Abstract
本发明公开一种防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料及其制备方法,包括:a)面料泼水:面料浸入泼水溶液,然后采用烘箱将面料烘干,使面料表面的泼水溶液形成膜;b)制泡涂泡:往制泡机中加入制泡剂制出泡沫胶,将泡沫胶涂在面料的表面,采用定型机将面料烘干;c)贴膜:给面料贴上防水透湿膜,使面料表面和防水透湿膜贴合;d)固化:利用定型机给面料进行加温固化处理。本发明所述防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料含有泡沫微孔结构,能够提高透湿性,且给面料的收缩提供了空间,缓解了面料收缩对防水透湿膜性能的影响;泡沫胶具有较好的热稳定性,面料在高温洗涤时,面料和防水透湿膜之间仍然具有较好的粘着力,提高了面料的耐水洗性,进而提高了面料的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
国内常规的防水透湿面料产品,主要通过涂层或者贴合这两种方式实现。涂层,主要指聚氨酯涂层,通过在面料表面涂覆一层聚氨酯,将面料表面的缝隙填平,同时在面料表面形成一层拒水薄膜,使面料实现防水性;同时,由于聚氨酯中有亲水基,可以吸湿传导,从而实现面料的透湿性。贴合方式的防水透湿机理同涂层类似,只是同面料结合的方法与涂层不一样,贴合主要通过聚氨酯胶水,将面料和制备好的聚氨酯薄膜粘着在一起,实现面料的防水透湿效果。
然而,采用涂层方式时,面料洗后,在面料缩水的情况下,会破坏涂层形成的薄膜的成膜形态,使面料的防水性能下降,透湿度也会下降,面料的防水透湿性随着水洗的增加会持续降低。采用贴合方式时,面料和聚氨酯薄膜为点状结合,水洗后面料虽有收缩,但是点状结合的方式留给了面料回缩的空间,防水透湿洗后物性相比涂层类产品更加稳定,但是点状贴合会使胶水在面料表面的覆盖有限,面料和聚氨酯薄膜之间随着水洗,贴合的牢度下降,在极端的情况下,甚至面料和聚氨酯薄膜之间会脱离。因此,有必要提供一种新的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透湿性能好、耐水洗的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料,包括面料层、泡沫胶层和防水透湿膜层,所述面料层、泡沫胶层和防水透湿膜层依次复合。
本发明还提供一种所述防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)面料泼水:将泼水溶液放入涂层机的浸压机构中,面料通过浸压机构后浸入泼水溶液,然后采用烘箱将面料烘干,烘箱内温度为95-115℃,使面料表面的泼水溶液形成膜;
b)制泡涂泡:往制泡机中加入制泡剂制出泡沫胶,发泡比为180-200g/L,将泡沫胶涂在面料的表面,泡沫胶的添加量为40-65g/m2,采用定型机将面料烘干;
c)贴膜:给面料贴上防水透湿膜,并采用滚轮施压,使面料表面和防水透湿膜贴合;
d)固化:利用定型机给面料进行加温固化处理,形成防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料,定型机内的温度为90-145℃。
优选的,在步骤a)中,所述泼水溶液的溶剂为水,所述泼水溶液包括以下含量的溶质:20g/L氟碳泼水剂和20g/L渗透剂,所述泼水溶液还包括强酸,所述泼水溶液的PH值为4-5。
优选的,在步骤b)中,将定型机烘干的时间段分为前后两个时间段,在前一时间段内,定型机内的温度为90-100℃,在后一时间段内,定型机内的温度为100-110℃。
优选的,在步骤b)中,所述制泡剂包括以下重量份数的原料:发泡粘合剂95份,交联剂5份,泡沫胶稳定剂0.5份和氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物3份。
优选的,所述发泡粘合剂包括丙烯酸共聚物,所述交联剂包括蜜氨甲醛树脂,所述泡沫胶稳定剂包括烷基磺酸基琥珀酰胺。
优选的,在步骤c)中,所述防水透湿膜采用聚氨酯膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制作的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料含有泡沫微孔结构,能够提高透湿性,且给面料的收缩提供了空间,同时泡沫胶作为中间介质,缓解了面料收缩对防水透湿膜性能的影响;泡沫胶具有较好的热稳定性,面料在高温洗涤时,面料和防水透湿膜之间仍然具有较好的粘着力,提高了面料的耐水洗性,进而提高了面料的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步进行描述。
本发明提供一种防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料,包括面料层、泡沫胶层和防水透湿膜层,所述面料层、泡沫胶层和防水透湿膜层依次复合。
