本发明涉及太阳能电池组件EL测试技术领域,具体为一种EL检测让位式输送装置,其能够实现输送流水线让位动作平缓,冲击和噪音小,输送流水线包括输送线支架,输送线支架上设置有输送驱动轮、输送从动轮、输送电机和输送皮带,两条输送流水线下方设置有两条并排且与输送流水线垂直布置的传动流水线,两个传动流水线之间通过两个中间支架连接,传动流水线包括传动线支架,传动线支架上设置有传动驱动轮、传动从动轮和传动同步带,两个传动驱动轮之间通过连杆连接,一个传动驱动轮连接传动电机,一个输送线支架连接传动同步带上端面,另一个输送线支架连接传动同步带下端面。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池组件EL测试技术领域,具体为一种EL检测让位式输送装置。
背景技术
目前太阳能电池组件在生产过程中需要进行EL检测以确定组件是否合格,流水线将组件传输到EL检测设备上时,需要让开位置,使得整个组件能够被检测到,检测完成后,流水线需再移动回组件下方再将组件输送出去。传统的流水线让位驱动是采用气缸伸缩驱动,流水线的移动不平稳,冲击和噪音都较大。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种EL检测让位式输送装置,其能够实现输送流水线让位动作平缓,冲击和噪音小。
其技术方案是这样的:一种EL检测让位式输送装置,其特征在于,其包括两条并排布置的输送流水线,所述输送流水线包括输送线支架,所述输送线支架上设置有输送驱动轮、输送从动轮、输送电机和输送皮带,两条所述输送流水线下方设置有两条并排且与所述输送流水线垂直布置的传动流水线,两个所述传动流水线之间通过两个中间支架连接,所述传动流水线包括传动线支架,所述传动线支架上设置有传动驱动轮、传动从动轮和传动同步带,两个所述传动驱动轮之间通过连杆连接,一个所述传动驱动轮连接传动电机,一个所述输送线支架连接所述传动同步带上端面,另一个所述输送线支架连接所述传动同步带下端面。
其进一步特征在于,所述传动线支架两端还设置有导轨,所述输送线支架还通过滑块连接所述导轨。
采用本发明的结构后,当传动电机工作时,通过传动驱动轮和连杆实现两条传动同步带同步移动,由于一个输送线支架连接传动同步带上端面,另一个输送线支架连接传动同步带下端面,传动同步带移动带动两个输送流水线相向或者向相反方向移动,实现了让位动作,并且由传动电机和传动同步带配合实现,让位动作平缓,冲击和噪音小;设置有导轨和滑块后,可以实现导向,从而进一步保证让位动作平缓可靠。

见图1所示,一种EL检测让位式输送装置,其包括两条并排布置的输送流水线1,输送流水线1包括输送线支架2,输送线支架2上设置有输送驱动轮3、输送从动轮4、输送电机5和输送皮带6,两条输送流水线1下方设置有两条并排且与输送流水线1垂直布置的传动流水线7,两个传动流水线7之间通过两个中间支架8连接,传动流水线7包括传动线支架9,传动线支架9上设置有传动驱动轮10、传动从动轮和传动同步带11,两个传动驱动轮10之间通过连杆13连接,一个传动驱动轮10连接传动电机14,一个输送线支架2连接传动同步带11上端面,另一个输送线支架2连接传动同步带11下端面。传动线支架9两端还设置有导轨15,输送线支架2还通过滑块16连接导轨15。图中12为到导轨固定块。

1.一种EL检测让位式输送装置,其特征在于,其包括两条并排布置的输送流水线,所述输送流水线包括输送线支架,所述输送线支架上设置有输送驱动轮、输送从动轮、输送电机和输送皮带,两条所述输送流水线下方设置有两条并排且与所述输送流水线垂直布置的传动流水线,两个所述传动流水线之间通过两个中间支架连接,所述传动流水线包括传动线支架,所述传动线支架上设置有传动驱动轮、传动从动轮和传动同步带,两个所述传动驱动轮之间通过连杆连接,一个所述传动驱动轮连接传动电机,一个所述输送线支架连接所述传动同步带上端面,另一个所述输送线支架连接所述传动同步带下端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EL检测让位式输送装置,其特征在于,所述传动线支架两端还设置有导轨,所述输送线支架还通过滑块连接所述导轨。
