注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,包括上、下复板,上复板下设流道板下设型腔,下复板上设模脚,模脚之间设上、下顶针板上设左、右两个滑座,滑座内壁制滑槽,滑槽之间设中滑块连斜顶针,模脚上设型芯上设型芯镶块、斜顶块和侧滑块,斜顶针穿过型芯和型芯镶块与斜顶块相连,型芯镶块与型腔之间有塑料件,塑料件制前、左、右、上壁面,左壁面或右壁面内壁制内凹台和挡片,挡片内壁制凸筋,其特征在于型芯上设后滑块,后滑块中开斜导孔和安装槽,型腔中设斜导柱与斜导孔配合,安装槽中设拉块一头与后滑块安装槽相固定,拉块另一头制拉钩,型芯镶块位于塑料件挡片一侧外壁上制拉钩槽,拉钩插入拉钩槽与挡片相配合。

注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具,特别是涉及注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料件,若塑料件制有前壁面、左壁面、右壁面和上壁面,且左壁面或右壁面的内壁制有内凹台和挡片,挡片的内壁制有凸筋,挡片与内凹台为垂直的方向,而凸筋又与挡片相垂直,这就导致模具对塑料件进行顶出时,凸筋会对塑料件倾斜向上的顶出方向起到阻碍,已有技术为了脱出该凸筋结构,通常将凸筋的上下端部以及外壁转角处制成圆弧形,并将凸筋做的较薄,采用强脱的方式脱出凸筋,将凸筋的外壁转角制成圆弧形并将凸筋做得较薄,影响其扣紧的能力,而强脱则容易将凸筋拉毛甚至拉断,从而影响产品的成品率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种利用拉块将挡片拉动,使其弹性变形后,将塑料件向上斜顶脱模,结构简单,使塑料件顺利脱模,保证塑料件成品率的注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构。
本发明注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构的技术方案是:包括上复板和下复板,上复板下设置流道板,流道板下设置型腔,下复板上设置模脚,模脚之间设置上顶针板和下顶针板,上、下顶针板上设置左、右两个滑座,滑座内壁制有滑槽,滑槽之间设置中滑块,中滑块连接斜顶针,模脚上设置型芯,型芯上设置型芯镶块、斜顶块和侧滑块,斜顶针穿过型芯和型芯镶块与斜顶块相连接,在型芯镶块与型腔之间有注塑成型的塑料件,塑料件制有前壁面、左壁面、右壁面和上壁面,且左壁面或右壁面的内壁制有内凹台和挡片,挡片的内壁制有凸筋,其特征在于:所述的型芯上设置后滑块,后滑块中开有斜导孔和安装槽,型腔中设置斜导柱,斜导柱与斜导孔相配合,在安装槽中设置拉块,拉块的一头经紧固件与后滑块的安装槽相固定,拉块另一头制有拉钩,在型芯镶块位于塑料件的挡片一侧外壁上制有拉钩槽,拉钩插入拉钩槽中与塑料件的挡片相配合。
本发明公开了一种注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,当塑料件注塑成型后,模具开模,在型腔和型芯逐渐打开的同时,由型腔的斜导柱与后滑块的斜导孔配合,斜导柱带动后滑块逐渐向外移动,后滑块经紧固件带动安装槽中的拉块向外移动,由于拉块头部的拉钩位于型芯镶块的拉钩槽中,且拉钩的一侧是钩住塑料件的挡片内壁,因此拉块向外移动时,拉块的拉钩带动挡片向外翻,由于为塑料材料,具有一定的弹力,挡片向外弹性变形,使挡片上的凸筋能脱出型芯镶块,此时由上、下顶针板带动滑座向上移动,滑座带动中滑块和斜顶针向上移动,斜顶针带动斜顶块将塑料件向上顶出,使塑料件先脱离拉钩,而斜顶块在向上顶出的同时倾斜向内滑动脱出塑料件的内凹台,此时塑料件完成脱模。本方案注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,利用在模具开模时,由后滑块带动拉块,由拉块上的拉钩将塑料件后侧的挡片先向后拉动,使挡片在弹性的作用下向外变形,从而保证塑料件能顺利脱模,结构简单,避免强脱而造成塑料件挡片上的凸筋拉毛或拉断,保证成品率。
