Abstract
本发明提供一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,主要原料为:海南长南瓜、百合、白云豆、鹰嘴豆、红云豆、东北大米、糯米、白糖、纯净水;其特征在于,制备过程采用土陶瓦罐,用密封纸、锡纸密封后,以无烟木炭在燃烧炉内熬煮而成。本发明选材精细,使用订制土陶瓦罐,以无烟木炭熬煮,其过程中通过大火熬煮,小火慢煨数小时方可完成,熬煮过程中,原材料始终处于密封状态,不仅防止滚沸,更有助于保持材料的原汁原味,粥表面溢出粥油,营养价值高,且口感细腻醇香,有清火润肺,除温,补中益气的功效。

本发明涉及食品领域,更具体地说是涉及一种南瓜百合养生煨粥。
背景技术
随着人们对养生的不断了解和重视,各种养生食品受到人们的追捧,而粥作为一种养身食品,越来越受欢迎,而粥虽然有养护身体的功效,但因为选材和熬煮方式不同口味存在较大差异,在追求口感或者追求营养的方面难以达到统一,存在不可忽视的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,以海南长南瓜、百合、白云豆、鹰嘴豆、红云豆、东北大米、糯米、白糖、纯净水为原料,使用订制土陶瓦罐,以无烟木炭密封熬煮,其过程中通过大火熬煮,小火慢煨数小时方可完成,粥表面溢出粥油,营养价值高,且口感细腻醇香,有清火润肺,除温,补中益气的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,主要原料为:海南长南瓜、百合、白云豆、鹰嘴豆、红云豆、东北大米、糯米、白糖、纯净水;其特征在于,制备过程采用土陶瓦罐,用密封纸、锡纸密封后,以无烟木炭在燃烧炉内熬煮而成。
优选的,在上述的一种南瓜百合养生煨粥中,所述原材料配比为:海南长南瓜100g、百合5g、白云豆5g、鹰嘴豆5g、红云豆5g、东北大米25g、糯米25g、白糖25g、纯净水550ml。
优选的,在上述的一种南瓜百合养生煨粥中,所述南瓜百合养生煨粥制作步骤为:
(1)、对各种原材料进行挑拣筛选;
(2)、将海南长南瓜洗净、去皮、去瓤,切成约2.5cm方块备用;
(3)、大米、糯米用开水浸泡15分钟;
(4)、白云豆、红云豆、百合、鹰嘴豆洗净备用;
(5)、把处理过的东北大米、糯米、海南长南瓜、百合、红云豆、白云豆、鹰嘴豆同白糖放入瓦罐,加入纯净水;
(6)、用密封纸、锡纸将盖子压好密封;
(7)、把环保机制无烟木炭用引火点燃,放入炉胆,再加入适量木炭,待炭火烧旺后放入炉内;
(8)、待炉温烧至300°左右,把密封好的南瓜百合粥放入炉内1小时后,改小火焖至6小时,方可食用。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明改变传统熬粥方式,精选原料,使用订制土陶瓦罐,选用无烟木炭置入火炉引火升温,通过密封熬煮的方式,经过大火炖煮一小时,小火慢煨六小时的过程后,方可食用。经过本方式熬煮,粥表面带有粥油,口感细腻,鲜香味醇,由于整个过程采用密封熬煮,防止粥的原味散失,保存食材原香,且防止爆沸影响粥的品相,多种原材互补,具有清火润肺,除温,补中益气的功效。

本发明实施例提供一种口感细腻,鲜香味醇、营养价值高的南瓜百合养生煨粥。
请参阅本发明公开的一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,原材料配比为:海南长南瓜100g、百合5g、白云豆5g、鹰嘴豆5g、红云豆5g、东北大米25g、糯米25g、白糖25g、纯净水550ml。
本发明实施例提供一种南瓜百合养生煨粥具体制作方法为:
(1)、对各种原材料进行挑拣筛选;
(2)、将海南长南瓜洗净、去皮、去瓤,切成约2.5cm方块备用;
(3)、大米、糯米用开水浸泡15分钟;
(4)、白云豆、红云豆、百合、鹰嘴豆洗净备用;
(5)、把处理过的东北大米、糯米、海南长南瓜、百合、红云豆、白云豆、鹰嘴豆同白糖放入瓦罐,加入纯净水;
(6)、用密封纸、锡纸将盖子压好密封;
(7)、把环保机制无烟木炭用引火点燃,放入炉胆,再加入适量木炭,待炭火烧旺后放入炉内;
(8)、待炉温烧至300°左右,把密封好的南瓜百合粥放入炉内1小时后,改小火焖至6小时,方可食用。

1.一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,主要原料为:海南长南瓜、百合、白云豆、鹰嘴豆、红云豆、东北大米、糯米、白糖、纯净水;其特征在于,制备过程采用土陶瓦罐,用密封纸、锡纸密封后,以无烟木炭在燃烧炉内熬煮而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,其特征在于,所述原材料配比为:海南长南瓜100g、百合5g、白云豆5g、鹰嘴豆5g、红云豆5g、东北大米25g、糯米25g、白糖25g、纯净水550ml。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种南瓜百合养生煨粥,其特征在于,所述南瓜百合养生煨粥制作步骤为:
(1)、对各种原材料进行挑拣筛选;
