技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内部饰件技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的快速发展,消费者对整车驾驶环境的要求越来越高,各大汽车厂也在努力提升汽车整体舒适水平。现有的汽车脚垫通常包括橡胶脚垫、地毯脚垫、PVC脚垫、塑胶脚垫等,也有地毯加PVC等双层或多层的复合脚垫,复合的目的通常是从兼取两种或多种材质本身的特点,比如地毯加PVC双层脚垫,主要是既有地毯层柔软、保暖的特点,又有PVC层防水、牢固、易清洗的特点。
但是,现有的单层或多层汽车脚垫,在使用中没有防震的功能,或者防震效果很差,或者在防震的同时牺牲了隔音垫使用时的舒适感。也就是无法有效减小汽车运转时从车底通过汽车地面传递上来的噪音,尤其在汽车高速或怠速时,这种噪音尤为明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术之弊端,提供一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,其特征在于,从外表面到内表面依次包括铝箔层、无纺布层、第一复合层、第二复合层、阻燃棉层、铝合金散热片层和XPE层;
所述铝箔层位于本发明的外表面,所述第一复合层由纺织品碎片、无纺布碎片、阻燃剂、聚异戊二烯橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶、偶联剂、聚酯纤维、玻璃绒和石棉纤维加工制成;
所述第二复合层由碎屑粉、硅溶胶粘结剂、渗透剂和阻燃剂加工制成;
本发明的制备方法为:
a.注铝成型模压加工铝箔层:该步骤在用于注铝的模压机上实施,用于注铝的模压机具有下模和上模,下模和上模闭合后的空腔与产品件轮廓完全符合,上下模合模后液态铝在压力作用下从位于下模中部的注料孔进入下模,冷却后即得到铝箔层;
b.制造第一复合层:将纺织品破碎加工成10mm以下的纤维,充分蓬松后备用;
按重量份取5~8份聚异戊二烯橡胶、3~5份乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶和0.5~1份偶联剂加热熔融,加入3~5份阻燃剂混合均匀;再加入20~30份蓬松后的纺织品碎片、10~15份无纺布碎片、5~8份聚酯纤维、5~8份玻璃绒、5~8份石棉纤维充分搅拌混合均匀,形成混合物备用;
将上述混合物相对均匀地平铺成型后进入烘箱,当温度为150~165℃时,在气流穿透作用下烘烤200~250秒,即得到所述第一复合层;
c.制造第二复合层:按重量份取经混合均匀、干燥处理后的碎屑粉5~15份、硅溶胶粘结剂2~3份、渗透剂0.1~0.3份和阻燃剂2~3份,将硅溶胶粘结剂和渗透剂混合调匀后加入碎屑份混合均匀;将混合原料注入模板内形成板坯;将所形成的板坯的模版送入热压机中平压成型,然后经自然降温后,进行切割裁边即制得第二复合层;
d.向铝合金散热片上喷涂XPE熔融液,喷涂量控制在30g-60g/秒,喷涂均匀厚度为2~4mm;
e.通过硅溶胶粘接铝箔层、无纺布层、第一复合层、第二复合层、阻燃棉层和喷涂有XPE层的铝合金散热片层;再通过模压机将七个结构层复合为一体,得到本发明的半成品。
f.水切割:将模压复合为一体的七个结构层经切割成型,形成本发明产品件。
进一步的,所述铝箔层的厚度为0.1~0.3mm,所述无纺布层的厚度为2~3mm,所述第一复合层的厚度为3~5mm,所述第二复合层的厚度为4~6mm,所述阻燃棉层的厚度为3~5mm,所述铝合金散热片层的厚度为3~4mm,所述XPE层的厚度为2~4mm。
进一步的,所述纺织品可采用废旧服装、服装厂边角料为主要材料,含棉重量百分比为15~30%,余量为化纤纤维;
进一步的,所述碎屑粉是在生产板材过程中,分别在木材、秸秆的粉碎工序中产生,并经干燥处理后的粉屑。
进一步的,制备第一复合层时,所述纺织品中含棉重量百分比为15~30%,余量为化纤纤维,所述聚酯纤维的线密度小于0.22tex。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明设XPE层为底层,该底层泡孔细、抗拉强度高、弹性好,可与发动机很好的贴合,提高了的产品的安装质量,避免出现产品与发动机之间的缝隙,使隔热垫具有优良的吸音、隔音、隔热效果;加入由废弃的纺织物制成的复合层一和由木材加工碎屑制成的复合层二,不仅使本发明防震、隔音、隔热效果优良,还实现废物利用,降低生产成本,所采用的材料在封闭的空间使用无刺鼻异味,环保无污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,从外表面到内表面依次包括铝箔层1、无纺布层2、第一复合层3、第二复合层4、阻燃棉层5、铝合金散热片层6和XPE层7;
所述铝箔层1位于本发明的外表面,厚度为0.1~0.3mm,具有定型、阻燃、防潮的作用,将铝箔层1设置于本发明的外表面,使本发明外形平整美观。
所述无纺布层2的厚度为2~3mm,无纺布层具有透气、隔音、不助燃的特点,能提高本发明的使用性能;
所述第一复合层3的厚度为3~5mm,纺织品碎片、无纺布碎片、阻燃剂、聚异戊二烯橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶、偶联剂、聚酯纤维、玻璃绒和石棉纤维加工制成;该复合层具有良好的隔音、防震性能,阻燃剂的加入增加了阻燃性,聚异戊二烯橡胶强度大,抗撕裂性能好,使本发明具有优良的韧性、吸音、隔热、防震性;纺织品可采用废旧服装、服装厂边角料为主要材料,有效地降低了生产成本,纺织品中含棉重量百分比为15~30%,余量为化纤纤维,聚酯纤维的线密度小于0.22tex。

