本发明揭示了一种薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,以50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝为正面,75D/72F涤纶低弹丝和100D/144F涤纶低弹丝为反面,制成坯布,并经过平幅水洗、碱减量、染色、刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒以及定型工艺加工得到薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料。本发明采用高收缩超细涤锦复合丝,不需磨毛,只需特殊的染色工艺,即可达到仿麂皮绒的布面效果,工艺流程简单易控制,采用一种特别的PK双面布组织结构,反面蓬松,面料质量轻,透气保暖,相对常规贴合的仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产,重量轻薄,工序少,工艺简单,生产难度降低,易掌控,质量稳定,由于面料轻薄,蓬松保暖,正反面具有不同的风格,还可以做两面穿面料。

本发明属于纺织面料领域,特别涉及一种薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的仿麂皮绒面料,主要是利用涤纶或涤锦海岛丝,织成坯布后,经过染整的开纤、染色、还原洗、磨毛、加柔定型等工艺制成,工艺复杂,工序多,控制困难。仿麂皮绒面料手感柔软,但蓬松保暖性较差,习惯地,人们将仿麂皮绒和摇粒绒面料贴合,最终制成外表手感柔软,内层蓬松保暖的厚重型仿麂皮摇粒绒面料。如此,增加了产品的生产工序和难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用高收缩超细涤锦复合丝,不需磨毛,只需特殊的染色工艺,即可达到仿麂皮绒的布面效果,工艺流程简单易控制,采用一种特别的PK双面布组织结构,将反面制成超细涤纶的摇粒绒,蓬松,面料质量轻,透气保暖,相对常规贴合的仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产,重量轻薄,工序少,工艺简单,生产难度降低,易掌控,质量稳定,由于面料轻薄,蓬松保暖,正反面具有不同的风格,还可以做两面穿面料的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,以50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝为正面,75D/72F涤纶低弹丝和100D/144F涤纶低弹丝为反面,制成坯布,并经过平幅水洗、碱减量、染色、刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒以及定型工艺加工得到正面是仿鹿皮绒、反面是摇粒绒的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料,具体包括如下步骤:
1)平幅水洗:将开幅后的坯布送入平幅水洗机进行水洗,水中添加1.5g/l的纯碱,1.5g/l的净洗剂;
2)碱减量:将水洗后的半成品送入染缸中进行碱减量,加入15g/L的片碱,之后降温并排液,先用热水洗,再用0.5g/L的醋酸溶液进行酸洗,最后再用常温水进行冷洗;
3)染色:碱减量后接着染色,常温加入助剂,包括1.2g/L的冰醋酸,2.0g/L的匀染剂,1.0g/L的去油剂,1.8g/L的分散剂,浴比1:12,升温至40℃时加入分散染料,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,之后以1.0℃/min 的升温速率升温至125℃,保温40min,之后以2.5℃/min的降温速率降温,降温至60℃时排液,再加入4g/L的起毛剂及水的溶液,在常温下运行15min后出缸;
4)刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒:染色出缸后的半成品烘干后,刷织物反面,用4台即刷4遍,轻刷多刷,刷好后,梳反面一遍,梳透梳匀,梳后剪去长毛浮毛,剪毛高度为1.5mm,剪毛后送摇粒筒进行摇粒,时间20min,摇粒后马上进行理布打卷;
5)定型:将摇粒并打卷后的半成品按22m/min的速率经过定型机,浸轧1.8g/L的亲水性柔软剂,得到成品。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述平幅水洗的浴比为1:10,处理温度为90℃,处理时间为25min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碱减量的处理温度为120℃,时间为90min,浴比1:10。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述定型步骤中定型温度为150℃,超喂为20%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述成品的幅宽为148cm,重量为160g/m2,横密为98个圈/5cm,纵密为120个圈/5cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述75D/72F涤纶低弹丝的线长是25.5cm/100枚,100D/144F涤纶低弹丝的线长是20.8cm/100枚,50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝的线长为24cm/100枚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝中涤纶与锦纶的含量百分比比例为70:30,收缩率12.5%。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一
一种薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,以50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝为正面,75D/72F涤纶低弹丝和100D/144F涤纶低弹丝为反面,制成坯布,并经过平幅水洗、碱减量、染色、刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒以及定型工艺加工得到正面是仿鹿皮绒、反面是摇粒绒的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料,具体包括如下步骤:
1)平幅水洗:将开幅后的坯布送入平幅水洗机进行水洗,水中添加1.5g/l的纯碱,1.5g/l的净洗剂,浴比为1:10,处理温度为90℃,处理时间为25min,平幅水洗主要是去除纱线上的油剂以及针织过程中的油剂,并且进行初步的预缩,防止剧烈收缩形成折皱折痕;
