得到的藜麦籽实通过现有的食品干燥和粉碎方法得到的有机藜麦籽实粉末。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的姜根提取物为将姜根通过提取、吸附、萃取等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有姜辣素的提取物。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的牛至叶提取物为将牛至叶通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有百里酚的提取物。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的桂皮提取物为将桂皮通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有羟基查耳酮的提取物。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的迷迭香叶提取物为将迷迭香叶通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有迷迭香酸的提取物。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的姜黄根茎提取物为将姜黄根茎通过提取、浓缩等现代生物技术得到的含有姜黄素的提取物。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述枸杞籽油为采用溶剂萃取、压榨、亚临界萃取、超临界萃取中的其中一种或多种方法从枸杞籽中制得的枸杞籽提取物。
本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机藜麦粉、姜根提取物、牛至叶提取物、桂皮提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、姜黄根茎提取物按上述比例加入到枸杞籽油中,用胶体磨磨匀,得内容物;
(2)取明胶、甘油、水,置容器中加热溶解,滤过,混匀,得胶皮溶液;
(3)取上述内容物和胶皮溶液,用软胶囊生产设备压制成型,干燥后即得。
本发明制备方法简单,生产的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊有很好的稳定性,服用方便,营养价值极高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例具体说明本发明富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法。
实施例1
本发明含有富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法实施例,其制备步骤为:
软胶囊内容物组成:有机藜麦粉35克、姜根提取物2克、牛至叶提取物2克、桂皮提取物2克、迷迭香叶提取物2克、姜黄根茎提取物2克、枸杞籽油60克;
软胶囊囊壳材料组成:明胶100g、甘油41g、水100g。
制备方法:
(1)将有机藜麦粉、姜根提取物、牛至叶提取物、桂皮提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、姜黄根茎提取物加入到枸杞籽油中,用胶体磨磨匀,得内容物;
(2)取明胶、甘油、水,置适宜容器中加热至80℃溶解,滤过,混匀,于60℃保温,得胶皮溶液;
(3)取上述内容物和胶皮溶液,用软胶囊生产设备压制成型,干燥后即得富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊。
以上所述实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

1.富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其软胶囊由内容物和囊壳两部分构成,其特征在于:所述的内容物材料的组成及其重量比例为:有机藜麦粉∶姜根提取物∶牛至叶提取物∶桂皮提取物∶迷迭香叶提取物∶姜黄根茎提取物∶枸杞籽油=1~10∶0.2~1.5∶0.1~1∶0.1~1∶0.1~1∶0.1~1∶1~20;囊壳材料的组成及其重量比例为:明胶∶甘油∶水=0.9~1.1∶0.3~0.5∶0.9~1.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的有机藜麦粉为将采用有机种植方法得到的藜麦籽实通过现有的食品干燥和粉碎方法得到的有机藜麦籽实粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的姜根提取物为将姜根通过提取、吸附、萃取等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有姜辣素的提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的牛至叶提取物为将牛至叶通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有百里酚的提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的桂皮提取物为将桂皮通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有羟基查耳酮的提取物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的迷迭香叶提取物为将迷迭香叶通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有迷迭香酸的提取物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的姜黄根茎提取物为将姜黄根茎通过提取、浓缩等现代生物技术得到的含有姜黄素的提取物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的富含生物抗氧化剂的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述枸杞籽油为采用溶剂萃取、压榨、亚临界萃取、超临界萃取中的其中一种或多种方法从枸杞籽中制得的枸杞籽提取物。
