本发明涉及食品,具体是一种百合养生粥。
背景技术
粥(congee)也称糜,是一种把稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮成的稠糊的食物。在中国有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。粥可以调节肠胃,增进食欲,补充身体需要的水分,容易消化,营养丰富,是养生保健的佳品。
现代社会随着生活压力的增加,现代人的身体大多处于亚健康的状态,且身活节奏逐渐加快,人们很难有时间坚持服药调理身体,且药物口感不佳还有一定的副作用。通过中药和米粥有机地结合起来进行食疗,不仅方便快捷,还有调理身体的保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅口感香糯、制作简单还具有保健作用的百合养生粥。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种百合养生粥,由下述重量份配比的原料熬煮而成:百合25-35,赤小豆15-20,小麦15-20,大米100-200。
其中,最佳重量份配比为:百合30,赤小豆20,小麦20,大米150。
其制备方法具体步骤如下:
1、按照重量份配比选取百合、赤小豆、小麦和大米,备用;
2、将赤小豆、小麦和大米放入清水中浸泡2小时,捞出备用;
3、将百合洗净切碎,按照原料和水为1:20的比例加入清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火浸提5-8分钟,过滤得百合水浸提液,备用;
4、将所有原料混合后,先用大火煮沸后用小火熬煮90-120分钟,备用;
5、将熬煮好的粥分装入罐中,密封后进行灭菌处理,制成产品。
上述原料均为市售产品。
百合主要含秋水碱等多种生物碱和蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、钙、磷、铁及维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、β―胡萝卜素等营养物质,具有润肺止咳、清心安神、营养滋补的功效,特别是对病后体弱、神经衰弱等症大有裨益。
赤小豆含糖类、三萜皂甙、蛋白质、碳水化物和多种对人体有意的微量元素。能利湿消肿(水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿)、清热退黄、解毒排脓。
小麦富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸、维身素A及维身素C等。具有益气,除热,止汗的功效。可治心神不宁,失眠等症。
大米含有蛋白质,脂肪,维身素B1、A、E及多种矿物质。具有补中益气、滋阴润肺、健脾和胃、除烦渴的作用。
本发明养生粥精选4种药食同源的原料加以熬制,各原料之间相互作用,协同发挥各自在食材和药材上的作用,熬制成一种口感香糯、风味独特、健脾祛湿的养生粥品,且制作简单,可工业化身产,同时也便于携带和食用。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种百合养生粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、选取30克百合、20克赤小豆、20克小麦和200克大米,备用;
2、将赤小豆、小麦和大米放入清水中浸泡2小时,备用;
3、将百合洗净切碎,加入600克清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火浸提8分钟,得百合水浸提液,备用;
4、将所有原料混合后,先用大火煮沸后用小火熬煮90-120分钟,即成。

1.一种百合养生粥,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料熬煮而成:百合25-35,赤小豆15-20,小麦20-30,大米100-200。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生粥,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料熬煮而成:百合30,赤小豆20,小麦25,大米150。
3.一种百合养生粥的制备方法,其特征是:具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份配比选取百合、赤小豆、小麦和大米,备用;
(2)将赤小豆、小麦和大米放入清水中浸泡2小时,备用;
(3)将百合洗净切碎,按照原料和水为1:20的比例加入清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火浸提5-8分钟,得百合水浸提液,备用;
(4)将所有原料混合后,先用大火煮沸后用小火熬煮90-120分钟,备用;
(5)将熬煮好的粥分装入罐中,密封后进行灭菌处理,制成产品。
