本发明涉及一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂及其制备方法,属于营养食品制剂的技术领域。该产品由硫辛酸、苦瓜提取物、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、微量元素、膳食纤维和水经过一定的生产工艺加工而成。本发明提供的肠内营养乳剂作为一种全营养乳剂,易于消化吸收,可直接用于病人食用。同时,较之于其他的营养制剂,本产品添加了硫辛酸及苦瓜提取物这两种有效的活性成分,能降血糖,促进消化,这样能促使患者在对本营养更有效的吸收的同时,还能降血糖,对糖尿病患者能达到缓解治疗病症的作用。尤其适用糖尿病患者。

背景技术
硫辛酸及其在体内形成的还原产物二氢硫辛酸均为抗氧化剂,硫辛酸可清除氢氧自由基、次氯酸、过氧亚硝基阴离子及单态氧,二轻硫辛酸可清除超氧化物氢过氧自由基可再生硫氧化还原蛋白、维生素C和谷胱甘肽,后者可使维生素E的到再循环利用通常糖尿病中的造成氧化应激的原因可能有几种,包括糖化作用、过渡金属区隔化的丧失以及糖尿病组织细胞出现的缺氧状态,硫辛酸由于有抗氧化作用,特别适合于防治由氧族,氮族的活泼产物过盛而引起的糖尿病并发症。
现代医学研究发现,苦瓜中起降血糖作用的成分按其性质分主要为两类一类是生物碱,如苦瓜苷、苦瓜皂苷等;另一类是蛋白质多肽,是苦瓜中含量最多、降血糖效果最为显著的组分。已经分离得到的苦瓜降糖多肽有很多种。研究发现,苦瓜降糖多肽能够抑制小肠黏膜对葡萄糖的吸收;通过增强肌肉内酶的活性,加速体内葡萄糖代谢和利用,使葡萄糖代谢平衡;促进或改善胰岛素分泌,或者是直接起到类似胰岛素的作用,影响体内的糖代谢过程。苦瓜中所含的生物碱类物质多样,其中三萜皂苷能够激活人体内与能量代谢相关的一种酶的活性,通过这种酶来促进细胞对葡萄糖的摄取,调控人体能量代谢过程,发挥治疗糖尿病的作用。

本发明的目的是提供一种含有硫辛酸的食用方便、口感极佳、在提供全面营养的同时保持机体血糖稳定的肠内营养乳剂及其制备方法。
本发明所述的含硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂的配方如下:以质量计,由玉米蛋白粉22-38 g,小麦蛋白粉25-40 g,植物油27-39 g,甘油10-17 g,硫辛酸50-1500mg,苦瓜提取物500-1500mg,甘草甜素2-6 g,膳食纤维19.2-29.8 g,低聚糖15-26 g,钾1.22-1.54g,氯0.66-1.48g,氟1.2-2.0 mg,碘0.10-0.19mg,钠0.67-1.05mg,钙480-1045 mg,镁176-372mg,磷400-708mg,铁8.4-15.6mg,锌8.42-15.96mg,铜0.88-1.79mg,锰0.9-4.1mg,铬225-376μg,钼80-110μg ,硒56-84μg,生物素78-105μg,维生素K149-133μg,维生素B61.18-2.89mg,泛酸3.58-7.96mg,叶酸0.24-4.76mg,维生素A0.62-1.26mg,维生素E19.6-59.2 mg,维生素C90-804mg,维生素B11.03-2.50 mg,维生素B21.3-3.2mg,胆碱214-398mg,烟酰胺9.1-17.3mg,维生素B122.1-4.9μg,维生素D34.2-8.8μg和水1000ml组成。
所述的硫辛酸是从菠菜中提取进而提纯制得。
所述的苦瓜提取物主要包含苦瓜苷、苦瓜皂苷、蛋白多肽的一种或几种。
所述的甘草甜素是从甘草根中提取后进行纯化而制得的。
所述的植物油是大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油和花生油中的一种或几种混合物。
所述的低聚糖是低聚麦芽糖和低聚果糖中的一种或两种混合物。
所述的膳食纤维由纤维素和变性淀粉组成。
所述的营养乳剂具体制备步骤如下:
(1)物料混合:将配方量的玉米蛋白粉,小麦蛋白粉,甘草甜素,硫辛酸,苦瓜提取物,低聚糖,碳水化合物,氯化钠,氯化钾,碳酸钙,氧化镁,焦磷酸铁,硫酸锌,硫酸铜,氯化锰,碘化钾, 氟化钠,氯化铬,钼酸钠,亚硒酸钠,纤维素,变性淀粉,酒石酸氢胆碱,维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K1,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素C,烟酰胺,生物素,泛酸钙和叶酸在氮气保护下混合溶解或分散在配方量的50-65℃水中得到水相;将配方量的甘油、植物油在60-70℃条件下混合均匀得到油相;将水相和油相进行加热微波搅拌混合得到稳定均匀的乳状液。
(2)灭菌:将混合好的乳状液于90-120℃下杀菌5-10分钟,杀死病原微生物后立即冷却至45-50℃,缓慢冷却至室温后,于1-4℃冷藏。
本发明的优点在于:本产品含有糖类、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素、无机盐和膳食纤维七大营养元素,是一种全营养乳剂,而且所用物料均来自天然,绿色健康。同时,相比其他营养制剂,本产品添加了硫辛酸和苦瓜提取物两种活性成分,不仅能够促进葡萄糖在体内的代谢利用,稳定血糖水平;同时添加甘草甜素作为甜味剂能改善口感,抗菌消炎,即便是糖尿病人、高血糖病人都能放心食用。
本发明中用到的g、mg、μg、ml分别表示克、毫克、微克、毫升。