2)碱减量:将水洗后的半成品送入染缸中进行碱减量,加入15g/L的片碱,处理温度为120℃,时间为90min,浴比1:10,碱减量的目的是使高收缩超细涤锦复合丝充分收缩,部分溶解并开纤,并使纤维分解呈松散毛绒状态,之后降温并排液,先用热水洗,再用0.5g/L的醋酸溶液进行酸洗,最后再用常温水进行冷洗;
3)染色:碱减量后接着染色,常温加入助剂,包括1.2g/L的冰醋酸,2.0g/L的匀染剂,1.0g/L的去油剂,1.8g/L的分散剂,浴比1:12,升温至40℃时加入分散染料,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,之后以1.0℃/min 的升温速率升温至125℃,保温40min,之后以2.5℃/min的降温速率降温,降温至60℃时排液,再加入4g/L的起毛剂及水的溶液,在常温下运行15min后出缸;
4)刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒:染色出缸后的半成品烘干后,刷织物反面,用4台即刷4遍,轻刷多刷,刷好后,梳反面一遍,梳透梳匀,梳后剪去长毛浮毛,剪毛高度为1.5mm,留毛太长,成品后的粒子偏大,留毛太短,则易露底,剪毛后送摇粒筒进行摇粒,时间20min,摇粒后马上进行理布打卷,以上这四道工序都是针对织物反面进行加工,而正面在经过开纤和染色后就已经形成了麂皮风格,在这四道工序的操作中要注意,不要擦伤织物正面,形成不规则的条痕;
5)定型:将摇粒并打卷后的半成品按22m/min的速率经过定型机,浸轧1.8g/L的亲水性柔软剂,定型温度为150℃,超喂为20%,得到成品。
所述成品的幅宽为148cm,重量为160g/m2,横密为98个圈/5cm,纵密为120个圈/5cm。
定型幅宽克重按自然适中原则,不要大量扩幅或拉伸,影响绒面的外观。
如图1如示,所述PK双面布的针织排列为:上针O表示抽针,即上针一空一排列,下针AB排列。
如图2所示,2、4系统穿50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝构成坯布正面,1系统穿75D/72F涤纶低弹丝,3系统穿100D/144F涤纶低弹丝,构成坯布反面。
所述坯布参数为:1系统的线长是25.5cm/100枚,3系统的线长是20.8cm/100枚,2、4系统的线长为24cm/100枚。
所述50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝指:涤纶锦纶的百分比例为70:30,收缩率12.5%。
本发明所述为一种薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,采用高收缩超细涤锦复合丝,不需磨毛,只需特殊的染色工艺,即可达到仿麂皮绒的布面效果,工艺流程简单易控制,采用一种特别的PK双面布组织结构,将反面制成超细涤纶的摇粒绒,蓬松,面料质量轻,透气保暖,相对常规贴合的仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产,重量轻薄,工序少,工艺简单,生产难度降低,易掌控,质量稳定,由于面料轻薄,蓬松保暖,正反面具有不同的风格,还可以做两面穿面料。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (7)
1.一种薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:以50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝为正面,75D/72F涤纶低弹丝和100D/144F涤纶低弹丝为反面,制成坯布,并经过平幅水洗、碱减量、染色、刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒以及定型工艺加工得到正面是仿鹿皮绒、反面是摇粒绒的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料,具体包括如下步骤:
1)平幅水洗:将开幅后的坯布送入平幅水洗机进行水洗,水中添加1.5g/l的纯碱,1.5g/l的净洗剂;
2)碱减量:将水洗后的半成品送入染缸中进行碱减量,加入15g/L的片碱,之后降温并排液,先用热水洗,再用0.5g/L的醋酸溶液进行酸洗,最后再用常温水进行冷洗;
3)染色:碱减量后接着染色,常温加入助剂,包括1.2g/L的冰醋酸,2.0g/L的匀染剂,1.0g/L的去油剂,1.8g/L的分散剂,浴比1:12,升温至40℃时加入分散染料,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,之后以1.0℃/min 的升温速率升温至125℃,保温40min,之后以2.5℃/min的降温速率降温,降温至60℃时排液,再加入4g/L的起毛剂及水的溶液,在常温下运行15min后出缸;
4)刷毛、梳毛、剪毛、摇粒:染色出缸后的半成品烘干后,刷织物反面,用4台即刷4遍,轻刷多刷,刷好后,梳反面一遍,梳透梳匀,梳后剪去长毛浮毛,剪毛高度为1.5mm,剪毛后送摇粒筒进行摇粒,时间20min,摇粒后马上进行理布打卷;
5)定型:将摇粒并打卷后的半成品按22m/min的速率经过定型机,浸轧1.8g/L的亲水性柔软剂,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述平幅水洗的浴比为1:10,处理温度为90℃,处理时间为25min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述碱减量的处理温度为120℃,时间为90min,浴比1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述定型步骤中定型温度为150℃,超喂为20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述成品的幅宽为148cm,重量为160g/m2,横密为98个圈/5cm,纵密为120个圈/5cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述75D/72F涤纶低弹丝的线长是25.5cm/100枚,100D/144F涤纶低弹丝的线长是20.8cm/100枚,50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝的线长为24cm/100枚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的薄型PK仿麂皮摇粒绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述50D/24F高收缩超细涤锦复合丝中涤纶与锦纶的含量百分比比例为70:30,收缩率12.5%。
