本发明涉及一种改善肾功能的保健食品制作方法,包括选材:选用青藏高原的牦牛牛鞭,海拔越高品质越好;除腥:将割制下来的牛鞭用常温清水清洗后抹上一层盐,直接放置到沙中,放置7‑12天;做熟:从沙中取出牛鞭,洗净沙子,将其切割成1‑2厘米长,1‑2克左右,然后把清油烧至炒菜温度状态,把切割好的牛鞭放入锅内,烤至焦黄状态;存储:待焦黄的牛鞭油干后,用金箔包裹,放入塑料小袋,抽空塑料小袋内的空气。本发明采用天然食材牦牛牛鞭,天然处理、自然烹调加工,很好地去除了牦牛牛鞭的腥味,使服用人员更好接受,制作的保健食品也易于储存。

本发明属于肾保健技术领域,尤其涉及一种改善肾功能的保健食品制作方法。
背景技术
中医学认为肾为先天之本,其所藏的精气是人体生长、发育、生殖乃至生命活动的物质基础。人的生长、发育、衰老过程,就是肾中精气由弱到盛,再盛到衰的过程,人的长寿与早衰,主要取决于精气的强弱,精气旺盛,则身康体键,精气不足则体弱早衰。人到中年以后,肾的精气多呈自衰状态,表现为精髓不足,生殖功能和气化功能减退等。所以补肾法是药养的重要原则之一。
目前用于治疗男性肾功能不全的药物基本都是由简单的补肾药物组成,只能暂时解决一些表面症状,并不能从根本上解决男性肾功能不全的问题。牛鞭具有很好的壮阳功效,常被用于补肾,但是牛鞭具有刺激的腥味,使用者很难接受这种味道,而且牛鞭也难以储存。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种经过天然处理,服用人员更好接受的改善肾功能的保健食品。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种改善肾功能的保健食品制作方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)选材:选用青藏高原的牦牛牛鞭,海拔越高品质越好;
(2)除腥:将割制下来的牛鞭用常温清水清洗后抹上一层盐,直接放置到沙中,放置7-12天;
(3)做熟:从沙中取出牛鞭,洗净沙子,将其切割成1-2厘米长,1-2克左右,然后把清油烧至炒菜温度状态,把切割好的牛鞭放入锅内,烤至焦黄状态;

与现有技术相比,本发明采用天然食材牦牛牛鞭,天然处理、自然烹调加工,很好地去除了牦牛牛鞭的腥味,使服用人员更好接受,制作的保健食品也易于储存。