实施例1
以质量克数计,取玉米蛋白粉25.8g,小麦蛋白粉36.2g,硫辛酸100mg,苦瓜提取物500mg,甘草甜素3.7g,低聚糖18.3,氯化钠0.4g,氯化钾1.8g,碳酸钙0.7g,氧化镁0.4g,焦磷酸铁53.4mg,硫酸锌37.5mg,硫酸铜3.6mg,氯化锰9.3mg,碘化钾0.2mg, 氟化钠3.7mg,氯化铬1.3mg,钼酸钠0.2mg,亚硒酸钠0.2mg,酒石酸氢胆碱0.9g,维生素A0.98mg,维生素D35.5μg,维生素E23.7mg,维生素K179μg,维生素B11.6mg,维生素B21.8mg,维生素B61.87mg,维生素B122.6μg,维生素C580mg,烟酰胺10.6mg,生物素99μg,泛酸钙5.7mg,叶酸2.9mg,纤维素9.8g,变性淀粉12.1g,植物油28.4g,甘油14.2g和水1000ml。
生产过程如下:将配方量的玉米蛋白粉,小麦蛋白粉,硫辛酸,苦瓜提取物,甘草甜素,低聚糖,氯化钠,氯化钾,碳酸钙,氧化镁,焦磷酸铁,硫酸锌,硫酸铜,氯化锰,碘化钾, 氟化钠,氯化铬,钼酸钠,亚硒酸钠,纤维素、变性淀粉,酒石酸氢胆碱,维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K1,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素C,烟酰胺,生物素,泛酸钙和叶酸在氮气保护下混合溶解或分散在配方量的60℃水中得到水相;将配方量的甘油、植物油在60℃温度下混合均匀得到油相;将水相和油相在87℃进行微波搅拌混合得到稳定均匀的乳状液。将混合好的乳状液罐装后,在巴氏灭菌机中,于120℃下杀菌5分钟,杀死病原微生物后再氮气环境下立即冷却至室温后,于4℃冷藏。产品在该条件下保存一个月后的理化性能指标见表1。

