立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用立式注塑机加工塑料产品,需要立式注塑模具。所述立式注塑模具,顾名思义,就是在加工时注塑模具竖向放置在立式注塑机上,模具的型芯在下,型腔在上,浇口从上往下注入,因此,在产品的型腔侧(上表面)留有浇口痕,在产品的型芯侧(下表面)有顶痕。根据产品外型和结构分析,对于表面要求高的产品,例如汽车后窗装饰条等,要求产品的上表面光滑无暇,因此,需要将浇口和顶痕留在下表面,在模具设计时,将顶痕的顶出机构设置在模具的型腔侧,即顶出机构在产品的上方,与模具的进胶嘴同侧,脱模时顶出机构从上往下顶出产品。由于顶出机构在上,所以在实际设计时,需要设计一种既能实现顶出机构在型腔侧不脱落,又能实现顶出机构顺利顶出的限位机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用斜杆既作为限位,又由开合模动力经斜杆拉动顶针板顶出,使产品留在型芯侧,便于取出的立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构。
本发明立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构的技术方案是:包括模具型腔复板和型芯复板,型腔复板下安装流道板,流道板中设置流道架,流道架下连接进胶嘴,流道板下安装垫块,垫块下安装型腔,型腔中设置型腔镶块,型芯复板上安装型芯,型芯中设置型芯镶块,型芯镶块与型腔镶块之间的间隙构成模腔,进胶嘴穿过型腔和型腔镶块连通模腔,模腔中有成型的产品,流道板和型腔之间设置顶针板,顶针板上安装顶针,顶针顶在产品背面上,其特征在于所述的顶针板上设置限位拉动机构,所述的限位拉动机构包括在顶针板下安装联动块,联动块中设置平滑槽,平滑槽经滑块连接斜杆,型腔的外壁安装导向块,导向块中设置斜导槽,型芯的外壁安装限位块,斜杆穿过斜导槽抵在限位块上,斜杆的下部制有卡口,型芯上安装卡块,卡块与卡口相配合。
本发明公开了一种立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,合模时,斜杆的下端抵在限位块上,上端通过滑块和平滑槽连接在联动块上,将顶针板顶住,防止顶针板落下。开模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯向下运行,由于斜杆上的卡口卡住卡块,因此,在开模初期,型芯经斜杆带动顶针板向下运行,顶针板上的顶针顶着产品跟着向下运行,相当于是顶针板作顶出动作,使产品留在型芯上,在向下运行过程中,由于斜杆穿过导向块的斜导槽,因此,斜杆同时沿着斜导槽,在滑块和平滑槽的配合下,斜向运动,使卡口脱离卡块,型芯继续向下运行,此时顶针板已运行到与型腔接触,不再下行,顶针与产品脱离,然后至开模结束,由人工或机械手将产品取出即可。采用本方案的限位拉动机构,既能实现顶针板限位,又能同时带动顶针板顶出,使产品顺利脱出,结构简单,构思巧妙,顶针板无需油缸顶出,节省成本。
本发明的立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,所述顶针板的侧边设置凸边,凸边伸出垫块,联动块固定在凸边下,安装方便。所述的顶针板下安装缓冲块,当开模到最后时,缓冲块与型腔接触,防止顶针板与型腔相撞。所述的流道板下安装导柱,导柱穿过顶针板连接型腔,对顶针板起导向作用。所述的限位拉动机构有2个、4个、6个或者8个,一般为4个,分别设置在顶针板的两侧,一侧各2个,使顶针板动作更稳定。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,如图1—图3所示,包括模具型腔复板1和型芯复板2,型腔复板下安装流道板3,流道板中设置流道架4,流道架下连接进胶嘴5,流道板下安装垫块6,垫块下安装型腔7,型腔中设置型腔镶块8,型芯复板上安装型芯9,型芯中设置型芯镶块10,型芯镶块10与型腔镶块8之间的间隙构成模腔,进胶嘴5穿过型腔7和型腔镶块8连通模腔,模腔中有成型的产品11,流道板3和型腔7之间设置顶针板12,顶针板12上安装顶针13,顶针13顶在产品11背面上,所述的顶针板12上设置限位拉动机构,所述的限位拉动机构包括在顶针板12下安装联动块15,联动块中设置平滑槽16,平滑槽16经滑块17连接斜杆18,型腔7的外壁安装导向块19,导向块中设置斜导槽20,型芯9的外壁安装限位块21,斜杆18穿过斜导槽20抵在限位块21上,斜杆18的下部制有卡口22,型芯9上安装卡块23,卡块23与卡口22相配合。