Abstract

这是一种能在同瞬间同时产生三个点火能量并可大大促使发动机混合气充分燃烧,对发动机的工况、油耗、废气排放等都有很大有利作用的“直线平面嵌入式多极高能量贵金属火花塞”。它是在火花塞瓷绝缘体小头端面直线等距嵌入三根贵金属电极,与瓷绝缘体一起高温烧成为一体,在火花塞壳体螺纹端面焊接一根与瓷绝缘体三贵金属电极成直线的、等距的贵金属电极,这就形成四根成直线等距的贵金属电极并在同瞬间同时有三个点火能量,以达到预期的使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是广泛应用于发动机(包括各类使用汽油、天然气、液化气等需要电子点火的各燃料的发动机)点火系统中的重要的电器件,尤其是对发动机工况的稳定、油耗的降低、废气的排放等有重大影响的火花塞。
背景技术
火花塞的构造一般是由接线螺帽、接线螺杆、瓷绝缘体、密封料、中心电极、壳体、内垫圈、外垫圈、侧电极等组成。火花塞自1902年诞生到现在已有百余年的历史,但火花塞发火端结构依然没有发展到在同瞬间能同时产生两个以上的点火能量,现在各种单极、多极火花塞或其它形式火花塞均是中心电极与一个或多个侧电极之间形成一个或多个电极间隙,从电极最近击穿的原理,决定了目前各种火花塞不能在同瞬间同时产生多点火能量。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种火花塞,该火花塞不仅能产生发动机点火时所需要的高的点火能量,而且在同瞬间同时产生三个高的点火能量,从而促使发动机内的燃油混合气燃烧更充分,这样发动机工况会稳定、功率会增大、油耗降低、废气排放也会有明显改善。
本发明采取的技术方案是:在火花塞瓷绝缘体小头端平面嵌入三根成直线的、等距离的贵金属电极,装有三根贵金属电极的瓷绝缘体高温烧成后这三根贵金属电极就牢固的固定在瓷绝缘体中,但其中一根贵金属电极头部融入导电的密封料中与接线螺杆相通成为中心电极。在火花塞壳体的螺纹端平面上焊一根贵金属电极与瓷绝缘体上最后一根贵金属电极相对并与瓷绝缘体上三根铂金电极成一直线。火花塞总装后,在火花塞发火端就形成一条成直线的、等距离的四根贵金属电极,当高压电源接通接线螺杆后,通过导体密封料及贵金属中心电极,火花塞发火端就可在同瞬间同时产生三个点火能量,由于是贵金属电极,电阻小,导电性能好,点火能量大,燃油混合气燃烧很充分,必然促使发动机工况好功率大,发动机工况好功率大了油耗肯定会降低,废气的排放状况也会明显改善。

图中:1-接线螺帽、2一接线螺杆、3-瓷绝缘体、4-壳体、5-外垫圈、6-导电密封料、7-内垫圈、8-贵金属中心电极、9-贵金属侧电极。
具体实施简介
在图1中,计算好长度的贵金属中心电极8及瓷绝缘体上两根贵金属侧电极9嵌入瓷绝缘体小头预先做好的成直线并等距离的小孔内,一同放入1650℃高温窑炉内烧成结为一个整体,烧成后一定要保证贵金属电极的高度。待有嵌入贵金属电极的瓷绝缘体完工后,再装入导电密封料6、接线螺杆2后放入封装烧结炉进行烧结后形成了绝缘体部件。在壳体螺纹的端平面焊一根贵金属侧电极(焊接之前一定要确定好焊接的位置,要保证焊好的贵金属侧电极与瓷绝缘体上的贵金属侧电极成直线并有规定的电极间隙)。在壳体焊好贵金属侧电极并电镀后再装入内垫圈7、外垫圈5、接线螺帽1进行总装而成火花塞产品。

Claims (2)

1. 直线平面嵌入式多极高能量贵金属火花塞的接线螺帽(1)、接线螺杆(2)、瓷绝缘体(3)、壳体(4)、外垫圈(5)、导体密封料(6)、内垫圈(7)、贵金属中心电极(8)、贵金属侧电极(9)按规定的工艺生产为火花塞成品,其特征是:瓷绝缘体小头端面贵金属中心电极(8)按规定长度嵌入预先加工好的小孔中,按规定长度的两根贵金属侧电极(9)也嵌入预先加工好的小孔中,这三根贵金属电极成直线并等距离,通过高温烧结使瓷绝缘体与贵金属中心电极及贵金属侧电极成为一个整体。
1. 根据权利1所述的火花塞,其特征是:在火花塞壳体螺纹端面焊一规定长度的贵金属侧电极(9),这个贵金属侧电极与瓷绝缘体贵金属侧电极成直线并等距离。