本发明注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,所述的后滑块中开有上、下两个或两个以上的安装槽,各安装槽中分别设置拉块,相对应的型芯镶块上制有上、下两个或两个以上的拉钩槽。可根据塑料件挡片和凸筋的长度设置不同数量的拉块。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,如图1—图7所示,包括上复板1和下复板2,上复板下设置流道板3,流道板下设置型腔4,下复板上设置模脚5,模脚之间设置上顶针板6和下顶针板7,上、下顶针板上设置左、右两个滑座8,滑座内壁制有滑槽9,滑槽之间设置中滑块10,中滑块连接斜顶针11,模脚5上设置型芯12,型芯上设置型芯镶块13、斜顶块14和侧滑块15,斜顶针11穿过型芯12和型芯镶块13与斜顶块14相连接,在型芯镶块与型腔4之间有注塑成型的塑料件30,塑料件制有前壁面16、左壁面17、右壁面18和上壁面19,且左壁面或右壁面的内壁制有内凹台20和挡片21,挡片的内壁制有凸筋22,其特征在于:所述的型芯12上设置后滑块23,后滑块中开有斜导孔24和安装槽25,型腔中设置斜导柱,斜导柱与斜导孔相配合,在安装槽中设置拉块27,拉块的一头经紧固件与后滑块的安装槽相固定,拉块另一头制有拉钩28,在型芯镶块13位于塑料件30的挡片21一侧外壁上制有拉钩槽29,拉钩插入拉钩槽中与塑料件的挡片相配合。当塑料件30注塑成型后,模具开模,在型腔4和型芯12逐渐打开的同时,由型腔的斜导柱与后滑块23的斜导孔24配合,斜导柱带动后滑块逐渐向外移动,后滑块经紧固件带动安装槽25中的拉块27向外移动,由于拉块头部的拉钩28位于型芯镶块13的拉钩槽29中,且拉钩的一侧是钩住塑料件30的挡片21内壁,因此拉块27向外移动时,拉块的拉钩28带动挡片21向外翻,由于为塑料材料,具有一定的弹力,挡片向外弹性变形,使挡片上的凸筋22能脱出型芯镶块13,此时由上、下顶针板6、7带动滑座8向上移动,滑座带动中滑块10和斜顶针11向上移动,斜顶针带动斜顶块14将塑料件30向上顶出,使塑料件先脱离拉钩28,而斜顶块14在向上顶出的同时倾斜向内滑动脱出塑料件的内凹台20,此时塑料件完成脱模。本方案注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,利用在模具开模时,由后滑块23带动拉块27,由拉块上的拉钩28将塑料件30后侧的挡片21先向后拉动,使挡片在弹性的作用下向外变形,从而保证塑料件能顺利脱模,结构简单,避免强脱而造成塑料件挡片上的凸筋22拉毛或拉断,保证成品率。所述的后滑块23中开有上、下两个或两个以上的安装槽25,各安装槽中分别设置拉块27,相对应的型芯镶块13上制有上、下两个或两个以上的拉钩槽29。可根据塑料件挡片21和凸筋22的长度设置不同数量的拉块27。

1.注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,包括上复板(1)和下复板(2),上复板下设置流道板(3),流道板下设置型腔(4),下复板上设置模脚(5),模脚之间设置上顶针板(6)和下顶针板(7),上、下顶针板上设置左、右两个滑座(8),滑座内壁制有滑槽(9),滑槽之间设置中滑块(10),中滑块连接斜顶针(11),模脚(5)上设置型芯(12),型芯上设置型芯镶块(13)、斜顶块(14)和侧滑块(15),斜顶针(11)穿过型芯(12)和型芯镶块(13)与斜顶块(14)相连接,在型芯镶块与型腔(4)之间有注塑成型的塑料件(30),塑料件制有前壁面(16)、左壁面(17)、右壁面(18)和上壁面(19),且左壁面或右壁面的内壁制有内凹台(20)和挡片(21),挡片的内壁制有凸筋(22),其特征在于:所述的型芯(12)上设置后滑块(23),后滑块中开有斜导孔(24)和安装槽(25),型腔中设置斜导柱,斜导柱与斜导孔相配合,在安装槽中设置拉块(27),拉块的一头经紧固件与后滑块的安装槽相固定,拉块另一头制有拉钩(28),在型芯镶块(13)位于塑料件(30)的挡片(21)一侧外壁上制有拉钩槽(29),拉钩插入拉钩槽中与塑料件的挡片相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具塑料件内倒扣弹性变形脱模机构,其特征在于:所述的后滑块(23)中开有上、下两个或两个以上的安装槽(25),各安装槽中分别设置拉块(27),相对应的型芯镶块(13)上制有上、下两个或两个以上的拉钩槽(29)。
