Abstract

本发明公开一种车用智能三色尾灯,包括有由若干三色LED单元组成的灯组以及单片机,灯组的三色LED单元的第一色控制极并联后串联刹车开关和油门开关的常闭触点,第二色控制极并联到刹车开关的常开触点,第三色控制极并联到油门开关的常开触点,三色LED单元的公共极分别连接到单片机的输出接口,车速传感器与单片机的信号接口连接。本发明将刹车开关和油门开关分别串接或单接到三色LED单元的各色控制极上,用以控制三色LED单元中不同颜色芯片的点亮,通过LED单元的不同颜色的点亮来分别表示刹车、加速、滑行等行驶状态的变化。单片机根据车速的变化来控制点亮三色LED单元的数量,以表示刹车、加速、滑行等行驶状态的变化程度。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用尾灯技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车的普及,虽然道路日趋完善,但交通事故仍时有发生,而交通事故中“车辆追尾“的占比很大,特别是在高速公路,经常是数车追尾甚至十几辆车连环追尾,对车乘人员的生命及财产构成严重威胁。
造成追尾事故除了司机超速驾驶或注意力分散这些主观因素外,还有一个很重要的客观因素就是:汽车刹车灯的功能单一,只能显示车辆行驶期间司机正在踩刹车,但踩刹车的力度和车辆减速的程度就显示不了,尾随车辆的司机看见前车亮起刹车灯后,通常都是习惯性地松开加速踏板,将右脚放在刹车踏板上,然后都必须要通过观察前车的行驶状态来判断其正在减速的程度,再决定是否要踩刹车和踩刹车的力度,这期间驾驶员会在踩与不踩间多次徘徊,精神处于高度紧张状态,如果前车是急刹车的话,就会令司机错失了最佳的减速时机,就算同样采取急刹车,亦会大大增加发生追尾事故的机率,更有甚者就是判断失误,发觉时再补救亦为时已晚,眼睁睁地撞上前车。由于现有的汽车刹车灯无法直观地反映车速的变化状态,尾随车无法及时做出正确判断和操作,只能依靠眼睛的感官判断,行车安全性差。因此,有必要研发一种可直观地反映车的行驶状态变化的尾灯系统,以提高行车的安全性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可直观地反映车的行驶状态变化的尾灯系统。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种车用智能三色尾灯,包括有由若干三色LED单元组成的灯组以及单片机,其特征在于:所述灯组的三色LED单元的第一色控制极并联后串联刹车开关和油门开关的常闭触点,第二色控制极并联到刹车开关的常开触点,第三色控制极并联到油门开关的常开触点,三色LED单元的公共极分别连接到单片机的输出接口,车速传感器与单片机的信号接口连接。
在上述基础上,所述第一色控制极并联后还与离合开关的常闭触点串联,离合开关的常开触点与油门开关的常开触点并联。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:车在行驶状态下,驾驶者都是通过刹车踏板和油门踏板来控制车速的变化。本发明将刹车开关和油门开关分别串接或单接到三色LED单元的各色控制极上,用以控制三色LED单元中不同颜色芯片的点亮,通过LED单元的不同颜色的点亮来分别表示刹车、加速、滑行等行驶状态的变化。单片机负责三色LED单元的点亮,其控制信号来源于车速传感器,根据车速的变化来控制点亮三色LED单元的数量,以表示刹车、加速、滑行等行驶状态的变化程度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种车用智能三色尾灯,包括有由若干三色LED单元1组成的灯组2以及单片机3,在本发明中,所述灯组2的三色LED单元1的第一色控制极4并联后串联刹车开关5和油门开关6的常闭触点,第二色控制极7并联到油门开关6的常开触点,第三色控制极8并联到刹车开关5的常开触点,三色LED单元1的公共极9分别连接到单片机3的输出接口,车速传感器10与单片机3的信号接口连接。
三色LED单元1内有三种颜色的发光芯片,其有代表三种颜色的控制极和公共极。结合目前的交通惯例,本发明中的第一色控制极4为黄色,第二色控制极7为绿色,第三色控制极8为红色。灯组2选用灯带,灯带上的每一三色LED单元1的公共极9依次连接到单片机的I/O输出接口。单片机3根据车速的变化来选通I/O输出接口的数量,从而控制点亮三色LED单元1的数量,通常地,车速越快点亮的单元数量越多,车速越慢点亮的单元数量越少,使灯带以进度条式点亮。可以知晓的是,以上三色控制极并不限定是LED单元引出的控制极,而是指用来控制其点亮的控制极。比如有通过继电器来控制三色发光芯片点亮的,控制极则应是控制对应的继电器动作的电极。
当驾驶员踩下油门踏板汽车正常行驶,油门开关6动作接通常开触点,三色LED单元1第二色控制极7通电,绿色发光芯片点亮,代表正常巡航状态。驾驶员松开油门踏板,发动机在怠速状态,油门开关6动作接通常闭触点,第一色控制极4通电,绿灯熄灭,黄色发光芯片点亮,代表怠速滑行状态。驾驶员踩下刹车刹车踏板,刹车开关5动作接通常开触点,第三色控制极8通电,黄灯熄灭,红色发光芯片点亮,代表刹车减速状态。
而对于手动挡车,三色LED灯1的第一色控制极4并联后还应与离合开关11的常闭触点串联,亦即是将刹车开关5、油门开关6以及离合开关11的常闭触点串联起来,离合开关11的常开触点与油门开关6的常开触点并联。离合开关11可控制黄色或绿色发光芯片点亮,代表起步或行驶中的换挡状态。

1.一种车用智能三色尾灯,包括有由若干三色LED单元组成的灯组以及单片机,其特征在于:所述灯组的三色LED单元的第一色控制极并联后串联刹车开关和油门开关的常闭触点,第二色控制极并联到刹车开关的常开触点,第三色控制极并联到油门开关的常开触点,三色LED单元的公共极分别连接到单片机的输出接口,车速传感器与单片机的信号接口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用智能三色尾灯,其特征在于:所述第一色控制极并联后还与离合开关的常闭触点串联,离合开关的常开触点与油门开关的常开触点并联。