生产过程如下:将配方量的玉米蛋白粉,小麦蛋白粉,硫辛酸,苦瓜提取物,甘草甜素,低聚糖,氯化钠,氯化钾,碳酸钙,氧化镁,焦磷酸铁,硫酸锌,硫酸铜,氯化锰,碘化钾, 氟化钠,氯化铬,钼酸钠,亚硒酸钠,纤维素、变性淀粉,酒石酸氢胆碱,维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K1,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素C,烟酰胺,生物素,泛酸钙和叶酸在氮气保护下混合溶解或分散在配方量的60℃水中得到水相;将配方量的甘油、植物油在60℃温度下混合均匀得到油相;将水相和油相在83℃进行微波搅拌混合得到稳定均匀的乳状液。将混合好的乳状液罐装后,在巴氏灭菌机中,于120℃下杀菌5分钟,杀死病原微生物后再氮气环境下立即冷却至室温后,于4℃冷藏。产品在该条件下保存一个月后的理化性能指标见表1。
实施例3
以质量克数计,取玉米蛋白粉36.5g,小麦蛋白粉31.2g,硫辛酸1500mg,苦瓜提取物1500mg,甘草甜素5.3g,低聚糖20.7,氯化钠0.4g,氯化钾1.8g,碳酸钙0.7g,氧化镁0.4g,焦磷酸铁53.4mg,硫酸锌37.5mg,硫酸铜3.6mg,氯化锰9.3mg,碘化钾0.2mg, 氟化钠3.7mg,氯化铬1.3mg,钼酸钠0.2mg,亚硒酸钠0.2mg,酒石酸氢胆碱0.9g,维生素A0.98mg,维生素D35.5μg,维生素E23.7mg,维生素K179μg,维生素B11.6mg,维生素B21.8mg,维生素B61.87mg,维生素B122.6μg,维生素C580mg,烟酰胺10.6mg,生物素99μg,泛酸钙5.7mg,叶酸2.9mg,纤维素11.2g,变性淀粉8.5g,植物油29.7g,甘油15.2g和水1000ml。
生产过程如下:将配方量的玉米蛋白粉,小麦蛋白粉,硫辛酸,苦瓜提取物,甘草甜素,低聚糖,氯化钠,氯化钾,碳酸钙,氧化镁,焦磷酸铁,硫酸锌,硫酸铜,氯化锰,碘化钾, 氟化钠,氯化铬,钼酸钠,亚硒酸钠,纤维素、变性淀粉,酒石酸氢胆碱,维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K1,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素C,烟酰胺,生物素,泛酸钙和叶酸在氮气保护下混合溶解或分散在配方量的60℃水中得到水相;将配方量的甘油、植物油在60℃温度下混合均匀得到油相;将水相和油相在83℃进行微波搅拌混合得到稳定均匀的乳状液。将混合好的乳状液罐装后,在巴氏灭菌机中,于110℃下杀菌8分钟,杀死病原微生物后再氮气环境下立即冷却至室温后,于4℃冷藏。产品在该条件下保存一个月后的理化性能指标如下表所示:
Claims (8)
1.一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂,其特征在于:1000ml该产品中,以质量计,包含以下营养成分:

2. 如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂,其特征在于:蛋白粉是玉米蛋白粉和小麦蛋白粉混合而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂,其特征在于:植物油是大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油和花生油中的一种或几种混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂,其特征在于:低聚糖是低聚麦芽糖和低聚果糖中的一种或两种混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂,其特征在于:甘草甜素是从甘草根中提取后进行纯化而制得的。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:硫辛酸是从菠菜中提取后进行纯化而制得的。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:苦瓜提取物主要包含苦瓜苷、苦瓜皂苷、蛋白多肽的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种含有硫辛酸的肠内营养乳剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
(1)物料混合:将配方量的玉米蛋白粉,小麦蛋白粉,甘草甜素,硫辛酸,苦瓜提取物,低聚糖,氯化钠,氯化钾,碳酸钙,氧化镁,焦磷酸铁,硫酸锌,硫酸铜,氯化锰,碘化钾,
氟化钠,氯化铬,钼酸钠,亚硒酸钠,纤维素,变性淀粉,酒石酸氢胆碱,维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K1,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素C,烟酰胺,生物素,泛酸钙和叶酸在氮气保护下混合溶解或分散在配方量的50-65℃水中得到水相;将配方量的甘油、植物油在60-70℃条件下混合均匀得到油相;将水相和油相进行加热微波搅拌混合得到稳定均匀的乳状液;
(2)90-120℃下杀菌5-10分钟,杀死病原微生物后立即冷却至45-50℃,缓慢冷却至室温后,于1-4℃冷藏。