合模时,斜杆18的下端抵在限位块21上,上端通过滑块17和平滑槽16连接在联动块15上,将顶针板12顶住,防止顶针板落下。开模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯9向下运行,由于斜杆18上的卡口22卡住卡块23,因此,在开模初期,型芯9经斜杆18带动顶针板12向下运行,顶针板12上的顶针13顶着产品11跟着向下运行,相当于是顶针板作顶出动作,使产品留在型芯上,在向下运行过程中,由于斜杆18穿过导向块19的斜导槽20,因此,斜杆18同时沿着斜导槽20,在滑块17和平滑槽16的配合下,斜向运动,使卡口22脱离卡块23,型芯9继续向下运行,此时顶针板12已运行到与型腔接触,不再下行,顶针与产品脱离,然后至开模结束,由人工或机械手将产品取出即可。采用本方案的限位拉动机构,既能实现顶针板限位,又能同时带动顶针板顶出,使产品顺利脱出,结构简单,构思巧妙,顶针板无需油缸顶出,节省成本。所述顶针板12的侧边设置凸边25,凸边伸出垫块6,联动块15固定在凸边25下,安装方便。所述的顶针板12下安装缓冲块26,当开模到最后时,缓冲块与型腔接触,防止顶针板与型腔相撞。所述的流道板3下安装导柱31,导柱31穿过顶针板12连接型腔7,对顶针板起导向作用。所述的限位拉动机构有2个、4个、6个或者8个,一般为4个,分别设置在顶针板12的两侧,一侧各2个,使顶针板动作更稳定。

1.立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,包括模具型腔复板(1)和型芯复板(2),型腔复板下安装流道板(3),流道板中设置流道架(4),流道架下连接进胶嘴(5),流道板下安装垫块(6),垫块下安装型腔(7),型腔中设置型腔镶块(8),型芯复板上安装型芯(9),型芯中设置型芯镶块(10),型芯镶块(10)与型腔镶块(8)之间的间隙构成模腔,进胶嘴(5)穿过型腔(7)和型腔镶块(8)连通模腔,模腔中有成型的产品(11),流道板(3)和型腔(7)之间设置顶针板(12),顶针板(12)上安装顶针(13),顶针(13)顶在产品(11)背面上,其特征在于所述的顶针板(12)上设置限位拉动机构,所述的限位拉动机构包括在顶针板(12)下安装联动块(15),联动块中设置平滑槽(16),平滑槽(16)经滑块(17)连接斜杆(18),型腔(7)的外壁安装导向块(19),导向块中设置斜导槽(20),型芯(9)的外壁安装限位块(21),斜杆(18)穿过斜导槽(20)抵在限位块(21)上,斜杆(18)的下部制有卡口(22),型芯(9)上安装卡块(23),卡块(23)与卡口(22)相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,其特征在于所述顶针板(12)的侧边设置凸边(25),凸边伸出垫块(6),联动块(15)固定在凸边(25)下。
3.如权利要求1所述的立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,其特征在于所述的顶针板(12)下安装缓冲块(26)。
4.如权利要求1所述的立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,其特征在于所述的流道板(3)下安装导柱(31),导柱(31)穿过顶针板(12)连接型腔(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的立式注塑模具顶针板限位拉动机构,其特征在于所述的限位拉动机构有2个、4个、6个或者8个,分别设置在顶针板(12)的两侧。
