Abstract

现有技术
本发明涉及一种已经由DE-DS4431143公知用于内燃机的火花塞。
这里介绍一种具有很少的燃耗的火花塞。在已知的火花塞中在构成壳体的圆柱状金属管内装有一个棒状的内导体,它由绝缘体围绕并且在火花塞的电路上具有限流电阻,其中,限流电阻被这样安装,即它被朝火花塞的火花间隙方向预拉(vorziehen)最大至火花间隙。另外这种火花塞的内导体直径比普通火花塞的小,这样减小了火花塞的能量。在这种按照DE-OS4431143的火花塞中在内导体的电极头上涂有一稀有金属层并由导热性好的材料构成电极头,它同时用做热阻尼器(Warmepuffer)。
本发明的优点
带有独立权利要求特征的火花塞与公知的相比具有优点,即电极构成“钉头”形状具有更多的燃耗体积供使用。另外,通过减小导电杆的直径与长度以及通过预拉的燃耗电阻达到由于各种热膨胀系数而产生的机械应力更小。通过减小电极燃耗最终尽可能避免陶瓷切口(Keramikeinkerbungen)。另外的优点在于,通过导电杆的涂层提高了抗蚀性。最后,地电极的一次及两次弯曲,以及地电极突出于绝缘体的端面之外的优点是,通过电场的这种构造可阻止陶瓷的击穿。
通过从属权利要求中的方法使独立权利要求定义的火花塞的其它有利构造及改进成为可能。这样,特别有利的是添加铂电极。它的加入阻止了导电杆的腐蚀,因为铂电极被气密地烧结在陶瓷中。借助于活性焊剂(Aktivlot),使铂电极、陶瓷及导电杆气密地连接,同时防止了导电杆腐蚀及防止了导电杆的回抽。最终,导电杆可由导电的陶瓷--金属混合物代替,其中,同样防止了导电杆的回抽并通过相同的热膨胀系数避免机械应力。

实施例的描述
火花塞的基本结构已由DE-OS4431143广为人知。图1是一个火花塞内部结构的部分剖视图。在一个金属管状外壳10中装有一绝缘体11,壳体10及绝缘体11的对称旋转轴线相重合,在绝缘体11中嵌入中间电极12以及其它在以下还将描述的组件,它们用于将接线柱13上的电压传输到中间电极12,接线柱13在绝缘体11内与燃耗电阻14相连,燃耗电阻14与导电杆15相连,这样,通过导电杆15将电压传到中间电极12。中间电极12由铂组成并基本上具有钉子的形状,即,由绝缘体11向外看,铂中间电极12的后部的直径小于铂中间电极的燃烧室侧部分的直径,导电杆15自身由一个防腐蚀保护层,例如由镍或由镍--银合金涂层,此外,导电杆15与普通的火花塞相比长度及直径明显变小,通过缩小导电杆15可加长燃耗电阻并进一步朝火花间隙方向预拉,它具有在DE-OS4431143中已描述的优点。地电极16被固定在壳体10上并朝中间电极弯曲,在附图中,所设的4个地电极被两次弯曲,在壳体上固定的地电极首先朝中间电极弯曲,然后又朝轴向第二次弯曲,这样,地电极的端面朝着火花塞的轴向。地电极16的端面超出绝缘体的端面一给定的尺寸,在此,这个尺寸大约等于地电极的厚度。
图2中的火花塞结构与图1中给出的基本相同,与图1的差别在于地电极的调整不同,在图2中地电极仅被一次弯曲,这样地电极的端面朝向火花塞的径向。但是在此地电极也超出绝缘体前端面大约地电极厚度的距离,这样产生一合适的电场结构并由此避免陶瓷的击穿。
此外,铂中间电极还可被涂层,其中可借助于硼化、渗铝、渗氮或渗硅进行涂层。通过这种涂层可将铂电极气密地燃结在陶瓷中。铂中间电极、绝缘体及导电杆通过焊剂的连接同样达到气密的连接,这样避免了导电杆腐蚀及防止了导电杆的回抽。导电杆最终也可通过一种导电的陶瓷金属层代替。
Claims (2)
1、带有一管状金属壳体的火花塞,带有嵌入在壳体中的绝缘体,在绝缘体中装有一棒状的内导体配置,其中,该内导体配置由一个接线柱(13),一个预拉到火花间隙的限流电阻(14),一个涂层的导电杆(15)及一个钉状铂--中间电极(12)构成,其中,铂--中间电极嵌入绝缘体内的销状部分的直径小于铂--中间电极由绝缘体伸出部分的直径,火花塞带有至少两个,最好4个固定在壳体上的地电极,它们朝中间电极弯曲并且伸出绝缘体的端面之外,其中,伸出的尺寸大约与地电极的厚度相一致。
2、按照权利要求1的火花塞,其特征是,地电极被两次弯曲,其中第一次朝绝缘体弯曲,第二次由绝缘体弯离,这样,地电位的端面指向壳体之外。