本发明的制备方法为:
a.注铝成型模压加工铝箔层:该步骤在用于注铝的模压机上实施,用于注铝的模压机具有下模和上模,下模和上模闭合后的空腔与产品件轮廓完全符合,上下模合模后液态铝在压力作用下从位于下模中部的注料孔进入下模,冷却后即得到铝箔层;
b.制造复合层一:将纺织品破碎加工成100mm以下的纤维,充分蓬松后,加入重量百分比为20~30%聚异戊二烯橡胶熔融液和重量百分比为8~12%的阻燃剂,充分混合;
将上述混合物相对均匀地平铺成型后进入烘箱,当温度为170~280℃时,在气流穿透作用下烘烤40~180秒,即得到所述复合层一;
经上述方法制成的复合层,拉力系数会提高15%以上,隔热效果能提高60%以上,降低噪声50%以上;
c.制造复合层二:按重量份取经混合均匀、干燥处理后的碎屑粉5~15份、硅溶胶粘结剂2~3份、渗透剂0.1~0.3份和阻燃剂2~3份,将硅溶胶粘结剂和渗透剂混合调匀后加入碎屑份混合均匀;将混合原料注入模板内形成板坯;将所形成的板坯的模版送入热压机中平压成型,然后经自然降温后,进行切割裁边即制得复合层二;该复合层二防震、吸音效果很好,生产时所用原材料成本低、可再生、无毒无害、无环境污染,用完后可回收再利用;
d.向铝合金散热片上喷涂XPE熔融液,喷涂量控制在30g-60g/秒,喷涂均匀厚度为2~4mm;
e.通过硅溶胶粘接铝箔层、无纺布层、第一复合层、第二复合层、阻燃棉层和喷涂有XPE层的铝合金散热片层;再通过模压机将七个结构层复合为一体,得到本发明的半成品。硅溶胶可用作耐火材料的粘结剂,它的粘结力强,耐高温,还能抗污防尘、耐老化、防火;
f.水切割:将模压复合为一体的七个结构层经切割成型,形成本发明产品件。

所述第二复合层由碎屑粉、硅溶胶粘结剂、渗透剂和阻燃剂加工制成;
本发明的制备方法为:

c.制造第二复合层:按重量份取经混合均匀、干燥处理后的碎屑粉5~15份、硅溶胶粘结剂2~3份、渗透剂0.1~0.3份和阻燃剂2~3份,将硅溶胶粘结剂和渗透剂混合调匀后加入碎屑份混合均匀;将混合原料注入模板内形成板坯;将所形成的板坯的模版送入热压机中平压成型,然后经自然降温后,进行切割裁边即制得第二复合层;
d.向铝合金散热片上喷涂XPE熔融液,喷涂量控制在30g-60g/秒,喷涂均匀厚度为2~4mm;
e.通过硅溶胶粘接铝箔层、无纺布层、第一复合层、第二复合层、阻燃棉层和喷涂有XPE层的铝合金散热片层;再通过模压机将七个结构层复合为一体,得到本发明的半成品;
f.水切割:将模压复合为一体的七个结构层经切割成型,形成本发明产品件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,其特征在于,所述铝箔层的厚度为0.1~0.3mm,所述无纺布层的厚度为2~3mm,所述第一复合层的厚度为3~5mm,所述第二复合层的厚度为4~6mm,所述阻燃棉层的厚度为3~5mm,所述铝合金散热片层的厚度为3~4mm,所述XPE层的厚度为2~4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,其特征在于,所述纺织品可采用废旧服装、服装厂边角料为主要材料,含棉重量百分比为15~30%,余量为化纤纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,其特征在于,所述碎屑粉是在生产板材过程中,分别在木材、秸秆的粉碎工序中产生,并经干燥处理后的粉屑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震效果的汽车发动机隔音垫,其特征在于,制备第一复合层时,所述纺织品中含棉重量百分比为15~30%,余量为化纤纤维,所述聚酯纤维的线密度小于0.22tex。