本发明还提供一种防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)面料泼水:将泼水溶液放入涂层机的浸压机构中,面料通过浸压机构后浸入泼水溶液,然后采用烘箱将面料烘干,烘箱内温度为95-115℃,使面料表面的泼水溶液形成膜;
b)制泡涂泡:往制泡机中加入制泡剂制出泡沫胶,发泡比为180-200g/L,将泡沫胶涂在面料的表面,泡沫胶的添加量为40-65g/m2,采用定型机将面料烘干;
c)贴膜:给面料贴上防水透湿膜,并采用滚轮施压,使面料表面和防水透湿膜贴合;
d)固化:利用定型机给面料进行加温固化处理,定型机内的温度为90-145℃,防止防水透湿膜遭到破坏,从而形成防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料。
在步骤a)中,所述泼水溶液的溶剂为水,所述泼水溶液包括以下含量的溶质:20g/L氟碳泼水剂和20g/L渗透剂,所述泼水溶液还包括强酸,所述泼水溶液的PH值为4-5。
在步骤b)中,将定型机烘干的时间段分为前后两个时间段,在前一时间段内,定型机内的温度为90-100℃,风量相对少,在后一时间段内,定型机内的温度为100-110℃,风量相对多;这种烘干方式能够防止面料与泡沫胶过早交联。所述制泡剂包括以下重量份数的原料:发泡粘合剂95份,交联剂5份,泡沫胶稳定剂0.5份和氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物3份。所述发泡粘合剂包括丙烯酸共聚物,所述交联剂包括蜜氨甲醛树脂,所述泡沫胶稳定剂包括烷基磺酸基琥珀酰胺。
在步骤c)中,所述防水透湿膜采用聚氨酯膜。
在实际操作时,面料一般是小卷的,为了提高生产效率,面料在进行步骤a)之前,利用接布机将小卷的面料平整的卷绕到A字车上,做成一大卷。在步骤a)中,面料表面的泼水溶液形成膜以后,实现泼水效果,能够减少后道制泡涂泡步骤中泡沫胶渗透至面料的缝隙的比例。在步骤b)中,采用辊涂的方式将泡沫胶施加到面料表面,辊涂时刮刀与辊的距离大约0.5-0.8mm。
综上所述,本发明所述防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料含有泡沫微孔结构,能够提高透湿性,且给面料的收缩提供了空间,同时泡沫胶作为中间介质,缓解了面料收缩对防水透湿膜性能的影响;泡沫胶具有较好的热稳定性,面料在高温洗涤时,面料和防水透湿膜之间仍然具有较好的粘着力,提高了面料的耐水洗性,进而提高了面料的使用寿命。

Claims (7)
1.一种防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料,其特征在于,包括面料层、泡沫胶层和防水透湿膜层,所述面料层、泡沫胶层和防水透湿膜层依次复合。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)面料泼水:将泼水溶液放入涂层机的浸压机构中,面料通过浸压机构后浸入泼水溶液,然后采用烘箱将面料烘干,烘箱内温度为95-115℃,使面料表面的泼水溶液形成膜;
b)制泡涂泡:往制泡机中加入制泡剂制出泡沫胶,发泡比为180-200g/L,将泡沫胶涂在面料的表面,泡沫胶的添加量为40-65g/m2,采用定型机将面料烘干;
c)贴膜:给面料贴上防水透湿膜,并采用滚轮施压,使面料表面和防水透湿膜贴合;
d)固化:利用定型机给面料进行加温固化处理,形成防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料,定型机内的温度为90-145℃。
3.如权利要求2所述的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤a)中,所述泼水溶液的溶剂为水,所述泼水溶液包括以下含量的溶质:20g/L氟碳泼水剂和20g/L渗透剂,所述泼水溶液还包括强酸,所述泼水溶液的PH值为4-5。
4.如权利要求2所述的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤b)中,将定型机烘干的时间段分为前后两个时间段,在前一时间段内,定型机内的温度为90-100℃,在后一时间段内,定型机内的温度为100-110℃。
5.如权利要求2所述的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤b)中,所述制泡剂包括以下重量份数的原料:发泡粘合剂95份,交联剂5份,泡沫胶稳定剂0.5份和氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物3份。
6.如权利要求5所述的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述发泡粘合剂包括丙烯酸共聚物,所述交联剂包括蜜氨甲醛树脂,所述泡沫胶稳定剂包括烷基磺酸基琥珀酰胺。
7.如权利要求2所述的防水透湿泡沫胶贴合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤c)中,所述防水透湿膜采用聚氨酯膜。
