本发明涉及食品,具体是一种五指毛桃养生粥。
背景技术
粥(congee)也称糜,是一种把稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮成的稠糊的食物。在中国有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。粥可以调节肠胃,增进食欲,补充身体需要的水分,容易消化,营养丰富,是养生保健的佳品。
现代社会随着生活压力的增加,现代人的身体大多处于亚健康的状态,且生活节奏逐渐加快,人们很难有时间坚持服药调理身体,且药物口感不佳还有一定的副作用。通过中药和米粥有机地结合起来进行食疗,不仅方便快捷,还有调理身体的保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅口感香糯、制作简单还具有保健作用的五指毛桃养生粥。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种五指毛桃养生粥,由下述重量份配比的原料熬煮而成:五指毛桃50-60,红枣40-60,粳米100-150。
其中,最佳重量份配比为:五指毛桃60,红枣50,粳米120。
其制备方法具体步骤如下:
1、按照重量份配比选取五指毛桃、红枣和粳米,备用;
2、将红枣和粳米放入清水中浸泡2.5-3小时,备用;
3、将五指毛桃洗净切碎,按照原料和水为1:15的比例加入清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火浸提20-30分钟,过滤得五指毛桃水浸提液,备用;
4、将所有原料混合后先用大火煮沸后用小火熬煮120-150分钟,备用;
5、将熬煮好的粥分装入罐中,密封后进行灭菌处理,制成产品。
上述原料均为市售产品。
五指毛桃富含有机酸、氨基酸、三萜、生物碱、香豆精等有益成分,具有益气补虚、行气解郁、壮筋活络、健脾化湿、止咳化痰等功效。
红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C 、微量钙等多种成分,具有归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功效。
粳米含有蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、钙、磷、铁及维生素B等多种营养成分。具有补中益气,平和五脏,止烦渴,止泄,壮筋骨,通血脉,益精强志的功效,主治泻痢、胃气不足、口干渴、呕吐、诸虚百损等。
本发明养生粥精选3种药食同源的原料加以熬制,各原料之间相互作用,协同发挥各自在食材和药材上的作用,熬制成一种口感香糯、风味独特、健脾化湿,益气活络、延缓衰老的养生粥品,且制作简单,可工业化生产,同时也便于携带和食用。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种五指毛桃养生粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、选取60克五指毛桃、50克红枣和120克粳米,备用;
2、将红枣和粳米放入清水中浸泡3小时,备用;
3、将五指毛桃洗净切碎,加入900克的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火浸提25分钟,得五指毛桃水浸提液,备用;
4、将所有原料混合后放入容器中,先用大火煮沸后用小火熬煮150分钟,即成。

1.一种五指毛桃养生粥,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料熬煮而成:五指毛桃50-60,红枣40-60,粳米100-150。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生粥,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料熬煮而成:五指毛桃60,红枣50,粳米120。
3.一种五指毛桃养生粥的制备方法,其特征是:具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份配比选取五指毛桃、红枣和粳米,备用;
(2)将红枣和粳米放入清水中浸泡2.5-3小时,备用;
(3)将五指毛桃洗净切碎,按照原料和水为1:15的比例加入清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火浸提20-30分钟,得五指毛桃水浸提液,备用;
(4)将所有原料混合后先用大火煮沸后用小火熬煮120-150分钟,备用;
(5)将熬煮好的粥分装入罐中,密封后进行灭菌处理,制成产品。
